بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

bismillahi alrrahmani alrrahimi

In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful

[00:06.00]

اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin

O Allah: (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

[00:14.00]

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِىْ لَمْ يُشْهِدْ اَحَدًا

alhamdu lillahi alladhi lam yushhid ahadan

Praise be to Allah Who allowed none to witness

[00:22.00]

حِيْنَ فَطَرَ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضَ

hina fatara assamawati wal-arda

when He created the heavens and the earth,

[00:26.00]

وَ لَا اتَّخَذَ مُعِيْنًا حِيْنَ بَرَءً النَّسَمَاتِ

wa lattakhadha mu`inan hina bara`a annasamati

and Who took no helper when He authored the spirits!

[00:33.00]

لَمْ يُشَارَكْ فِى الْاِلٰهِيَّةِ

lam yusharak fil-ilahiyyati

He has no associate in Divinity

[00:38.00]

وَ لَمْ يُظَاهَرْ فِى الْوَحْدَانِيَّةِ

wa lam yuzahar filwahdaniyyati

and no support in Unity.

[00:43.00]

كَلَّتِ الْاَلْسُنُ عَنْ غَايَةِ صِفَتِهٖ

kallat al-alsunu `an ghayati sifatihi

Tongues fall silent before the limit of describing Him,

[00:51.00]

وَٱنْحَسَرَتِ وَالْعُقُوْلُ عَنْ كُنْهِ مَعْرِفَتِهٖ

wanhasarat al`uqulu `an kunhi ma`rifatihi

intellects fail before the core of knowing Him,

[00:58.00]

وَ تَوَاضَعَتِ الْجَبَابِرَةُ لِهَيْبَتِهٖ

wa tawada`at aljababiratu lihaybatihi

tyrants fall low in awe of Him,

[01:03.00]

وَ عَنَتِ الْوُجُوْهُ لِخَشْيَتِهٖ

wa `anat alwujuhu likhashyatihi

faces are humbled in fear of Him,

[01:08.00]

وَ انْقَادَ كُلُّ عَظِيْمٍ لِعَظَمَتِهٖ

wanqada kullu `azimin li`azamatihi

and everything mighty yields to His mightiness!

[01:14.00]

فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ مُتَوَاتِرًا مُتَّسِقًا

falaka alhamdu mutawatiran muttasiqan

So, to You belongs praise, again and again, well-measured,

[01:20.00]

وَ مُتَوَالِيًا مُسْتَوْسِقًا

wa mutawaliyan mustawsiqan

continually, methodically!

[01:25.00]

وَ صَلَوَاتُهٗ عَلٰى رَسُوْلِهِ اَبَدًا

wa salawatuhu `ala rasulihi abadan

And may His blessings be upon His Messenger endlessly,

[01:31.00]

وَ سَلَامُهٗ دَاۤئِمًا سَرْمَدًا

wa salamuhu da'iman sarmadan

and His salutation (be upon him) everlastingly, eternally!

[01:36.00]

اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْ اَوَّلَ يَوْمِىْ هٰذَا صَلَاحًا

allahumma ij`al awwala yawmi hadha salahan

O Allah, (please) make the beginning of this day of mine righteousness,

[01:43.00]

وَّ اَوْسَطَهٗ فَلَاحًا

wa awsatahu falahan

its middle prosperity,

[01:47.00]

وَاٰخِرَهٗ نَجَاحًا

wa akhirahu najahan

and its end success!

[01:52.00]

وَ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ يَوْمٍ اَوَّلُهٗ فَزَعٌ

wa a`udhu bika min yawmin awwaluhu faza`un

I seek refuge in You from a day whose beginning is fright,

[01:58.00]

وَ اَوْسَطُهٗ جَزَعٌ

wa awsatuhu jaza`un

whose middle is anxiety,

[02:02.00]

وَ اٰخِرُهٗ وَجَعٌ

wa akhiruhu waja`un

and whose end is pain!

[02:06.00]

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّىْ اَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِكُلِّ نَذْرٍ نَذَرْتُهٗ

allahumma inni astaghfiruka likulli nadhrin nadhartuhu

O Allah, I pray forgiveness from You for every vow I have vowed,

[02:14.00]

وَكُلِّ وَعْدٍ وَعَدْتُهٗ

wa likulli wa`din wa`adtuhu

every promise I have made,

[02:18.00]

وَكُلِّ عَهْدٍ عَاهَدْتُهٗ

wa likulli `ahdin `ahadtuhu

and every pledge I have pledged

[02:22.00]

ثُمَّ لَمْ اَفِ لَكَ بِهٖ

thumma lam afi laka bihi

and then I failed to keep for You.

