Ibn Ayyashi said: this supplication was from the holy Imam through Sheikh Abi Al-Qasim Al-Husein bn Ruh, to be recited in the days of Rajab.

بِسْمِ اﷲِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

Bismillaahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem

In the name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَسْاَلُكَ بِالْمَوْلُوْدَيْنِ فِيْ رَجَبٍ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيّ الثَّانِيْ، وَابْنِهِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُنْتَجَبِ، وَاَتَقَرَّبُ بِهِمَا اِلَيْكَ خَيْرَ الْقُرَبِ، يَا مَنْ اِلَيْهِ الْمَعْرُوْفُ طُلِبَ، وَفِيْمَا لَدَيْهِ رُغِبَ۔

Allahumma inni as’aluka bil mawludain fi Rajab, Muhammad ibn Ali ath-Thani, wa ibnuhu Ali ibn Muhammad al-Muntajab, wa ataqarrabu bihima ilayka khayr al-qurab, ya man ilayhi al-ma‘ruf tuliba, wa fima ladayhi rughiba.

O' Allah! I am requesting from You for the sake of the two great birth in the holy month of Rajab, they are the second Muhammmad bin Ali and his son Ali bin Muhammad, the selected ones, I seek an excellent nearness to You through both of them, O' He unto Him all requests are known, and every one incline towards what is with him.

اَسْاَلُكَ سُؤَالَ مُعْتَرِفٍ مُذْنِبٍ قَدْ اَوْبَقَتْهُ ذُنُوْبُهُ، وَاَوْثَقَتْهُ عُيُوْبُهُ، فَطَالَ عَلَى الْخَطَايَا دُؤُوْبُهُ، وَمِنَ الرَّزَايَا خُطُوْبُهُ، يَسْاَلُكَ التَّوْبَةَ، وَحُسْنَ الْاَوْبَةِ، وَالنُّزُوْعَ عَنِ الْحَوْبَةِ، وَمِنَ النَّارِ فَكَاكَ رَقَبَتِهِ، وَالْعَفْوَ عَمَّا فِيْ رِبْقَتِهِ، فَاَنْتَ يَا مَوْلَايَ اَعْظَمُ اَمَلِهِ وَثِقَتِهِ۔

As’aluka su’ala mu‘tarifin mudhnibin qad awbaqat-hu dhunubuhu, wa awthaqat-hu ‘uyubuhu, fataala ‘ala al-khataya du’ubu-hu, wa mina ar-razaya khutubu-hu, yas’aluka at-tawba, wa husn al-awba, wa an-nuzua ‘an al-hawba, wa mina an-nar fakaka raqabat-hu, wal-‘afwa ‘amma fi ribqat-hu, fa anta ya mawlaya a‘zam amalihi wa thiqatih.

I requested from while confessing my sins that has ruin me, whose blames has chained, and has taken long time while committing mistakes, and was engaged with afflictions, asking You for Your pardon and good return, and forgiveness during the taking off of the soul, and free his neck from Hell fire, and pardon all that is in his loop. O' my master, You are his great hope and trust.

اَللّٰهُمَّ وَاَسْاَلُكَ بِمَسَاۤئِلِكَ الشَّرِيْفَةِ، وَوَسَاۤئِلِكَ الْمُنِيْفَةِ، اَنْ تَتَغَمَّدَنِيْ فِيْ هٰذَا الشَّهْرِ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِنْكَ وَاسِعَةٍ، وَنِعْمَةٍ وَازِعَةٍ، وَنَفْسٍ بِمَا رَزَقْتَهَا قَانِعَةٍ اِلٰى نُزُوْلِ الْحَافِرَةِ، وَمَحَلِّ الْاٰخِرَةِ، وَمَاهِيَ اِلَيْهِ صَاۤئِرَةٌ۔

Allahumma wa as’aluka bimasailika ash-sharifah, wa wasailika al-munifah, an tataghammadani fi hadha ash-shahr bi-rahmatin minka wasi‘ah, wa ni‘matin waaz‘ah, wa nafsin bima razaqtaha qani‘ah ila nuzul al-hafirah, wa mahalil akhirah, wa mahiya ilayhi saa’irah.

O' Allah, I requested from You with Your honourable issues and Your elevated means, to cover me with Your encompassing blessing i this month, and Your restraint favour, and grant me a soul that will suffice with Your provision on him till inducement is descend on me, and station of the last day, when every thing shall return back to You.
