اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammad

O Allah: (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

[00:08.00]

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

bismillahir rahmanir raheem.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

[00:11.00]

سَلَامُ اللهِ الْعَظِیْمِ وَ صَلَوَاتُهٗ

salamu allahi al`azimi wa salawatuhu

Peace of Allah the All-great and His blessings

[00:16.00]

عَلَیْكَ یَا هَانِیَ ابْنَ عُرْوَۃَ

`alayka ya hani'u bna `urwata

be upon you, Hani' the son of `Urwah.

[00:20.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ اَیُّهَا الْعَبْدُ الصَّالِحُ

as-salamu `alayka ayyuha al`abdu alssalihu

Peace be upon you, O righteous servant (of Allah),

[00:25.00]

النَّاصِحُ لِلّٰهِ وَ لِرَسُوْلِهٖ وَ لِاَمِیْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ

alnnasihu lillahi wa lirasulihi wa li'amiri almu'minina

who acted sincerely for the sake of Allah, His Messenger, the Commander of the Faithful,

وَ الْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَیْنِ عَلَیْهِمُ السَّلَامُ

walhasani walhusayni `alayhim as-salamu

al-Hasan, and al-Husayn, peace be upon them.

[00:37.00]

اَشْهَدُ اَنَّكَ قُتِلْتَ مَظْلُوْماً

ashhadu annaka qutilta mazluman

I bear witness that you were slain wrongly.

[00:43.00]

فَلَعَنَ اللهُ مَنْ قَتَلَكَ وَ اسْتَحَلَّ دَمَكَ

fala`ana allahu man qatalaka wastahalla damaka

So, may Allah curse those who slew you and dared to shed your blood

[00:50.00]

وَ حَشٰی قُبُوْرَهُمْ نَارًا

wa hasha quburahum naran

and may He stuff their graves with fire.

[00:54.00]

اَشْهَدُ اَنَّكَ لَقِیْتَ اللهَ وَ هُوَ رَاضٍ عَنْكَ

ashhadu annaka laqita allaha wa huwa radin `anka

I bear witness that you met Allah while He is pleased with You

[01:01.00]

بِمَا فَعَلْتَ وَ نَصَحْتَ

bima fa`alta wa nasahta

for what you did and acted sincerely.

[01:05.00]

وَ اَشْهَدُ اَنَّكَ قَدْ بَلَغْتَ دَرَجَۃً الشُّهَدَآءِ

wa ashhadu annaka qad balaghta darajata alshshuhada'i

And I bear witness that you have attained the rank of the martyrs,

[01:12.00]

وَ جُعِلَ رُوْحُكَ مَعَ اَرْوَاحِ السُّعَدَآءِ

wa ju`ila ruhuka ma`a arwahi alssu`ada'i

your soul has been included with the souls of the delighted ones

[01:18.00]

بِمَا نَصَحْتَ لِلّٰهِ وَ لِرَسُوْلِهٖ مُجْتَهِدًا

bima nasahta lillahi wa lirasulihi mujtahidan

for you painstakingly acted with sincerity for Allah and for His Messenger,

[01:24.00]

وَّ بَذَلْتَ نَفْسَكَ فِیْ ذَاتِ اللهِ وَ مَرْضَاتِهٖ

wa badhalta nafsaka fi dhati allahi wa mardatihi

and sacrificed yourself for the sake of Allah and for the sake of attaining His pleasure.

[01:30.00]

فَرَحِمَكَ اللهُ وَ رَضِیَ عَنْكَ

farahimaka allahu wa radiya `anka

So, may Allah have mercy upon you and be pleased with you,

[01:34.00]

وَ حَشَرَكَ مَعَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اٰلِهٖ الطَّاهِرِیْنَ

wa hasharaka ma`a muhammadin wa alihi alttahirina

may He include you with the group of Muhammad and his Immaculate Household,

[01:40.00]

وَ جَمَعَنَا وَ اِیَّاكُمْ مَعَهُمْ فِیْ دَارِ النَّعِیْمِ

wa jama`ana wa iyyakum ma`ahum fi dari alnna`imi

and may He gather us with you and them in the Abode of Bliss.

[01:47.00]

وَ سَلَامٌ عَلَیْكَ وَ رَحْمَۃُ اللهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهٗ۔

wa salamun `alayka wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu

Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you.

[01:53.00]

اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
