Sayyid Razi ud-Din Ali bin Tawoos (may Allah be pleased with him) writes in his book Muhaj al-Da‘awat: I found the supplication of Alawi Misri in an old manuscript, whose author introduced himself as Husayn bin Ali, claiming that he wrote this book in Shawwal of the year 396 Hijri. The author narrates the chain of transmission for this supplication as follows: ‘This is a supplication taught by our Master and Mawla, the Imam of the Age, Imam Mahdi (peace be upon him), to one of his Shia followers in a dream. That follower was in severe distress, and Allah granted him relief and destroyed his nemy
Sayyid adds: This supplication, known as Alawi Misri, is recited for every difficult and important matter. It is especially recommended for seeking deliverance from enemies

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

Bismillāhi-r-Raḥmāni-r-Raḥīm

 

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

رَبِّ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ فَلَمْ تُجِبْهُ

rabbi man dha l-ladhiy daʿāka falam tujibhu

O' my God! Who has ever call upon You and You did not answered him?

 

[00:23.00]

وَمَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ سَاَلَكَ فَلَمْ تُعْطِهِ

wa man dha l-ladhiy sālaka falam tuʿṭihi

Who has ever requested from You and You did not give him?

 

[00:28.00]

وَمَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ نَاجَاكَ فَخَيَّبْتَهُ

wa man dha l-ladhiy nājāka fakhayyabtahu

Who has call upon You and he was disappointed?

 

[00:36.00]

اَوْ تَقَرَّبَ اِلَيْكَ فَاَبْعَدْتَهُ

aw taqarraba ilayka fāabʿadtahu

Who has come near You and You distance him?

 

[00:44.00]

وَرَبِّ هٰذَا فِرْعَوْنُ ذُوْا الْاَوْتَادِ

wa rabbi hādhā firʿawnu dhuaw l-awtādi

O' my God! This is pharaoh, he of the tent peg

مَعَ عِنَادِهِ وَكُفْرِهِ وَعُتُوِّهِ وَاِذْعَانِهِ الرُّبُوْبِيَّةَ لِنَفْسِهِ

maʿa ʿinādihi wa kufrihi wa ʿutuwwihi wa idhʿānihi r-rubuwbiyyata li nafsihi

with his stubbornness, disbelieving, arrogance and claiming himself to be God

وَعِلْمِكَ بِاَنَّهُ لَا يَتُوْبُ وَلَا يَرْجِعُ

wa ʿilmika bi annahu lāyatuwbu, wa lāyarjiʿu

with Your knowledge that he will not repent and will not come back of his thought

 

[01:11.00]

وَلَايَئُوْبُ وَلَا يُؤْمِنُ وَلَا يَخْشَعُ

wa lāya'iuwbu, wa lāyu'minu wa lāyakhshaʿu

he did not believe nor did he fear You

 

[01:19.00]

اِسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دُعَاۤءَهُ

istajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

You have accepted his prayers

 

[01:25.00]

وَاَعْطَيْتَهُ سُؤْلَهُ كَرَمًا مِنْكَ وَجُوْدًا

wāʿṭaytahu su'lahu, karaman minka wa juwdan

and grant his request, this is just a gift and favour from You

 

[01:34.00]

وَقِلَّةَ مِقْدَارٍ لِمَا سَاَلَكَ عِنْدَكَ مَعَ عِظَمِهِ عِنْدَهُ

wa qillata miqdārin li mā sālaka ʿindaka, maʿa ʿiẓamihi ʿindahu

it is very little at Your Sight what he has requested even though it is much in his sight

اَخْذًا بِحُجَّتِكَ عَلَيْهِ وَتَاْكِيْدًا لَهَا

akhdhan bi ḥujjatika ʿalayhi, wa takiydan lahā

he has taking that from You as a proof against himself and an emphasis on him

 

[01:54.00]

حِيْنَ فَجَرَ وَكَفَرَ

ḥiyna fajara wa kafara

when he disbelieve and act sinfully

 

[01:59.00]

وَاسْتَطَالَ عَلٰى قَوْمِهِ وَتَجَبَّرَ

wa s-taṭāla ʿalā qawmihi wa tajabbara

he last long with his people in arrogance

 

[02:05.00]

وَبِكُفْرِهِ عَلَيْهِمُ افْتَخَرَ

wa bikufrihi ʿalayhimu aftakhara

and proud of his disbelieve on them

 

