اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ أَمَرْتَ بِالدُّعَاءِ وَ ضَمِنْتَ الْإِجَابَةَ

“O‟ my God! You ordered us to pray and guaranteed its fulfillment.

فَدَعْوْنَاكَ وَ نَحْنُ عِبَادُكَ وَ بَنُو إِمَائِكَ نَوَاصِينَا بِيَدِكَ

So we prayed to you. We are Your Servants and the children of Your creatures. You control all our affairs

وَ أَنْتَ رَبُّنَا وَ نَحْنُ عِبَادُكَ وَ لَمْ يَسْأَلِ الْعِبَادُ مِثْلَكَ

You are our Lord and we are Your Servants. The servant does not ask anyone else like You

وَ نَرْغَبُ إِلَيْكَ وَ لَمْ يَرْغَبِ الْخَلَائِقُ إِلَى مِثْلِكَ

We desire You and the people do not desire anyone else

وَ يَا مَوْضِعَ شَكْوَى السَّائِلِينَ وَ مُنْتَهَى حَاجَةِ الرَّاغِبِينَ

O‟ He who settles the complaints of those who ask! O‟ the ultimate need of those who desire!

وَ يَا ذَا الْجَبَرُوتِ وَ الْمَلَكُوتِ وَ يَا ذَا السُّلْطَانِ وَ الْعِزِّ

O‟ Lord of Omnipotence and Kingdom! O‟ Lord of Authority and Majesty!

يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ يَا بَارُّ يَا رَحِيمُ يَا حَنَّانُ يَا مَنَّانُ يَا بَدِيعَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَ الْأَرْضِ

... O‟ the Living! O‟ the Eternal! O‟ Kind! O‟ Merciful! O‟ Giver! O‟ Bestower! O‟ Creator of the heavens and the earth

يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ

O‟ Lord of Majesty, Bounty and Honor!

يَا ذَا النِّعَمِ الْجِسَامِ وَ الطَّوْلِ الَّذِي لَا يُرَامُ

O‟ Lord of Great Blessings! O‟ Lord of Bestowals that do not end!

صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ عَلَى آلِهِ وَ اغْفِرْ لِي إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ

Please bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny (as). Please forgive me as You are All-Forgiving, Merciful!”
