اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin

O Allah: (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

[00:07.00]

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem

In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.

[00:13.00]

إِلٰهِي وَقَفَ ٱلسَّائِلُونَ بِبَابِكَ

ilahi waqafa alssa'iluna bibabika

O my God, the beseechers have stood at Your Door,

[00:21.00]

وَلاذَ ٱلفُقَراءُ بِجَنابِكَ

wa ladha alfuqara'u bijanabika

the poor have resorted to Your refuge,

[00:27.00]

وَوَقَفَتْ سَفِينَةُ ٱلمسَاكِينِ عَلَىٰ سَاحِلِ بَحْرِ جُودِكَ وَكَرَمِكَ

wa waqafat safinatu almasakini `ala sahili bahri judika wa karamika

and the ship of the needy have cast anchor near the coast of the sea of Your Magnanimity and Generosity,

يَرْجُونَ ٱلجَوَازَ إِلَىٰ سَاحَةِ رَحْمَتِكَ وَنِعْمَتِكَ

yarjuna aljawaza ila sahati rahmatika wa ni`matika

hoping for permission to enter the yard of Your Mercy and Favor.

[00:43.00]

إِلٰهِي إِنْ كُنْتَ لاَ تَرْحَم فِي هٰذَا ٱلشَّهْرِ ٱلشَّرِيفِ

ilahi in kunta la tarhamu fi hadha alshshahri alshsharifi

O my God, If You, in this holy month, will have mercy upon none

إِلاَّ مَنْ أَخْلَصَ لَكَ فِي صِيَامِهِ وَقِيَامِهِ

illa man akhlasa laka fi siyamihi wa qiyamihi

but those who sincerely observe fasting and do acts of worship to You,

[01:00.00]

فَمَنْ لِلْمُذْنِبِ ٱلْمُقَصِّرِ

faman lilmudhnibi almuqassiri

who will then stand for the sinful and the negligent

[01:03.00]

إِذَا غَرِقَ فِي بَحْرِ ذُنُوبِهِ وَآثَامِهِ

idha ghariqa fi bahri dhunubihi wa athamihi

then they sink in the ocean of their sins and offenses?

[01:09.00]

إِلٰهِي إِنْ كُنْتَ لاَ تَرْحَم إِلاَّ ٱلْمُطِيعِينَ

ilahi in kunta la tarhamu illa almuti`ina

O my God, if you have mercy upon non but the obedient to You,

[01:17.00]

فَمَنْ لِلْعَاصِينَ

faman lil`asina

who will then stand for the disobedient?

[01:21.00]

وَإِنْ كُنْتَ لاَ تَقْبَل إِلاَّ مِنَ ٱلعَامِلِينَ

wa in kunta la taqbalu illa min al`amilina

If You accept none but those who do acts of worship to You,

[01:26.00]

فَمَنْ للْمُقَصِّرِينَ

faman lilmuqassirina

who will then stand for the negligent?

[01:29.00]

إِلٰهِي رَبِحَ ٱلصَّائِمُونَ

Ilahi rabiha alssa'imuna

O my God, the observers of fasting have won,

[01:37.00]

وَفَازَ ٱلقَائِمُونَ

wa faza alqa'imuna

the doers of acts of worship to You have prospered,

[01:40.00]

وَنَجَا ٱلُمخْلِصُونَ

wa naja almukhlisuna

and those who act sincerely have been saved.

[01:43.00]

وَنَحْنُ عَبِيدُكَ ٱلْمُذْنِبُونَ

wa nahnu `abiduka almudhnibuna

But we, Your sinful servants, beseech Your mercy;

[01:46.00]

فَٱرْحَمْنَا بِرَحْمَتِكَ

farhamna birahmatika

so, (please do) have mercy upon us,

[01:50.00]

وَأَعْتِقْنَا مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ بَعَفْوِك

wa a`tiqna min alnnari bi`afwika

release us from the chastisement of Hellfire, out of Your pardon,

[01:55.00]

وَٱغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا

waghfir lana dhunubana

and forgive our sins,

[02:00.00]

بِرَحْمَتِكَ يا أَرْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمِينَ

birahmatika ya arhama alrrahimina

in the name of Your mercy. O most Merciful of all those who show mercy!