[02:26.00]

وَ اَسْأَلُكَ فِىْ مَظَالِمِ عِبَادِكَ عِنْدِىْ

wa as'aluka fi mazalimi `ibadika `indi

I ask You concerning the complaints of Your servants against me:

[02:31.00]

فَاَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ مِنْ عَبِيْدِكَ

fa ayyuma `abdin min `abidika

If there is a servant from among Your servants

[02:36.00]

اَوْ اَمَةٍ مِنْ اِمَاۤئِكَ

aw amatin min ima'ika

or a bondmaid from among Your bondmaids,

[02:40.00]

كَانَتْ لَهٗ قِبَلِىْ مَظْلِمَةٌ ظَلَمْتُهَا اِيَّاهُ

kanat lahu qibali mazlamatun zalamtuha iyyahu

who has against me a complaint

[02:46.00]

فِىْ نَفْسِهٖ اَوْ فِىْ عِرْضِهٖ

fi nafsihi aw fi `irdihi

because I have wronged him in respect to himself, his reputation,

[02:50.00]

اَوْ فِىْ مَالِهٖ اَوْ فِىْ اَهْلِهٖ وَ وَلَدِهٖ

aw fi malihi aw fi ahlihi wa waladihi

his property, his wife or his child,

[02:56.00]

اَوْ غِيْبَةُ اغْتَبْتُهٗ بِهَا

aw ghibatin ightabtuhu biha

or because evil words I have spoken about him in his absence,

[03:00.00]

اَوْ تَحَامُلٌ عَلَيْهِ بِمَيْلٍ اَوْ هَوًى

aw tahamulun `alayhi bimaylin aw hawan

an imposition upon him through inclination, caprice,

[03:05.00]

اَوْ اَنَفَةٍ اَوْ حَمِيَّةٍ

aw anafatin aw hamiyyatin

scorn, zeal,

[03:10.00]

اَوْ رِيَاۤءٍ اَوْ عَصَبِيَّةٍ

aw riya'in aw `asabiyyatin

false show, bigotry,

[03:14.00]

غَاۤئِبًا كَانَ اَوْ شَاهِدًا

gha'iban kana aw shahidan

whether he be absent or present,

[03:18.00]

وَّ حَيًّا كَانَ اَوْ مَيِّتًا

wa hayyan kana aw mayyitan

alive or dead,

[03:21.00]

فَقَصُرَتْ يَدِىْ

faqasurat yadi

such that my hand has fallen short

[03:24.00]

وَضَاقَ وُسْعِىْ عَنْ رَدِّهَا اِلَيْهِ

wa daqa wus`i `an raddiha ilayhi

and my capacity has been too narrow to make restitution to him

[03:29.00]

وَالتَّحَلُّلِ مِنْهُ

wattahalluli minhu

or to annul my obligation to him,

[03:32.00]

فَاَسْئَلُكَ يَا مَنْ يَمْلِكُ الْحَاجَاتِ

fa as'alika ya man yamliku alhajati

I ask You, O He who owns all objects of need,

[03:36.00]

وَ هِىَ مُسْتَجِيْبَةٌ لِمَشِيَّتِهٖ

wa hiya mustajibatun limashi'atihi

which are granted by His will

[03:41.00]

وَ مُسْرِعَةٌ اِلٰى اِرَادَتِهٖ

wa musri`atun ila iradatihi

and hasten to His desire

[03:44.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin

that You bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

[03:50.00]

وَ اَنْ تُرْضِيَهٗ عَنِّىْ بِمَا شِئْتَ

wa an turdiyahu `anni bima shi'ta

and make [the one I have wronged] satisfied with me in the manner that You will,

[03:54.00]

وَ تَهَبَ لِىْ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ رَحْمَةً

wa tahaba li min `indika rahmatan

and gift me mercy from You,

[03:59.00]

اِنَّهٗ لَا تَنْقُصُكَ الْمَغْفِرَةُ

innahu la tanqusuka almaghfiratu

because, indeed, forgiveness decreases You not

[04:04.00]

وَ لَا تَضُرُّكَ الْمَوْهِبَةُ

wa la tadurruka almawhibatu

and giving injures You not.

[04:08.00]

يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ

ya arhama arrahimina

O Most Merciful of all those who show mercy!

[04:11.00]

اَللّٰهُمَّ اَوْلِنِىْ فِىْ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ ۟اِثْنَيْنِ

allahumma awlini fi kulli yawmi ithnayni

O Allah, bestow upon me on every Monday

[04:17.00]

نِعْمَتَيْنِ مِنْكَ ثِنْتَيْنِ

ni`matayni minka thintayni

with two favors from You:

[04:21.00]

سَعَادَةً فِىْ اَوَّلِهٖ بِطَاعَتِكَ

sa`adatan fi awwalihi bita`atika

the felicity to obey You at its beginning

[04:26.00]

وَ نِعْمَةً فِىْ اٰخِرِهٖ بِمَغْفِرَتِكَ

wa ni`matan fi akhirihi bimahgfiratika

and the favor of Your forgiveness at its end!

[04:31.00]

يَا مَنْ هُوَ ا لْاِلٰهُ

ya man huwa al-ilahu

O He who is the God

[04:35.00]

وَلَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ سِوَاهُ۔

wa la yaghfiru aldhdhunuba siwahu

and none other than Whom grants forgiveness for sins!
