اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلَايَ

as-salamu `alayka ya mawlaya

Peace be upon you, O my Master

[00:57.00]

يَاۤ اَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ ۟اِلْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ

ya aba muhammadin alhasanu bna `aliyyin

Abu-Muhammad al-Hasan the son of `Ali,

[01:04.00]

۟اِلْهَادِيَ الْمُهْتَدِيَ

alhadi almuhtadi

the guide and well-guided.

[01:07.00]

وَ رَحْمَةُ اللّٰهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ

wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu

Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you.

[01:14.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَلِيَّ اللّٰهِ وَ ابْنَ اَوْلِيَاۤئِهِ

as-salamu `alayka ya waliyya allahi wabna awliya'ihi

Peace be upon you, O Allah’s intimate servant and son of Allah’s intimate servants.

[01:22.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا حُجَّةَ اللّٰهِ وَ ابْنَ حُجَجِهِ

as-salamu `alayka ya hujjata allahi wabna hujajihi

Peace be upon you, O Allah’s decisive Argument and son of Allah’s decisive Arguments.

[01:32.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا صَفِيَّ اللّٰهِ وَ ابْنَ اَصْفِيَاۤئِهِ

as-salamu `alayka ya safiyya allahi wabna asfiya'ihi

Peace be upon you, O Allah’s elite and son of Allah’s elite ones.

[01:42.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا خَلِيْفَةَ اللّٰهِ وَ ابْنَ خُلَفَاۤئِهِ وَ اَبَا خَلِيْفَتِهِ

as-salamu `alayka ya khalifata allahi wabna khulafa'ihi wa aba khalifatihi

Peace be upon you, O Allah’s representative, son of Allah’s representatives, and father of His representative.

[01:55.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ خَاتَمِ النَّبِيِّيْنَ

as-salamu `alayka yabna khatami alnnabiyyina

Peace be upon you, O son of the Seal of the Prophets.

[02:01.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ سَيِّدِ الْوَصِيِّيْنَ

as-salamu `alayka yabna sayyidi alwasiyyina

Peace be upon you, O son of the chief of the Prophets’ successors.

[02:07.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ اَمِيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ

as-salamu `alayka yabna amiri almu'minina

Peace be upon you, O son of the Commander of the Faithful.

[02:15.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ سَيِّدَةِ نِسَاۤءِ الْعَالَمِيْنَ

as-salamu `alayka yabna sayyidati nisa'i al`alamina

Peace be upon you, O son of the doyenne of all women of the world.

[02:22.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ الْاَئِمَّةِ الْهَادِيْنَ

as-salamu `alayka yabna al-a'immati alhadina

Peace be upon you, O son of the guiding leaders.

[02:29.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ الْاَوْصِيَاۤءِ الرَّاشِدِيْنَ

as-salamu `alayka yabna al-awsiya'i alrrashidina

Peace be upon you, O son of the orthodox successors (of the Prophets.)

[02:37.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا عِصْمَةَ الْمُتَّقِيْنَ

assalamu `alayka ya `ismata almuttaqina

Peace be upon you, O shelter of the pious ones.

[02:43.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا اِمَامَ الْفَاۤئِزِيْنَ

as-salamu `alayka ya imama alfa'izina

Peace be upon you, O leader of the winning party.

[02:50.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا رُكْنَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ

as-salamu `alayka ya rukna almu'minina

Peace be upon you, O haven of the (true) believers.

[02:56.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا فَرَجَ الْمَلْهُوْفِيْنَ

as-salamu `alayka ya faraja almalhufina

Peace be upon you, O relief of the aggrieved ones.

[03:05.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَارِثَ الْاَنْبِيَاۤءِ الْمُنْتَجَبِيْنَ

as-salamu `alayka ya waritha al-anbiya'i almuntajabina

Peace be upon you, O heir of the Prophets: the choice ones.

