بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

bismi allahi alrrahmani alrrahimi

In the name of Allah; the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.

بِسْمِ اللهِ وَ بِاللهِ

bismi allahi wa billahi

In the Name of Allah (I begin), in Allah (I trust),

وَ اِلَی اللهِ وَ اِلَی ابْنِ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ

wa ila allahi wa ila ibni rasuli allahi

to Allah and towards the son of Allah’s Messenger (I trun my face).

حَسْبِیَ اللهُ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَی اللهِ

hasbiya allahu tawakkaltu `ala allahi

Allah is Sufficient unto me and on Allah do I rely.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِلَیْكَ تَوَجَّهْتُ وَ اِلَیْكَ قَصَدْتُ

allahumma ilayka tawajjahtu wa ilayka qasadtu

O Allah, I have set out to You, directed toward You,

وَ مَا عِنْدَكَ اَرَدْتُ۔

wa ma `indaka aradtu

and desired for what You have in possession.
