اَللَّهُمَّ يَا مُذِلَّ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ

allahumma ya mudhilla kulli jabbarin

O Allah, O He Who humiliates all the tyrants!

Adi ibn Sabit al-Ansari says went to see Imam Ali(as) on the 15 Rajab.who pointed to me to stand to pray behind him.
Recite a 4 [2x2] unit (raka') prayer and after salat, raise your hands and say:

وَيَا مُعِزَّ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

wa ya mu`izza almu'minina

O He Who dignifies the believers!

أَنْتَ كَهْفِي حِينَ تُعْيِينِي ٱلْمَذَاهِبُ

anta kahfi hina tu`yini almadhahibu

Verily, You are my Shelter when all courses mislead me

وَأَنْتَ بَارِئُ خَلْقِي رَحْمَةً بِي

wa anta bari'u khalqi rahmatan bi

and You are the Maker of my creation out of Your having mercy upon me,

وَقَدْ كُنْتَ عَنْ خَلْقِي غَنِيّاً

wa qad kunta `an khalqi ghaniyyan

while You have never needed to create me.

وَلَوْلاَ رَحْمَتُكَ لَكُنْتُ مِنَ ٱلْهَالِكِينَ

wa lawla rahmatuka lakuntu min alhalikina

Were it not for Your mercy, I would be of those who perish.

وَأَنْتَ مُؤَيِّدِي بِٱلنَّصْرِ عَلَىٰ أَعْدَائِي

wa anta mu'ayyidi bilnnasri `ala a`da'i

You are my backer against my enemies,

وَلَوْلاَ نَصْرُكَ إِيَّايَ لَكُنْتُ مِنَ ٱلْمَفْضُوحِينَ

wa lawla nasruka iyyaya lakuntu min almafduhina

and were it not for Your support, I would be of those who are exposed.

يَا مُرْسِلَ ٱلرَّحْمَةِ مِنْ مَعَادِنِهَا

ya mursila alrrahmati min ma`adiniha

O He Who sends mercy from its origin!

وَمُنْشِئَ ٱلْبَرَكَةِ مِنْ مَوَاضِعِهَا

wa munshi'a albarakati min mawadi`iha

O He Who originates blessings from their centers!

يَا مَنْ خَصَّ نَفْسَهُ بِٱلشُّمُوخِ وَٱلرِّفْعَةِ

ya man khassa nafsahu bilshshumukhi walrrif`ati

O He Who has given Himself exclusively disdain and elevation;

فَأَوْلِيَاؤُهُ بِعِزِّهِ يَتَعَزَّزُونَ

fa awliya'uhu bi`izzihi yata`azzazuna

therefore, His saints feel dignified out of His Honor!

وَيَا مَنْ وَضَعَتْ لَهُ ٱلْمُلُوكُ نِيرَ ٱلْمَذَلَّةِ عَلَىٰ أَعْنَاقِهِمْ

wa ya man wada`at lahu almuluku nira almadhallati `ala a`naqihim

O He for Whom all kings have put the yoke of humiliation on their necks;

فَهُمْ مِنْ سَطَوَاتِهِ خَائِفُونَ

fahum min satawatihi kha'ifuna

they are therefore fearful of His supremacy!

أَسْأَلُكَ بِكَيْنُونِيَّتِكَ ٱلَّتِي ٱشْتَقَقْتَهَا مِنْ كِبْرِيَائِكَ

as'aluka bikaynuniyyatika allati ishtaqaqtaha min kibriya'ika

I pray You in the name of Your Entity from which You have derived Your Pride,

وَأَسْأَلُكَ بِكِبْرِيَائِكَ ٱلَّتِي ٱشْتَقَقْتَهَا مِنْ عِزَّتِكَ

wa as'aluka bikibriya'ika allati ishtaqaqtaha min `izzatika

I pray You in the name of Your Pride from which You have derived Your Dignity,

وَأَسْأَلُكَ بِعِزِّتِكَ ٱلَّتِي ٱسْتَوَيْتَ بِهَا عَلَىٰ عَرْشِكَ

wa as'aluka bi`izzatika allati istawayta biha `ala `arshika

I pray You in the name of Your Dignity by which You have been firmly established on the throne of authority;

فَخَلَقْتَ بِهَا جَمِيعَ خَلْقِكَ

fakhalaqta biha jami`a khalqika

so, You have created all Your creatures who are,

فَهُمْ لَكَ مُذْعِنُونَ

fahum laka mudh`inuna

as a result, submissive to You.

أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ

an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa ahli baytihi

[I pray You to] send blessings to Muhammad and upon his Household.
