اللّهُمّ صَلّ عَلَى مُحَمّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمّدٍ

allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin

O Allah: (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad

[00:09.00]

ِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

bismillahir rahmanir raheem.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

[00:12.00]

سَلاَمُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْكَامِلُ ٱلتَّامُّ

salamu allahi alkamilu alttammu

Peace of Allah—perfect, complete,

[00:16.00]

ٱلشَّامِلُ ٱلْعَامُّ

alshshamilu al`ammu

comprehensive, and thorough;

[00:20.00]

وَصَلَوَاتُهُ ٱلدَّائِمَةُ

wa salawatuhu aldda'imatu

and His endless benedictions

[00:26.00]

وَبَرَكَاتُهُ ٱلْقَائِمَةُ ٱلتَّامَّةُ

wa barakatuhu alqa'imatu alttammatu

and His everlasting, perfect blessings

[00:31.00]

عَلَىٰ حُجَّةِ ٱللَّهِ

`ala hujjati allahi

be upon the Argument of Allah,

[00:34.00]

وَوَلِيِّهِ فِي ارْضِهِ وَبِلادِهِ

wa waliyyihi fi ardihi wa biladihi

His representative in His lands and realm,

[00:38.00]

وَخَلِيفَتِهِ عَلَىٰ خَلْقِهِ وَعِبَادِهِ

wa khalifatihi `ala khalqihi wa `ibadihi

His viceroy among His creatures and servants,

[00:44.00]

وَسُلالَةِ ٱلنُّبُوَّةِ

wa sulalati alnnubuwwati

the offspring of Prophethood,

[00:48.00]

وَبَقِيَّةِ ٱلْعِتْرَةِ وَٱلصَّفْوَةِ

wa baqiyyati al`itrati walssafwati

the completion of the (Holy) Progeny and the Choice Ones,

[00:53.00]

صَاحِبِ ٱلزَّمَانِ

sahibi alzzamani

the Patron of the Age,

[00:58.00]

وَمُظْهِرِ ٱلإِيـمَانِ

wa muzhiri al-imani

the demonstrator of the (true) faith,

[01:02.00]

وَمُلَقِّنِ احْكَامِ ٱلْقُرْآنِ

wa mulaqqini ahkami alqur'ani

the teacher of the laws of the Qur’an,

[01:06.00]

وَمُطَهِّرِ ٱلارْضِ

wa mutahhiri al-ardi

the purger of the earth,

[01:09.00]

وَنَاشِرِ ٱلْعَدْلِ فِي ٱلطُّولِ وَٱلْعَرْضِ

wa nashiri al`adli fi alttuli wal`ardi

the spreader of justice all over the earth,

[01:15.00]

وَٱلْحُجَّةِ ٱلْقَائِمِ ٱلْمَهْدِيِّ

walhujjati alqa'imi almahdiyyi

the Argument (al-Hujjah), the Riser (al-Qa’im), the Well-guided (al-Mahdi),

[01:20.00]

ٱلإِمَامِ ٱلْمُنْتَظَرِ ٱلْمَرْضِيِّ

al-imami almuntazari almardiyyi

the Leader, the Awaited, the Pleased,

[01:25.00]

وَٱبْنِ ٱلائِمَّةِ ٱلطَّاهِرِينَ

wabni al-a'immati alttahirina

the descendant of the Infallible Imams,

[01:31.00]

ٱلْوَصِيِّ ٱبْنِ ٱلاوْصِيَاءِ ٱلْمَرْضِيِّينَ

alwasiyyi ibni al-awsiya'i almardiyyina

the Successor, the son of the Pleased Successors (of the Prophets),

[01:35.00]

ٱلْهَادِي ٱلْمَعْصُومِ

alhadi alma`sumi

the Guide, the Immaculate,

[01:41.00]

ٱبْنِ ٱلائِمَّةِ ٱلْهُدَاةِ ٱلْمَعْصُومِينَ

ibni al-a'immati alhudati alma`sumina

and the son of the Imams—the guides and immaculate.

[01:47.00]

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مُعِزَّ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ

as-salamu `alayka ya mu`izza almu'minina almustad`afina

Peace be upon you, O grantor of dignity to the oppressed and faithful ones.

[01:55.00]

السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مُذِلَّ ٱلْكَافِرِينَ ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ ٱلظَّالِمِينَ

as-salamu `alayka ya mudhilla alkafirina almutakabbirina alzzalimina

Peace be upon you, O humiliator of the arrogant and oppressing unbelievers.

[02:04.00]

السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلايَ يَا صَاحِبَ ٱلزَّمَانِ

as-salamu `alayka ya mawlaya ya sahiba alzzamani

Peace be upon you, O my master, the Patron of the Age.

[02:10.00]

السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ

as-salamu `alayka yabna rasuli allahi

Peace be upon you, O son of Allah’s Messenger.

[02:16.00]

السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ امِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

as-salamu `alayka yabna amiri almu'minina

Peace be upon you, O son of the Commander of the Believers.

[02:20.00]

السّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ فَاطِمَةَ ٱلزَّهْرَاءِ

as-salamu `alayka yabna fatimata alzzahra'i

Peace be upon you, O son of Fatimah the Luminous

[02:26.00]

سَيِّدَةِ نِسَاءِ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ

sayyidati nisa'i al`alamina

and the Doyenne of the women of the world.

