اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِحَبْلِ اللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الْبَاعِثُ الْوَارِثُ.

Ea’tasamto Behablil Laahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howal Baa-E’sul Waareso.

I tie myself with the cord of Allah who is such that: there is no god but He, the ultimate cause, the only.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الْقَائِمُ عَلٰی کُلِّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا کَسَبَتْ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howal Qaaemo A’laa Kulle Nafsin Bemaa Kasabat.

take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, the Ever-Alert, taking notice of how and why people earn a living, gather riches, and acquire knowledge.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howa.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He.

قَالَ لِلسَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ ائْتِیَا طَوْعًا اَوْ کَرْہًا قَالَتَا اَتَیْنَا طَآئِعِیْنَ.

Qaala Lis-Samaawaate Wal Arze’ Teyaa Taw-A’n Aw Karhan Qaalataa Ataynaa Taa-E-E’en.

He said to the heavens and the earth: “Come both, willingly or unwillingly. They both said: We come willingly.”

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ لَا تَاْخُذُہٗ سِنَۃٌ وَّ لَا نَوْمٌ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howa Laa Taakhozohu Senatunw Wa Laa Nawmun.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, neither slumber takes hold of Him, nor sleep.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الرَّحْمٰنُ عَلَی الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوٰی یَعْلَمُ خَائِنَۃَ الْاَعْیُنِ وَ مَا تُخْفِیْ الصُّدُوْرُ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howar Rahmaano A’lal A’rshis Tawaa Ya’lamo Khaaenatal A-A’yone Wa Maa Tukhfis Sodooro.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, the Beneficent, occupies the immaculate Throne, aware of the furtive glances, and secret thoughts.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ لَہٗ مَا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ مَا فِی الْاَرْضِ وَ مَا بَیْنَہُمَا وَ مَا تَحْتَ الثَّرٰی.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howa Lahu Maa Fis Samaawaate Wa Maa Fil Arze Wa Maa Baynahomaa Wa Maa Tahtas Saraa.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, to He belongs whatsoever is in the heavens, and whatsoever is in the earth, and whatsoever is between them, and whatsoever is beneath the ground.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ یَرٰی وَ لَا یُرٰی وَ ہُوَ بِالْمَنْظَرِ الْاَعْلٰی رَبِّ الْاٰخِرَۃِ وَ الْاُوْلٰی.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howa Yaraa Wa Laa Yoraa Wa Howa Bil-Manzaril A-A’laa Rabbil Aakherate Wal-Oolaa.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, sees, but is not seen, and He occupies the most sublime view, the Lord of the end and the beginning.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الَّذِیْ ذَلَّ کُلَّ شَيْءٍ لِمُلْکِہٖ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howal Lazee Zalla Kulla Shay-In Le-Mulkehi.

I take refuge with Allah, there is not god but He, everything is humble before His Kingdom.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الَّذِیْ خَضَعَ کُلَّ شَیْءٍ لِعَظْمَتِہٖ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howal Lazee Khaza-A’ Kulla Shay-In Le-A’zamatehi

I take refuge with Allah, there is not god but He, bows down everything before His greatness.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ فِیْ عُلُوِّہٖ دَانٍ وَ فِیْ دُنُوِّہٖ عَالٍ وَ فِیْ سُلْطَانِہٖ قَوِیٌّ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howa Fee O’luwwehi Daanin Wa Fee Donuwwehi A’alin Wa Fee Sultaanehi Qawiyyun.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, near in His remoteness, far away in His nearness, and absolute in His authority.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الْبَدِیْعُ الرَّفِیْعُ الْحَیُّ الدَّائِمُ الْبَاقِیْ الَّذِیْ لَا یَزُوْلُ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howal Ba-Dee-U’r Rafee-U’l Hayyud Daa-Emul Baaqil Lazee Laa Yazoolo.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, the Originator, the Sublime, the Everliving, The Everlasting, the Eternal, who never ceases to exist.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الَّذِیْ لَا تَصِفُ الْاَلْسُنُ قُدْرَتَہٗ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howal Lazee Laa Taseful Alsono Qudratohu.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, words cannot define or describe the measure and dimension of His authority.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الْحَیُّ الْقَیُّوْمُ لَا تَاْخُذُہٗ سِنَۃٌ وَّ لَا نَوْمٌ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howal Hayyul Qayyoomo Laa Taakhozohu Senatunw Wa Laa Nawmun.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, the Everliving, the Everlasting, neither slumber takes hold of Him, nor sleep.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الْحَنَّانُ الْمَنَّانُ ذُو الْجَلَالِ وَ الْاِکْرَامِ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howal Hannaanul Mannaano Zul Jalaale Wal Ikraame.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, the Compassionate, the Liberal Benefactor, the Lord of Majesty and Glory.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الْاَحَدُ الْفَرْدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِیْ لَمْ یَلِدْ وَ لَمْ یُوْلَدْ وَ لَمْ یَکُنْ لَہٗ کُفُوًا اَحَدٌ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howal Ahadul Fardus Samadul Lazee Lam Yalid Wa Lam Yoolad Wa Lam Yakun Lahu Kofowan Ahadun.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, the One and only Single, the Independent Everlasting Lord, “He begets not, nor is He begotten. And none is like Him.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ اَکْرَمُ الْاَکْرَمِیْنَ الْکَبِیْرُ الْاَکْبَرُ الْعَلِيُّ الْاَعْلٰی.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howa Akramul Akrameenal Kabeerul Akbarul A’liyyul A-A’laa.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, the most Kind, the most Great, the most High.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ بِیَدِہِ الْخَیْرُ کُلُّہٗ وَ ہُوَ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْرٌ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howa Be-Yadehil Khayro Kullohu Wa Howa A’laa Kulle Shay-In Qadeerun.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, in His hand is all good, and He is able to do all things.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ یُسَبِّحُ لَہٗ مَا فِیْ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ مَا فِيْ الْاَرْضِ کُلٌّ لَّہٗ قَانِتُوْنَ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howa Yosabbeho Lahu Maa Fis Samaawaate Wa Maa Fil Arze Kullul Lahu Qaanetoon.

