This supplication is attributed to Imam Reza (a.s.) which is to be recited after performing two unit of salaat at ‘Maqaam-e-Jibraeel (a.s.)’ :
يَا جَوَادُ يَا كَرِيْمُ يَا قَرِيْبُ غَيْرُ بَعِيْدٍ اَسْاَلُكَ بِاَنَّكَ اَنْتَ اللهُ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِكَ شَيْءٌ اَنْ تَعْصِمَنِيْ مِنَ الْمَهَالِكِ وَ اَنْ تُسَلِّمَنِيْ مِنْ اٰفَاتِ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْاٰخِرَةِ وَ وَعْثَآءِ السَّفَرِ وَ سُوْءِ الْمُنْقَلَبِ وَ اَنْ تَرُدَّنِيْ سَالِمًا اِلٰى وَطَنِيْ بَعْدَ حَـجٍّ مَقْبُوْلٍ وَ سَعْيٍ مَشْكُوْرٍ وَ عَمَلٍ مُتَقَبَّلٍ وَ لَا تَـجْعَلْهُ اٰخِرَ الْعَهْدِ مِنِّيْ مِنْ حَرَمِكَ وَ حَرَمِ نَبِيِّكَ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَ اٰلِہٖ
yaa jawaado yaa kareemo yaa qareebo ghayro ba-e’edin as-aloka be-annaka antal laaho laysa kamisleka shay-un an ta’semanee menal mahaaleke wa an tosallemanee min aafaatid dunya wal aakherate wa wa’saaa-is safare wa soo-il munqalabe wa an taruddanee saaleman elaa watanee ba’da hajjin maqboolin wa sa’yin maskoorin wa a’malin motaqabbalin wa laa taj-a’lho aakheral a’hde minnee min harameka wa harame nabiyyeka sallal laaho a’layhe wa aalehi.
O All-magnanimous! O All-generous! O He Who is always nigh and is never remote! I beseech You in the name of Your being Allah; nothing is like unto You, that You save me from disasters, and that You keep me protected from the calamities of the world and the hereafter, and inconvenience of the journey, and the terrible return, and take me back safely to my homeland after accepted Hajj, and praiseworthy efforts, and accepted actions, and do not decide this visit to be the last of my visit to Your Holy Precinct and the Holy Precinct of Your Prophet, blessings of Allah be upon him and his progeny.
Recite 2 Rakat Salat at each of the 4 corners
and say this
اَللّٰهُمَّ مَنْ تَهَیَّاَ وَ تَعَبَّاَ وَ اَعَدَّ وَ اسْتَعَدَّ لِوِفَادَۃٍ اِلٰی مَخْلُوْقٍ رَجَآئَ رِفْدِهٖ وَ جَائِزَتِهٖ وَ نَوَافِلِهٖ وَ فَوَاضِلِهٖ فَاِلَیْكَ یَا سَیِّدِیْ تَهْیِئَتِیْ وَ تَعْبِئَتِیْ وَ اِعْدَادِیْ وَ اسْتِعْدَادِیْ رَجَآئَ رِفْدِكَ وَ نَوَافِلِكَ وَ جَآئِزَتِكَ فَلَا تُخَیِّبِ الْیَوْمَ رَجَآئِیْ یَا مَنْ لَا یَخِیْبُ عَلَیْهِ سَائِلٌ وَ لَا تَنْقُصُهٗ نَائِلٌ فَاِنِّیْ لَمْ آتِكَ الْیَوْمَ بِعَمَلٍ صَالِحٍ قَدَّمْتُهٗ وَ لَا شَفَاعَۃِ مَخْلُوْقٍ رَجَوْتُهٗ وَ لٰكِنْ اَتَیْتُكَ مُقِرًّا بِاظُّلْمِ وَ الْاِسَائَۃِ عَلٰی نَفْسِیْ فَاِنَّهٗ لَا حُجَّۃَ لِیْ وَ لَا عُذْرَ فَاَسْئَلُكَ یَا مَنْ هُوَكَذَالِكَ اَنْ تُصَلِّیَ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اَنْ تُعْطِیَنِیْ مَسْاَلَتِیْ وَ تُقِیْلَنِیْ عَثْرَتِیْ وَ تَقْلِبَنِیْ بِرَغْبَتِیْ وَ لَا تَرُدَّنِیْ مَجْبُوْهًا مَمْنُوْعًا وَ لَا خَآئِبًا یَا عَظِیْمُ یَا عَظِیْمُ یَا عَظِیْمُ اَرْجُوْكَ لِلْعَظِیْمِ اَسْئَلُكَ یَا عَظِیْمُ اَنْ تَغْفِرَ لِیَ الذَّنْبَ الْعَظِیْمَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ۔
Allhumma Man Tahya wa taaba ... untilazima la ilaha ant