[02:30.00]

السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ ٱلائِمَّةِ ٱلْحُجَجِ ٱلْمَعْصُومِينَ

as-salamu `alayka yabna al-a'immati alhujaji alma`sumina

Peace be upon you, O son of the Imams—the arguments (of Allah) and Immaculate

[02:37.00]

وَٱلإِمَامُ عَلَىٰ ٱلْخَلْقِ اجْمَعِينَ

wal-imamu `ala alkhalqi ajma`ina

and the leader of all creatures.

[02:42.00]

السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلايَ

as-salamu `alayka ya mawlaya

Peace be upon you, O my master

[02:47.00]

سَلامَ مُخْلِصٍ لَكَ فِي ٱلْوِلايَةِ

salama mukhlisin laka fi alwilayati

addressed by him who is loyal to your (divinely commissioned) leadership.

[02:52.00]

اشْهَدُ انَّكَ ٱلإِمَامُ ٱلْمَهْدِيُّ قَوْلاً وَفِعْلاً

ash-hadu annaka al-imamu almahdiyyu qawlan wa fi`lan

I bear witness that you are the well-guided Imam in word and deed,

[03:00.00]

وَانْتَ ٱلَّذِي تَمْلَا ٱلارْضَ قِسْطاً وَعَدْلاً

wa anta alladhi tamla'u al-arda qistan wa `adlan

it is you who shall fill the earth with justice and impartiality

[03:08.00]

بَعْدَ مَا مُلِئَتْ ظُلْماً وَجَوْراً

ba`dama muli'at zulman wa jawran

after it will be filled with wrong and partiality.

[03:12.00]

فَعَجَّلَ ٱللَّهُ فَرَجَكَ

fa`ajjala allahu farajaka

So, may Allah hasten your reappearance,

[03:17.00]

وَسَهَّلَ مَخْرَجَكَ

wa sahhala makhrajaka

make easy your advent,

[03:20.00]

وَقَرَّبَ زَمَانَكَ

wa qarraba zamanaka

make nearer the time of your coming,

[03:25.00]

وَكَثَّرَ انْصَارَكَ وَاعْوَانَكَ

wa kaththara ansaraka wa a`wanaka

increase the number of your supporters and backers,

[03:30.00]

وَانْجَزَ لَكَ مَا وَعَدَكَ

wa anjaza laka ma wa `adaka

and fulfill for you all that which He has promised you.

[03:33.00]

فَهُوَ اصْدَقُ ٱلْقَائِلِينَ:

fahuwa asdaqu alqa'ilina

He is surely the most truthful of all those who can speak (and He has said):

[03:37.00]

وَنُرِيدُ انْ نَمُنَّ عَلَىٰ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتُضْعِفُوا فِي ٱلارْضِ

wa nuridu an namunna `ala alladhina istud`ifu fi al-ardi

“We desired to bestow a favor upon those who were deemed weak in the land,

[03:47.00]

وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ ائِمَّةً وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ ٱلْوَارِثِينَ

wa naj`alahum a'immatan wa naj`alahumu alwarithina

make them the Imams, and make them the heirs.”

[03:53.00]

يَا مَوْلايَ يَا صَاحِبَ ٱلزَّمَانِ

ya mawlaya ya sahiba alzzamani

O my master! O Patron of the Age!

[04:00.00]

يَا بْنَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ

yabna rasuli allahi

O son of Allah’s Messenger!

[04:03.00]

حَاجَتِي…

hajati…

My request is...

Mention your need and then go on saying:

[04:12.00]

ِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

bismillahir rahmanir raheem.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

[04:18.00]

فَٱشْفَعْ لِي فِي نَجَاحِهَا

fashfa` li fi najahiha

So, intercede for me so that it will be settled,

[04:23.00]

فَقَدْ تَوَجَّهْتُ إِلَيْكَ بِحَاجَتِي

faqad tawajjahtu ilayka bihajati

for I am turning my face towards you for settling my request,

[04:27.00]

لِعِلْمِي انَّ لَكَ عِنْدَ ٱللَّهِ شَفَاعَةً مَقْبُولَةً

li`ilmi anna laka `inda allahi shafa`atan maqbulatan

since I know for sure that you enjoy with Allah admissible word of intercession,

[04:35.00]

وَمَقَاماً مَحْمُوداً

wa maqaman mahmudan

and praiseworthy standing.

[04:39.00]

فَبِحَقِّ مَنِ ٱخْتَصَّكُمْ بِامْرِهِ

fabihaqqi man ikhtassakum bi-amrihi

So, I ask you in the name of Him Who granted you (i.e. the Ahl al-Bayt) exclusively the right of representing Him,

[04:45.00]

وَٱرْتَضَاكُمْ لِسِرِّهِ

wartadakum lisirrihi

and admitted you all to keep His secrets,

[04:49.00]

وَبِٱلشَّانِ ٱلَّذِي لَكُمْ عِنْدَ ٱللَّهِ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُ

wa bilshsha'ni alladhi lakum `inda allahi baynakum wa baynahu

and I ask you in the name of the standing that you exclusively enjoy with Allah,

[04:58.00]

سَلِ ٱللَّهَ تَعَالَىٰ فِي نُجْحِ طَلِبَتِي

sal(i) allaha ta`ala fi nujhi talibati

to ask Allah, the Exalted, to render successful my request,

[05:04.00]

وَإِجَابَةِ دَعْوَتِي

wa ijabati da`wati

to answer my prayer,

[05:07.00]

وَكَشْفِ كُرْبَتِي

wa kashfi kurbati

and to relieve my grief.

You may then ask for whatever you want, and it will be settled for you, by Allah’s permission
