It is advisable to perform Ghusl on this night.
Offer a prayer of twelve units (6x2), in each of which you may recite Surah al-Fatihah and any Surah from Surahs 47 - 114 once each.
After the prayers recite the following 7 times each:
Al Fatih'ah
Al Ikhlaas
Al Falaq
An Naas
Al Kaafiroon
Al Qadr
Ayatul Kursi
