اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَىٰ مَا ٱخْتَصَّنِي بِهِ

alhamdu lillahi `ala ma ikhtassani bihi

All praise be to Allah, for He has conferred upon me exclusively

مِنْ طِيبِ ٱلْمَوْلِدِ

min tibi almawlidi

the legitimacy of birth,

وَٱسْتَخْلَصَنِي إِكْرَاماً بِهِ

wastakhlasani ikraman bihi

and for He has bestowed me, out of His honoring me,

مِنْ مُوَالاَةِ ٱلأَبْرَارِ

min muwalati al-abrari

with the loyalty to the pious,

ٱلسَّفَرَةِ ٱلأَطْهَارِ

alssafarati al-athari

immaculate representatives (of Him),

وَٱلْخَيَرَةِ ٱلأَعْلاَمِ

walkhiyarati al-a`lami

the best of all, and the most knowledgeable.

اَللَّهُمَّ فَتَقَبَّلْ سَعْيِي إِلَيْكَ

allahumma fataqabbal sa`yi ilayka

O Allah, (please do) accept my seeking for You

وَتَضَرُّعِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ

wa tadarru`i bayna yadayka

and my earnest imploration in Your Presence

وَٱغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ ٱلَّتِي لاََ تَخْفَىٰ عَلَيْكَ

waghfir liya aldhdhunuba allati la takhfa `alayka

and (please do) forgive my sins that cannot be hidden from You.

إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمَلِكُ ٱلْغَفَّارُ

innaka anta allahu almaliku alghaffaru

Verily, You are Allah, the King, the All-forgiving.
