اللَّهُمَّ يَا مَنْ أَنْزَلَ الْقُرْآنَ مُصَدِّقاً لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ

O Allah, O He who sent down the Quran confirming what was before it,

وَ أَنْزَلَ التَّوْرَاةَ وَ الْإِنْجِيلَ مِنْ قَبْلُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ

and revealed the Torah and the Gospel beforehand as guidance for the people,

وَ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَ أَنْزَلَ الْفُرْقَانَ

and clear proofs of guidance and criterion.

يَا مَنْ يُصَوِّرُ فِي الْأَرْحَامِ مَا يَشَاءُ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ

O He who shapes in the wombs whatever He wills however He wills,

لا إِلهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ‌

there is no deity except Him, the Almighty, the Wise.

يَا مَالِكَ الْمُلْكِ‌ تُؤْتِي الْمُلْكَ مَنْ تَشاءُ

O Owner of sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will

وَ تَنْزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّنْ تَشاءُ

and You take sovereignty away from whom You will.

وَ تُعِزُّ مَنْ تَشاءُ وَ تُذِلُّ مَنْ تَشاءُ بِيَدِكَ الْخَيْرُ

You honor whom You will and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is all good.

إِنَّكَ عَلى‌ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ قَدِيرٌ

Indeed, You are over all things capable.

تُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهارِ وَ تُولِجُ النَّهارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ

You bring the night into the day, and You bring the day into the night;

وَ تُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَ تُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتَ مِنَ الْحَيِّ

You bring the living out of the dead, and You bring the dead out of the living.

وَ تَرْزُقُ مَنْ تَشاءُ بِغَيْرِ حِسابٍ

And You provide for whom You will without account.

‌ يَا مَنِ‌ اصْطَفى‌ آدَمَ وَ نُوحاً وَ آلَ إِبْراهِيمَ

O He who chose Adam, Noah, the family of Abraham,

وَ آلَ عِمْرانَ عَلَى الْعالَمِينَ ذُرِّيَّةً بَعْضُها مِنْ بَعْضٍ

and the family of Imran over the worlds, descendants one of another,

وَ اللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ‌

and Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

يَا مَنْ‌ إِنْ تَكُ حَسَنَةً يُضاعِفْها

O He who, if a good deed is done, He doubles it

وَ يُؤْتِ مِنْ لَدُنْهُ أَجْراً عَظِيماً

and gives from His presence a great reward.

يَا مَنْ‌ لَهُ ما فِي السَّماواتِ وَ ما فِي الْأَرْضِ

O He to whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth

وَ ما بَيْنَهُما وَ ما تَحْتَ الثَّرى

and whatever is between them and whatever is under the soil.

‌ وَ كانَ اللَّهُ غَنِيًّا حَمِيداً

And Allah was self-sufficient, Praiseworthy.

يَا مَنْ يَشْهَدُ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ أَنْزَلَهُ بِعِلْمِهِ

O He who witnesses what He has sent down by His knowledge,

وَ الْمَلَائِكَةُ يَشْهَدُونَ‌

and the angels bear witness.

وَ كَفى‌ بِاللَّهِ شَهِيداً

And sufficient is Allah as Witness.

يَا مَنْ‌ يَداهُ مَبْسُوطَتانِ يُنْفِقُ كَيْفَ يَشاءُ

O He whose hands are outstretched, He spends however He wills.

لا إِلهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ‌

There is no deity except Him, the Mighty, the Wise.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَا مَدَحْتَ بِهِ نَفْسَكَ وَ بِعَظِيمِ أَسْمَائِكَ

O Allah, I ask You by praising Yourself and by Your great names

أَنْ تَتَقَبَّلَ صَلَاتِي وَ نُسُكِي وَ قِيَامِي وَ صَدَقَتِي

to accept my prayer, my devotion, my standing in worship, my charity,

وَ تَضَرُّعِي إِلَيْكَ وَ خُضُوعِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ

my supplication to You, and my submission before You

فِي يَوْمِي هَذَا وَ فِي شَهْرِي هَذَا وَ فِيمَا قَبْلَهُ وَ فِيمَا بَعْدَهُ

on this day, in this month, before it, and after it.

وَ تَرْزُقَنِي خَيْرَ مَا رَزَقْتَ عِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِينَ

And grant me the best of what You have provided to Your righteous servants

بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ

by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.

وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ.

And may Allah send blessings upon our master Muhammad and his pure family.