[03:13.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا خَازِنَ عِلْمِ وَصِيِّ رَسُوْلِ اللّٰهِ،

as-salamu `alayka ya khazina `ilmi wasiyyi rasuli allahi

Peace be upon you, O keeper of the knowledge of the successor of Allah’s Messenger.

[03:21.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ اَيُّهَا الدَّاعِيْ بِحُكْمِ اللّٰهِ

as-salamu `alayka ayyuha aldda`i bihukmi allahi

Peace be upon you, O he who invites to the judgment of Allah.

[03:29.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ اَيُّهَا النَّاطِقُ بِكِتَابِ اللّٰهِ

as-salamu `alayka ayyuha alnnatiqu bikitabi allahi

Peace be upon you, O he who speaks with the Book of Allah.

[03:37.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا حُجَّةَ الْحُجَجِ

as-salamu `alayka ya hujjata alhujaji

Peace be upon you, O prime Argument of all the arguments (of Allah.)

[03:44.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا هَادِيَ الْاُمَمِ

as-salamu `alayka ya hadiya al-umami

Peace be upon you, O guide of all nations.

[03:50.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَلِيَّ النِّعَمِ

as-salamu `alayka ya waliyya alnni`ami

Peace be upon you, O source of all bounties.

[03:56.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا عَيْبَةَ الْعِلْمِ

as-salamu `alayka ya `aybata al`ilmi

Peace be upon you, O store of knowledge.

[04:02.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا سَفِيْنَةَ الْحِلْمِ

as-salamu `alayka ya safinata alhilmi

Peace be upon you, O ark of forbearance.

[04:09.00]

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا اَبَا الْاِمَامِ الْمُنْتَظَرِ

as-salamu `alayka ya aba al-imami almuntazari

Peace be upon you, O father of the Awaited Imam:

[04:16.00]

الظَّاهِرَةِ لِلْعَاقِلِ حُجَّتُهُ

alzzahirati lil`aqili hujjatuhu

whose claim is evident for the rational people,

[04:22.00]

وَ الثَّابِتَةِ فِي الْيَقِيْنِ مَعْرِفَتُهُ

walththabitati fi alyaqini ma`rifatuhu

whose recognition is fixed in the most certain things,

[04:29.00]

الْمُحْتَجَبِ عَنْ اَعْيُنِ الظَّالِمِيْنَ

almuhtajabi `an a`yuni alzzalimina

whom is concealed against the eyes of the oppressors,

[04:35.00]

وَ الْمُغَيَّبِ عَنْ دَوْلَةِ الْفَاسِقِيْنَ

walmughayyabi `an dawlati alfasiqina

whom is hidden from the regimes of the faithless authorities,

[04:41.00]

وَ الْمُعِيْدِ رَبُّنَا بِهِ الْاِسْلَامَ جَدِيْدًا بَعْدَ الْاِنْطِمَاسِ،

walmu`idi rabbana bihi al-islama jadidan ba`da al-intimasi

and through whom our Lord shall recover Islam over again after it will be effaced

[04:50.00]

وَ الْقُرْاٰنَ غَضًّا بَعْدَ الْاِنْدِرَاسِ

walqur'ana ghaddan ba`da al-indirasi

and He shall recover the Qur'an fresh over again after it will be eradicated.

[04:56.00]

اَشْهَدُ يَا مَوْلَايَ اَنَّكَ اَقَمْتَ الصَّلَاةَ

ashhadu ya mawlaya annaka aqamta alssalata

O master, I bear witness that you performed the prayers,

[05:03.00]

وَ اٰتَيْتَ الزَّكَاةَ

wa atayta alzzakata

defrayed the poor-rate,

[05:07.00]

وَ اَمَرْتَ بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ

wa amarta bilma`rufi

enjoined the right,

[05:10.00]

وَ نَهَيْتَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ

wa nahayta `an almunkari

forbade the wrong,

[05:14.00]

وَ دَعَوْتَ اِلٰى سَبِيْلِ رَبِّكَ

wa da`awta ila sabili rabbika

called to the way of your Lord

[05:18.00]

بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَ الْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ

bilhikmati walmaw`izati alhasanati

with wisdom and goodly exhortation,

[05:23.00]

وَ عَبَدْتَ اللّٰهَ مُخْلِصًا

wa `abadta allaha mukhlisan

and worshipped Allah sincerely

[05:28.00]

حَتّٰىۤ اَتَاكَ الْيَقِيْنُ

hatta ataka alyaqinu

until death came upon you.

