[00:00.01]

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem

In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.

[00:00.00]

1.Tanzeelul Kitaabi minal laahil 'Azeezil Hakeem

1.The [gradual] sending down of the Book is from Allah, the All-mighty, the All-wise.

[00:08.00]

2.Innaaa anzalnaaa ilaikal Kitaaba bilhaqqi fa'budil laaha mukhlisal lahud deen

2.Indeed We have sent down the Book to you with the truth; so worship Allah, putting exclusive faith in Him.

[00:24.00]

3.Alaa lillaahid deenul khaalis; wallazeenat takhazoo min dooniheee awliyaaa'a maa na'buduhum illaa liyuqar riboonaaa ilal laahi zulfaa; innal laaha yahkumu baina hum fee maa hum feehi yakhtalifoon; innal laaha laa yahdee man huwa kaazibun kaffaar

3.Indeed, only exclusive faith is worthy of Allah, and those who take other as awliya besides Him [claiming,] ‘We only worship them so that they may bring us near to Allah,’ Allah will judge between them concerning that about which they differ. Indeed Allah does not guide someone who is a liar and an ingrate.

[01:10.00]

4.Law araadal laahu aiyattakhiza waladal lastafaa mimmaa yakhluqu maa yashaaa'; Subhaanahoo Huwal laahul Waahidul Qahhaar

4.Had Allah intended to take a son, He could have chosen from those He has created whatever He wished. Immaculate is He! He is Allah, the One, the All-paramount.

[01:29.00]

5.Khalaqas samaawaati wal arda bilhaqq; yukawwirul laila 'alan nahaari wa yukawwirun nahaara 'alaal laili wa sakhkharash shamsa walqamara kulluny yajree li ajalim musammaa; alaa Huwal 'Azeezul Ghaffaar

5.He created the heavens and the earth with consummate wisdom. He winds the night over the day, and winds the day over the night, and He has disposed the sun and the moon, each moving for a specified term. Indeed, He is the All-mighty, the All-forgiver!

[02:00.00]

6.Khalaqakum min nafsinw waahidatin summa ja'ala minhaa zawjahaa wa anzala lakum minal-an'aami samaani yata azwaaj; yakhuluqukum fee butooni ummahaatikum khalqam mim ba'di khalqin fee zulumaatin salaas; zaalikumul laahu Rabbukum lahul mulk; laaa ilaaha illaa Huwa fa annaa tusrafoon

6.He created you from a single soul, then made from it its mate, and He has sent down for you eight mates of the cattle. He creates you in the wombs of your mothers, creation after creation, in a threefold darkness. That is Allah, your Lord! To Him belongs all sovereignty. There is no god except Him. Then where are you being led away?

[02:48.00]

7.In takfuroo fa innal laaha ghaniyyun 'ankum; wa laa yardaa li'ibaadihil kufra wa in tashkuroo yardahu lakum; wa laa taziru waaziratunw wizra ukhraa; summa ilaa Rabikum marji'ukum fa-yunabbi'ukum bimaa kuntum ta'maloon; innahoo 'aleemum bizaatissudoor

7.If you are ungrateful, Allah has indeed no need of you, though He does not approve ingratitude for His servants; and if you give thanks, He approves that for you. No bearer shall bear another’s burden; then your return will be to your Lord, whereat He will inform you concerning what you used to do. Indeed, He knows best what is in the breasts.

[03:32.00]

8.Wa izaa massal insaana durrun da'aa Rabbahoo muneeban ilaihi summa izaa khawwalahoo ni'matam minhu nasiya maa kaana yad'ooo ilaihi min qablu wa ja'ala lillaahi andaadal liyudilla 'ansabeelih; qul tamatta' bikufrika qaleelan innaka min Ashaabin Naar;

8.When distress befalls man, he supplicates his Lord, turning to Him penitently. Then, when He grants him a blessing from Himself, he forgets that for which he had supplicated Him earlier and sets up equals to Allah, that he may lead [people] astray from His way. Say, ‘Revel in your ingratitude for a while. Indeed you are among the inmates of the Fire.’

[04:24.00]

9.Amman huwa qaanitun aanaaa'al laili saajidanw wa qaaa'imai yahzarul Aakhirata wa yarjoo rahmata Rabbih; qul hal yastawil lazeena ya'lamoona wallazeena laa ya'lamoon; innamaa yatazakkaru ulul albaab

9.Is he who supplicates in the watches of the night, prostrating and standing, apprehensive of the Hereafter and expecting the mercy of his Lord...? Say, ‘Are those who know equal to those who do not know?’ Only those who possess intellect take admonition.

