اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلٰی جَدِّكَ الْمُصْطَفٰی

assalaamo a'laa jaddekal mustafaa

Peace be upon your forefather, the Chosen Prophet!

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلٰی اَبِیْكَ الْمُرْتَضَی الرِّضَا

assalaamo a'laa abeekal murtazar rezaa

Peace be upon your father, the well-pleased!

[00:48.00]

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَی السَّیِّدَیْنِ الْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَیْنِ

assalaamo a'las sayyedaynil hasane wal husayne

Peace be upon the two chiefs, al-Hasan and al-Husayn!

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلٰی خَدِیْجَۃَ اُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ

assalaamo a'laa khadeejata ummil moa-meneena

Peace be upon Khadijah, the mother of the believers,

اُمِّ سَیِّدَۃِ نِسَآئِ الْعَالَمِیْنَ

umme sayyedate nesaaa-il a'alameena

and mother of the doyenne of the women of the world!

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلٰی فَاطِمَۃَ اُمَّ الْاَئِمَّۃِ الطَّاہِرِیْنَ

assalaamo a'laa faatemata ummal a-immatit taahereena

Peace be upon Fatimah, the mother of the Immaculate Imams!

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَی النُّفُوْسِ الْفَاخِرَۃِ بُحُوْرِ الْعُلُوْمِ الزَّاخِرَۃِ

assalaamo a'lan nofoosil faakherate bohooril o'loomiz zaakherate

Peace be upon the excellent souls, the oceans of the abundant knowledge,

[01:17.00]

شُفَعَآئِیْ فِی الآْخِرَۃِ وَ اَوْلِیَآئِیْ عِنْدَ عَوْدِ الرُّوْحِ

sho-fa-a'aa-ee fil aakherate wa awleyaaa-ee i'nda a'wdir roohe

my interceders in the Hereafter, and my masters when the soul shall be returned

اِلَی الْعِظَامِ النَّخِرَۃِ اَئِمَّۃِ الْخَلْقِ وَ وُلاَۃِ الْخَلْقِ

elal e'zaamin nakherate a-immatil khalqe wa wolaatil khalqe

to the rotten bones; namely, the leaders of the creatures and the true masters!

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَیْكَ اَیُّہَا الشَّخْصُ الشَّرِیْفُ

assalaamo a'layka ayyohash shaksush shareeo

Peace be upon you, 0 honorable person,

اِسْمَاعِیْلُ بْنُ مَوْلاَنَا جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ نِالصَّادِقِ الطَّاہِرِ الْكَرِیْمِ

ismaa-e'elubno mawlaanaa ja'faribne mohammadenis saadeqit taaheril kareeme

Ismail, son of our master, Ja 'far son of Muhammad, the veracious, immaculate, and noble!

[01:53.00]

اَشْہَدُ اَنْ لاَّ اِلٰہَ اِلاَّ اللّٰہُ وَ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُہٗ

ash-hado an laa elaaha illal laaho wa anna mohammadn a'bdohu

I bear witness that there is no god save Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant

[01:57.00]

وَ مُصْطَفٰیہُ وَ اَنَّ عَلِیًّا وَلِیُّہٗ وَ مُجْتَبیٰہُ

wa mustafaaho wa anna a'liyyan waliyyohu wa mujtabaaho

and chosen Prophet, and that 'Ali is His intimate and selected servant,

اَنَّ الْاِمَامَۃَ فِی وُلْدِہٖ اِلٰی یَوْمِ الدِّیْنِ

annal imaamata fee wuldehi elaa yawmid deene

and that Imamate is for his descendants up to the Judgment Day.

[02:13.00]

نَعْلَمُ ذٰلِكَ عِلْمَ الْیَقِیْنِ

na'lamo zaaleka i'lmal yaqeene

We recognize so with certain knowledge

[02:20.00]

وَ نَحْنُ لِذٰلِكَ مُعْتَقِدُوْنَ وَ فِیْ نَصْرِہِمْ مُجْتَہِدُوْنَ۔

wa nahno le-zaaleka mo'taqedoona wa fee nasrehim mujtahedoona.

and we believe in so and we exert all our efforts in supporting them.