[02:10.00]

وَبِظُلْمِهِ لِنَفْسِهِ تَكَبَّرَ

wa bi ẓulmihi li nafsihi takabbara

and become arrogant for oppressing himself

 

[02:17.00]

وَبِحِلْمِكَ عَنْهُ اسْتَكْبَرَ

wa bi ḥilmika ʿanhu s-takbara

and with Your tolerance towards him he continue his arrogance

 

[02:23.00]

فَكَتَبَ وَحَكَمَ عَلٰى نَفْسِهِ جُرْاَةً مِنْهُ

fakataba wa ḥakama ʿalā nafsihi juratan minhu

he wrote and judge against himself

 

[02:33.00]

اَنَّ جَزَاۤءَ مِثْلِهِ اَنْ يُغْرَقَ فِي الْبَحْرِ

annajazāۤ'a mithlihi an yughraqa fi l-baḥri

that the reward of his type is to be drawn in the sea

 

[02:40.00]

فَجَزَيْتَهُ بِمَا حَكَمَ بِهِ عَلٰى نَفْسِهِ

fajazaytahu bi mā ḥakama bihi ʿalā nafsihi

and his reward is his judgment against himself

 

[02:48.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَنَا عَبْدُكَ وَ اِبْنُ عَبْدِكَ

illahi wānā ʿabduka ibnu ʿabdika

O' Allah! I am Your servant, the son of Your servant

وَابْنُ اَمَتِكَ

wabnu amatika

the son of Your slave

 

[02:58.00]

مُعْتَرِفٌ لَكَ بِالْعُبُوْدِيَّةِ

muʿtarifun laka bi l-ʿubuwdiyyati

confessing that You worth worshiping

 

[03:04.00]

مُقِرٌّ بِاَنَّكَ اَنْتَ اللهُ خَالِقِيْ

muqirrun bi annaka anta Llāhu khāliqiy

and admitting that You are God my Creator

 

[03:14.00]

لَاۤ اِلٰهَ لِيْ غَيْرُكَ

lāۤ ilāha li y ghayruka

there is no any other god except You

 

[03:21.00]

وَلَا رَبَّ لِيْ سِوَاكَ

wa lā rabba li y siwaka

I possess no other God except You

 

[03:26.00]

مُوْقِنٌ بِاَنَّكَ اَنْتَ اللهُ رَبِّيْ

muwqinun bi annaka anta Llāhu rabbiy

with certainty that You are Allah my God

 

[03:32.00]

وَاِلَيْكَ مَرَدِّيْ وَاِيَابِيْ

wa ilayka maraddiy wa iyābiy

my traces and returning unto You

 

[03:38.00]

عَالِمٌ بِاَنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ

ʿālimun bi annaka ʿalā kulli shay'in qadiyrun

acknowledging that You possess power over all thing

 

[03:45.00]

تَفْعَلُ مَا تَشَاۤءُ

tafʿalu mā tashāۤ'u

You act according to Your wish

 

[03:48.00]

وَتَحْكُمُ مَا تُرِيْدُ

wa taḥkumu mā turiydu

and judge base on Your desire

 

[03:53.00]

لَا مُعَقِّبَ لِحُكْمِكَ

lā muʿaqwiba li ḥukmika

no follow up after Your judgment

 

[03:57.00]

وَلَا رَآدَّ لِقَضَاۤءِكَ

wa lā rādda li qaḍāۤ'ika

and no rejection to Your rule

 

[04:03.00]

وَاَنَّكَ الْاَوَّلُ وَالْاٰخِرُ

wānnaka l-awwalu wa l-ākhiru

Verily You are the First Last

 

[04:08.00]

وَالظَّاهِرُ وَالْبَاطِنُ

wa ẓ-ẓāhiru wa l-bāṭinu

Outward and Inward

 

[04:12.00]

لَمْ تَكُنْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ

lam takun min shay'in

You are not derived from anything

 

[04:16.00]

وَلَمْ تَبِنْ عَنْ شَيْءٍ

wa lam tabin ʿan shay'in

and not constructed from anything

 

[04:21.00]

كُنْتَ قَبْلَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

kunta qabla kulli shay'in

You exist before every thing

 

[04:26.00]