[04:57.00]

10.Qul yaa 'ibaadil lazeena aamanut taqoo Rabbakum; lillazeena ahsanoo fee haazihid dunyaa hasanah; wa ardul laahi waasi'ah; innamaa yuwaffas saabiroona ajrahum bighayri hisab

10.Say, ‘[Allah declares:] “O My servants who have faith! Be wary of your Lord. For those who do good in this world there will be a good [reward], and Allah’s earth is vast. Indeed the patient will be paid in full their reward without any reckoning.” ’

[05:21.00]

11.Qul inneee umirtu an a'budal laaha mukhlisal lahud deen

11.Say, ‘I have been commanded to worship Allah with exclusive faith in Him,

[05:32.00]

12.Wa umirtu li an akoona awwalal muslimeen

12.and I have been commanded to be the foremost of those who submit [to Him].’

[05:39.00]

13.Qul inneee akhaafu in 'asaitu Rabbee 'azaaba Yawmin 'azeem

13.Say, ‘Indeed, should I disobey my Lord, I fear the punishment of a tremendous day.’

[05:50.00]

14.Qulil laaha a'budu mukhlisal lahoo deenee

14.Say, ‘I worship [only] Allah, putting my exclusive faith in Him.

[05:55.00]

15.Fa'budoo maa shi'tum min doonih; qul innal khaasireenal lazeena khasirooo anfusahum wa ahleehim yawmal qiyaamah; alaa zaalika huwal khusraanul mubeen

15.You worship whatever you wish besides Him.’ Say, ‘The losers are those who ruin themselves and their families on the Day of Resurrection.’ Indeed, that is a manifest loss!

[06:20.00]

16.Lahum min fawqihim zulalum minan Naari wa min tahtihim zulal; zaalika yukhaw wiful laahu bihee 'ibaadah; yaa 'ibaadi fattaqoon

16.There will be canopies of fire above them, and [similar] canopies beneath them. With that Allah deters His servants. So, My servants, be wary of Me!

[06:41.00]

17.Wallazeenaj tanabut Taaghoota ai ya'budoohaa wa anaabooo ilal laahi lahumul bushraa; fabashshir 'ibaad

17.As for those who stay clear of the worship of fake deities and turn penitently to Allah, there is good news for them. So give good news to My servants

[06:56.00]

18.Allazeena yastami'oonal qawla fayattabi'oona ahsanah; ulaaa'ikal lazeena hadaahumul laahu wa ulaaa'ika hum ulul albaab

18.who listen to the word [of Allah] and follow the best [interpretation] of it. They are the ones whom Allah has guided, and it is they who possess intellect.

[07:18.00]

19.Afaman haqqa 'alaihi kalimatul 'azaab; afa anta tunqizu man fin Naar

19.Can he against whom the word of punishment has become due…? Can you rescue someone who is in the Fire?

[07:31.00]

20.Laakinil lazeenat taqaw Rabbahum lahum ghurafum min fawqihaa ghurafum mabniyyatun tajree min tahtihal anhaar; wa'dal laah; laa yukhliful laahul mee'aad

20.But as for those who are wary of their Lord, for them there will be lofty abodes with [other] lofty abodes built above them, with streams running beneath them—a promise of Allah. Allah does not break His promise.

[07:57.00]

21.Alam tara annal laaha anzala minas samaaa'i maaa'an fasalakahoo yanaabee'a fil ardi summa yukhriju bihee zar'am mukhtalifan alwaanuhoo summa yaheeju fatarahu musfarran summa yaj'aluhoo hutaamaa; inna fee zaalika lazikraa li ulil albaab

21.Have you not seen that Allah sends down water from the sky, then He conducts it through the ground as springs. Then He brings forth with it crops of diverse hues. Then they wither and you see them turn yellow. Then He turns them into chaff. There is indeed a lesson in that for those who possess intellect.

[08:37.00]

22.Afaman sharahal laahu sadrahoo lil Islaami fahuwa 'alaa noorim mir Rabbih; fa wailul lilqaasiyati quloobuhum min zikril laah; ulaaa'ika fee dalaalim mubeen

22.Is someone whose breast Allah has opened to Islam so that he follows a light from His Lord…? So woe to those whose hearts have been hardened to the remembrance of Allah. They are in manifest error.

