بِسْمِ اﷲِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

Bismillaahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem

In the name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَخِيرُكَ خِيَارَ مَنْ فَوَّضَ إِلَيْكَ أَمْرَهُ، وَ أَسْلَمَ لَكَ نَفْسَهُ، وَ تَوَكَّلَ عَلَيْكَ فِي أَمْرِهِ، وَاسْتَسْلَمَ بِكَ فيما نَزَلَ بِهِ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ۔

Allahumma inni astakhiruka khiyara man fawwadhu ilayka amruhu, wa aslama laka nafsahu, wa tawakkala 'alayka fi amrihi, wastaslama bika fima nazala bihi min amrihi.

O Allah, I seek Your guidance as the best of those who entrust their affairs to You, and who submit themselves to You, and rely upon You in their matters, and surrender to You concerning what befalls them in their affairs.

اَللّهُمَّ خِرْ لِي وَلا تَخِرْ عَلَىَّ، وَ أَعِنِّي وَلَا تُعِنْ عَلَىَّ، وَ مَكِّنِّي وَلَا تُمَكِّنْ مِنِّي، وَاهْدِنِي لِلْخَيْرِ وَلَا تُضِلَّنِي، وَ أَرْضِنِي بِقَضآئِكَ، وَ بارِكْ لِي فِي قَدَرِكَ، إِنَّكَ تَفْعَلُ مَا تَشَاءُ وَ تُعْطِي مَا تُرِيْدُ۔

Allahumma khir li walā takhir 'alayya, wa a'inni walā tu'in 'alayya, wa makkinni walā tumakkin minni, wahdini lilkhayri walā tudhillani, wa ardhini biqada'ika, wa barik li fi qadarika, innaka taf'alu ma tashā'u wa tu'ti ma turid.

O Allah, choose (good) for me and do not choose (evil) against me; help me and do not let anyone help against me; strengthen me and do not let anyone strengthen against me; guide me to good and do not mislead me; please me with Your decree, and bless me in Your destiny. Indeed, You do what You will, and give what You please.

اَللّهُمَّ إِنْ كانَتِ الْخِيَرَةُ لِي فِي أَمْرِي هٰذَا وَ هُوَ كَذَا وَ كَذَا، فَمَكِّنِّي مِنْهُ، وَ أَقْدِرْنِي عَلَيْهِ، وَأْمُرْنِي بِفِعْلِهِ، وَ أَوْضِحْ لِي طَرِيقَ الْهِدَايَةِ إِلَيْهِ، وَ إِنْ كانَ اللّهُمَّ غَيْرَ ذٰلِكَ فَاصْرِفْهُ عَنِّي إِلَى الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ لِي مِنْهُ، فَإِنَّكَ تَقْدِرُ وَلَا أَقْدِرُ وَ تَعْلَمُ وَلا أَعْلَمُ، وَأَنْتَ عَلّامُ الْغُيُوبِ، يا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمينَ۔

Allahumma in kanat alkhīratu li fi amri hādhā wa huwa kadha wa kadha, fa makkinnī minhu, wa aqdirnī 'alayhi, wa amurnī bifi'lihi, wa awdiḥ lī ṭarīq al-hidāti ilayhi, wa in kanallahu ghayra dhālika faṣrifhu 'annī ilā alladhī huwa khayrun lī minhu, fa innaka taqdiru walā aqdiru, wa ta'lamu walā a'lamu, wa anta 'allām al-ghuyūb, yā arḥama al-rāḥimīn.

O Allah, if the choice for me in this matter — and it is this way and that way — is good, then grant me ability towards it, and enable me over it, and command me to do it, and make clear to me the path of guidance towards it. And if it is otherwise, then turn it away from me to what is better for me than it, for You are capable and I am not; You know and I do not; and You are the Knower of the unseen, O Most Merciful of those who show mercy.

أَسْتَخِيرُ اللَّهَ فِي عَافِيَةٍ

Astakhirullāha fi 'āfiyah.

I seek guidance from Allah in health and well-being.
