Dua 69 A Prayer for Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad
(Surah Al-Mu'min (40), Verses 8-9)

Rabbannaa wa adkhilhum Jannaati 'adninil latee wa'attahum wa man salaha min aabaaa'ihim wa azwaajihim wa zurriyyaatihim; innaka Antal 'Azeezul Hakeem.

Our Lord! Admit them into the Gardens of Eden, which You have promised them, along with whoever is righteous among their forebears, their spouses and their descendants. Indeed You are the All-mighty, the All-wise.

(Surah Al-Mu'min (40), Verse 8)

Wa qihimus saiyi-aat; wa man taqis saiyi-aati Yawma'izin faqad rahimtah; wa zaalika huwal fawzul 'Azeem.

Save them from the ills [of the Day of Retribution]; and whomever You save from the ills that day, You will have had mercy upon him, and that is the great triumph.

(Surah Al-Mu'min (40), Verse 9)

These prayers from Surah Al-Mu'min (Verses 7, 8, and 9) are continuous and interconnected. According to Tafsir al-Qummi:
"Allazeena yahmiloonal 'Arsh" (those who bear the Throne) refers to Muhammad and the Ahl al-Bayt (Family of Muhammad), because they alone carry Divine Knowledge (Ilm-e-Ilahi). No one else can bear this Divine Knowledge.
"wa man hawlahoo" refers to the angels.
"lillazeena aamanoo" (for those who believe) means those who have submitted to the Ahl al-Bayt and maintain true love for the Family of Muhammad.