[09:04.00]

23.Allahu nazzala ahsanal hadeesi Kitaabam mutashaa biham masaaniy taqsha'irru minhu juloodul lazeena yakhshawna Rabbahum summa taleenu julooduhum wa quloo buhum ilaa zikril laah; zaalika hudal laahi yahdee bihee mai yashaaa'; wa mai yudlilil laahu famaa lahoo min haad

23.Allah has sent down the best of discourses, a scripture [composed] of similar motifs, whereat shiver the skins of those who fear their Lord, then their skins and hearts relax at Allah’s remembrance. That is Allah’s guidance, by which He guides whomever He wishes; and whomever Allah leads astray, has no guide.

[09:42.00]

24.Afamai yattaqee biwaj hihee sooo'al 'azaabi Yawmal Qiyaamah; wa qeela lizzaali meena zooqoo maa kuntum taksiboon

24.What! Is someone who fends off with his face the terrible punishment [meted out to him] on the Day of Resurrection…? And the wrongdoers will be told, ‘Taste what you used to earn.’

[10:01.00]

25.Kazzabal lazeena min qablihim fa ataahumul 'azaabu min haisu laa yash'uroon

25.Those who were before them impugned [the apostles], whereat the punishment overtook them whence they were not aware.

[10:12.00]

26.So Allah made them taste disgrace in the life of the world, and the punishment of the Hereafter will surely be greater, if they knew.

[10:26.00]

27.We have drawn for mankind in this Quran every [kind of] example, so that they may take admonition:

[10:40.00]

28.Qur-aanan 'Arabiyyan ghaira zee 'iwajil la'allahum yattaqoon

28.an Arabic Quran, without any deviousness, so that they may be Godwary.

[10:49.00]

29.Darabal laahu masalar rajulan feehi shurakaaa'u mutashaakisoona wa rajulan salamal lirajulin hal tastawi yaani masalaa; alhamdu lillaah; bal aksaruhum laa ya'lamoon

29.Allah draws an example: a man jointly owned by several contending masters, and a man belonging entirely to one man: are the two equal in comparison? All praise belongs to Allah! But most of them do not know.

[11:15.00]

30.Innaka maiyitunw wa inna hum maiyitunw wa inna hum maiyitoon

30.You will die, and they [too] will die.

[11:25.00]

31.Summa innakum Yawmal Qiyaamati 'inda Rabbikum takhtasimoon

31.Then on the Day of Resurrection you will contend before your Lord.

[11:36.00]

32.Faman azlamu mimman kazaba 'alal laahi wa kazzaba bissidqi iz jaaa'ah; alaisa fee Jahannama maswal lilkaafir

32.So who is a greater wrongdoer than him who attributes a falsehood to Allah, and denies the truth when it reaches him? Is not the [final] abode of the faithless in hell?

[11:56.00]

33.Wallazee jaaa'a bissidqi wa saddaqa biheee ulaaa'ika humul muttaqoon

33.He who brings the truth and he who confirms it—it is they who are the Godwary.

[12:10.00]

34.Lahum maa yashaaa'oona 'inda Rabbihim; zaalika jazaaa'ul muhsineen

34.They will have what they wish with their Lord—that is the reward of the virtuous—

[12:24.00]

35.Liyukaffiral laahu 'anhum aswa allazee 'amiloo wa yajziyahum ajrahum bi ahsanil lazee kaano ya'maloon

35.that Allah may absolve them of the worst of what they did, and pay them their reward by the best of what they used to do.

In Him let all the trusting put their trust.’

74.Wa waalull hamdulillaahil lazee sadaqanaa wa'dahoo wa awrasanal arda natabaw wa-u minal jannati haisu nashaaa'u fani'ma ajrul 'aamileen

74.They will say, ‘All praise belongs to Allah, who has fulfilled His promise to us and made us inheritors of the earth, that we may settle in paradise wherever we may wish!’ How excellent is the reward of the workers [of righteousness]!

[26:42.00]

75.Wa taral malaaa'ikata haaaffeena min hawlil 'Arshi yusabbihoona bihamdi Rabbihim wa qudiya bainahum bilhaqqi wa qeelal hamdu lillaahi Rabbil 'aalameen

75.And you will see the angels surrounding the Throne, celebrating the praise of their Lord, and judgment will be made between them with justice, and it will be said, ‘All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds!’