[05:32.00]

اَسْاَلُ اللّٰهَ بِالشَّأْنِ الَّذِيْ لَكُمْ عِنْدَهُ

as'alu allaha bilshsha'ni alladhi lakum `indahu

I thus beseech Allah in the name of the rank that you enjoy with Him

[05:39.00]

اَنْ يَتَقَبَّلَ زِيَارَتِيْ لَكُمْ

an yataqabbala ziyarati lakum

to accept my visit to you,

[05:44.00]

وَ يَشْكُرَ سَعْيِيۤ اِلَيْكُمْ

wa yashkura sa`yi ilaykum

receive my efforts with gratitude,

[05:48.00]

وَ يَسْتَجِيْبَ دُعَاۤئِيْ بِكُمْ

wa yastajiba du`a'i bikum

respond to my prayers through you,

[05:53.00]

وَ يَجْعَلَنِيْ مِنْ اَنْصَارِ الْحَقِّ

wa yaj`alani min ansari alhaqqi

and include me with the supporters of the truth,

[05:58.00]

وَ اَتْبَاعِهِ وَ اَشْيَاعِهِ

wa atba`ihi wa ashya`ihi

its followers, its adherents,

[06:03.00]

وَ مَوَالِيْهِ وَ مُحِبِّيْهِ

wa mawalihi wa muhibbihi

its devotees, and its lovers.

[06:08.00]

وَ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ وَ رَحْمَةُ اللّٰهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ۔

wa as-salamu `alayka wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu

Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you.

[06:16.00]

اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ

allahumma salli `ala sayyidina muhammadin wa ahli baytihi

O Allah, (please do) send blessings upon our master Muhammad and his Household

[06:27.00]

وَ صَلِّ عَلَى الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ۟

wa salli `ala alhasani bni `aliyyin

and send blessings upon al-Hasan the son of `Ali

[06:31.00]

اِلْهَادِيۤ اِلٰى دِيْنِكَ

alhadi ila dinika

who guides to Your religion

[06:35.00]

وَ الدَّاعِيۤ اِلٰى سَبِيْلِكَ

waldda`i ila sabilika

and calls to Your way,

[06:40.00]

عَلَمِ الْهُدٰى

`alami alhuda

who is the sign of true guidance,

[06:44.00]

وَ مَنَارِ التُّقٰى

wa manari alttuqa

the lantern of true piety,

[06:47.00]

وَ مَعْدِنِ الْحِجٰى

wa ma`dini alhija

the essence of rationality,

[06:52.00]

وَ مَأْوَى النُّهٰى

wa ma'wa alnnuha

the resource of reason,

[06:54.00]

وَ غَيْثِ الْوَرٰى

wa ghaythi alwara

the raining cloud over mankind,

[06:57.00]

وَ سَحَابِ الْحِكْمَةِ

wa sahabi alhikmati

the cloud of wisdom,

[07:01.00]

وَ بَحْرِ الْمَوْعِظَةِ

wa bahri almaw`izati

the ocean of admonition,

[07:04.00]

وَ وَارِثِ الْاَئِمَّةِ

wa warithi al-a'immati

the heir of the Imams,

[07:07.00]

وَ الشَّهِيْدِ عَلَى الْاُمَّةِ

walshshahidi `ala al-ummati

the witness over the (Muslim) community,

[07:13.00]

الْمَعْصُوْمِ الْمُهَذَّبِ

alma`sumi almuhadhdhabi

the sinless, the well-mannered,

[07:17.00]