I take refuge with Allah; There is no god but He, Glorify Him whosoever is in the heavens and the earth; all are obedient to Him.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الْحَیُّ الْحَکِیْمُ السَّمِیْعُ الْعَلِیْمُ الرَّحْمٰنُ الرَّحِیْمُ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howal Hayyul Hakeemus Samee-U’l A’leemur Rahmaanur Raheemo.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, the Everliving Wise, the Hearing, the Knowing, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

اِعْتَصَمْتُ بِاللهِ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ عَلَیْہِ تَوَکَّلْتُ وَ ہُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِیْمِ.

Ea’tasamto Billaahil Lazee Laa Elaaha Illaa Howa A’layhe Tawakkalto Wa Howa Rabbul A’rshil A’zeem.

I take refuge with Allah; there is no god but He, on Him I rely, He is the Lord of the great Arsh.

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ.

Bismil Laahir Rahmaanir Raheem.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُکَ وَ اَنْتَ اَعْلَمُ بِمَسْئَلَتِیْ وَ اَطْلُبُ اِلَیْکَ وَ اَنْتَ الْعَالِمُ بِحَاجَتِیْ وَ اَرْغَبُ اِلَیْکَ وَ اَنْتَ مُنْتَہٰی رَغْبَتِیْ فَیَا عَالِمَ الْخَفِیَّاتِ وَ سَامِکَ السَّمٰواتِ وَ دَافِعَ الْبَلِیَّاتِ وَ مَطْلَبَ الْحَاجَاتِ وَ مُعْطِیَ السُّؤَلَاتِ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدٍ خَاتَمِ النَّبِیِیّٖنَ وَ عَلٰی اٰلِہِ الطَّیِّبِیْنَ الطَّاہِرِیْنَ.

Allaahumma Innee Asaloka Wa Anta A-A’lamo Be-Mas-Alatee Wa Atlobo Elayka Wa Antal A’alemo Behaajatee Wa Arghabo Elayka Wa Anta Muntahaa Raghbatee Fayaa A’alemal Khafiyyaate Wa Saamekas Samaawaate Wa Daafe-A’l Baliyyaate Wa Matlabal Haajaate Wa Mo’teyas Soa-Laate Salle A’laa Mohammadin Khatamin Nabiyyeena Wa A’laa Aalehit Tayyebeenat Taahereen.

O Allah! I ask for Your help; and Your are aware of my problems, I am referring to You, and You are aware of my needs and wants, I long for, and You are the ultimate purpose of my desires, O the Knower of the unseen, the Raiser of the skies, the Disperser of the calamities! Needs and wants are in search of You, the Answerer of prayers and requests, send blessings on Muhammad, the last prophet, and on his pure and pious children.

اَللّٰہُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِیْ خَطِیْئَتِیْ وَ اِسْرَافِیْ فِیْ اَمْرِیْ کُلِّہٖ وَ مَا اَنْتَ اَعْلَمُ بِہٖ مِنِّیْ.

Allaahummagh Fir Lee Khatee-Atee Wa Israafee Fee Amree Kullehi Wa Maa Anta A-A’lamo Behi Minnee.

O Allah! Forgive me my mistakes and my over indulgence, in all my affairs altogether, and that which You know better than me.

اَللّٰہُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِیْ خَطَایَایَ وَ عَمْدِیْ وَ جَہْلِیْ وَ ہَزْلِیْ وَ جِدِّیْ فَکُلُّ ذٰلِکَ عِنْدِیْ.

Allaahummagh Fir Lee Khataayaaya Wa A’madee Wa Jahlee Wa Hazlee Wa Jiddee Fakullo Zaaleka I’ndee.

O Allah! Forgive me my errors and mistakes, (committed) willfully and out of ignorance, frivolously and seriously, because all these are done by me.

اَللّٰہُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِیْ مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَ مَا اَخَّرْتُ وَ مَا اَسْرَرْتُ وَ مَا اَعْلَنْتُ.

Allaahummagh Fir Lee Maa Qaddamto Wa Maa Akhkharto Wa Maa Asrarto Wa Maa A-A’lanto.

O Allah! Forgive me that which has already been done, that which will be done, that which is done secretly, that which is done openly.

اَنْتَ الْمُقَدِّمُ وَ اَنْتَ الْمُؤَخِّرُ وَ اَنْتَ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْرٌ.

Antal Moqaddemo Wa Antal Moakhkhero Wa Anta A’laa Kulle Shay-In Qadeer.

You are the Former (The Eternal), You are the Final (The Everliving), You are able to do all things.

اِنْ تَغْفِرِ اللّٰہُمَّ تَغْفِرْ جَمًّاوَ اَیُّ عَبْدٍ لَکَ لَا اَلَمَّا

In Taghferil Laahumma Taghfir Jamman Wa Ayyo A’bdin Laka Laa Alamma

If You forgives, O Allah! Forgive fully, for,who, among Your servants, has not made mistakes?
