It has been reported from the Holy Prophet (peace and blessing be upon his family) : Whoever recites on the twenty-first night of the month of Sha'ban, a 8 (4x2) Raka' prayer, reciting in each unit Surah Fatiha once and Surah Ikhlass Surah Falaq and Surah An Nas once.
Good deeds equal to stars in the sky would be recorded and his rank would be raised.
