My Lord! Inspire me to give thanks for Your blessing with which You have blessed me and my parents, and that I may do righteous deeds which please You, and admit me, by Your mercy, among Your righteous servants.

(Surah An-Naml (27), Verse 19)

Prophet Sulaiman (A.S.) was proceeding towards the battlefield with his army, which included human soldiers, jinn, and birds. They were heading towards the battlefield.
When they passed by the ants' colonies, an ant said to the others: "Let us enter our tunnels, lest Solomon (A.S.) and his army crush us unknowingly in their haste." Prophet Solomon (A.S.) heard the ant's speech and was amazed. He reflected that what this ant had expressed was indeed true. He thanked Allah and sought protection from any inappropriate action, then made the aforementioned supplication.