وَ الْفَاضِلِ الْمُقَرَّبِ

walfadili almuqarrabi

the virtuous, the favorable (by Allah),

[07:21.00]

وَ الْمُطَهَّرِ مِنَ الرِّجْسِ

walmutahhari min alrrijsi

the purified against filth,

[07:26.00]

الَّذِيْ وَرَّثْتَهُ عِلْمَ الْكِتَابِ

alladhi warrathtahu `ilma alkitabi

and the one whom You have given the knowledge of the (Holy) Book in inheritance,

[07:32.00]

وَ اَلْهَمْتَهُ فَصْلَ الْخِطَابِ

wa alhamtahu fasla alkhitabi

You have inspired with clear judgment,

[07:38.00]

وَ نَصَبْتَهُ عَلَمًا لِاَهْلِ قِبْلَتِكَ

wa nasabtahu `alaman li'ahli qiblatika

You have appointed as the leading sign for those who follow the direction You have decided,

[07:44.00]

وَ قَرَنْتَ طَاعَتَهُ بِطَاعَتِكَ

wa qaranta ta`atahu bita`atika

You have decided the obedience to him to be attached to the obedience to You,

[07:49.00]

وَ فَرَضْتَ مَوَدَّتَهُ عَلٰى جَمِيْعِ خَلِيْقَتِكَ

wa faradta mawaddatahu `ala jami`i khaliqatika

and You have imposed the love for him upon all Your creatures.

[07:56.00]

اَللّٰهُمَّ فَكَمَاۤ اَنَابَ بِحُسْنِ الْاِخْلَاصِ فِي تَوْحِيْدِكَ

allahumma fakama anaba bihusni al-ikhlasi fi tawhidika

O Allah, as he always turned to You with excellent sincerity in Your Oneness,

[08:04.00]

وَ اَرْدٰى مَنْ خَاضَ فِيْ تَشْبِيْهِكَ

wa arda man khada fi tashbihika

argued and defeated those who anthropomorphized You,

[08:10.00]

وَ حَامٰى عَنْ اَهْلِ الْاِيْمَانِ بِكَ

wa hama `an ahli al-imani bika

and defended those who faithfully believed in You;

[08:17.00]

فَصَلِّ يَا رَبِّ عَلَيْهِ صَلَاةً

fasalli ya rabbi `alayhi salatan

so, O my Lord, (please) pour down on him Your blessings

[08:22.00]

يَلْحَقُ بِهَا مَحَلَّ الْخَاشِعِيْنَ

yalhaqu biha mahalla alkhashi`ina

due to which he joins the rank of those who behave humbly toward You

[08:27.00]

وَ يَعْلُوْ فِي الْجَنَّةِ

wa ya`lu fi aljannati

and due to which he surmounts in Paradise

[08:31.00]

بِدَرَجَةِ جَدِّهِ خَاتَمِ النَّبِيِّيْنَ

bidarajati jaddihi khatami alnnabiyyina

to the rank of his forefather the Seal of the Prophets.

[08:36.00]

وَ بَلِّغْهُ مِنَّا تَحِيَّةً وَ سَلَامًا

wa ballighhu minna tahiyyatan wa salaman

And (please do) convey to him greetings and compliments from us,

[08:44.00]

وَ اٰتِنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ فِيْ مُوَالَاتِهِ

wa atina min ladunka fi muwalatihi

grant us from You, on account of our loyalty to him,

[08:49.00]

فَضْلًا وَ اِحْسَانًا

fadlan wa ihsanan

favor and benevolence

[08:53.00]

وَ مَغْفِرَةً وَ رِضْوَانًا

wa maghfiratan wa ridwanan

and also grant us forgiveness and gratification,

[08:59.00]

اِنَّكَ ذُوْ فَضْلٍ عَظِيْمٍ

innaka dhu fadlin `azimin

for You are most certainly the Lord of enormous favor

[09:02.00]

وَ مَنٍّ جَسِيْمٍ

wa mannin jasimin

and huge bliss.