وَاَنْتَ الْكَاۤئِنُ بَعْدَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

wānta l-kāۤ'inu baʿda kulli shay'in

and You will be existing after every thing

 

[04:31.00]

وَالْمُكَوِّنُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ

wa l-mukawwinu li kulli shay'in

You originate every thing

 

[04:36.00]

خَلَقْتَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ بِتَقْدِيْرٍ

khalaqta kulla shay'in bi taqdiyrin

You created every thing with measurement

 

[04:42.00]

وَاَنْتَ السَّمِيْعُ الْبَصِيْرُ

wānta s-samiyʿu l-baṣiyru

verily You are All- Hearing and All- Seeing

 

[04:47.00]

وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّكَ كَذٰلِكَ كُنْتَ وَتَكُوْنُ

wāshhadu annaka kadhālika kunta wa takuwnu

I bear witness that You are like that and You will be like that

 

[04:53.00]

وَاَنْتَ حَيٌّ قَيُّوْمٌ

wānta ḥayyun qayyuwmun

You are Eternal and Everlasting

 

[04:58.00]

لَاتَاْخُذُكَ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ

lātakhudhuka sinatun wa lā nawmun

slumber seize You not neither sleeping

 

[05:04.00]

وَلَا تُوْصَفُ بِالْاَوْهَامِ

wa lā tuwṣafu bi l-awhāmi

You are not defined with illusions

 

[05:09.00]

وَلَا تُدْرَكُ بِالْحَوَآسِّ

wa lā tudraku bi l-ḥawaswi

and senses did not perceive You

 

[05:13.00]

وَلَاتُقَاسُ بِالْمِقْيَاسِ

wa lātuqāsu bi l-miqyāsi

You are not measured with measurement

 

[05:16.00]

وَلَاتُشَبَّهُ بِالنَّاسِ

wa lātushabbahu bi n-nāsi

You did not resemble any mankind

 

[05:21.00]

وَاَنَّ الْخَلْقَ كُلَّهُمْ عَبِيْدُكَ وَاِمَاۤؤُكَ

wānna l-khalqa kullahum ʿabiyduka wa imāۤ'uka

and all creatures are You slaves and servants

 

[05:29.00]

وَ اَنْتَ الرَّبُّ وَنَحْنُ الْمَرْبُوْبُوْنَ

anta r-rabbu wa naḥnu l-marbuwbuwna

You are the Lord and we are Your reared

 

[05:35.00]

وَاَنْتَ الْخَالِقُ وَنَحْنُ الْمَخْلُوْقُوْنَ

wānta l-khāliqu wa naḥnu l-makhluwquwna

and You are the creator and we are the creatures

 

[05:41.00]

وَاَنْتَ الرَّازِقُ وَنَحْنُ الْمَرْزُوْقُوْنَ

wānta r-rāziqu wa naḥnu l-marzuwquwna

You are the Provider and we are the needier

 

[05:48.00]

فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ يَا اِلٰهِيْ

falaka l-ḥamdu yā ilāhiy

O' my Lord all praises are due to You

[05:53.00]

اِذْ خَلَقْتَنِيْ بَشَرًا سَوِيًّا

idh khalaqtaniy basharan sawiyyan

when You created me as a sound human being

 

[05:59.00]

وَجَعَلْتَنِيْ غَنِيًّا مَكْفِيًّا

wa jaʿaltaniy ghaniyyan makfiyyan

and made me sufficient and wealthy

 

[06:05.00]

بَعْدَ مَا كُنْتُ طِفْلًا صَبِيًّا

baʿda mā kuntu ṭiflan ṣabiyyan

after I was an infant

 

[06:11.00]

تَقُوْتُنِيْ مِنَ الثَّدْيِ لَبَنًا مَرِيْئًا

taquwtuniy mina t-ththadī labanan mariy'an

and nourished me with milk from the breast

 

[06:21.00]

وَغَذَّيْتَنِيْ غِذَاۤءً طَيِّبًا هَنِيْئًا

wa ghadhdhaytaniy ghadhāۤ'an ṭayyiban haniy'an

and feed me with delighted and pure food

 

[06:30.00]

وَجَعَلْتَنِيْ ذَكَرًا مِثَالًا سَوِيًّا

wa jaʿaltaniy dhakaran mithālan sawiyyan

and made me a sound man

 

[06:37.00]

فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ حَمْدًا

falaka l-ḥamdu ḥamdan

All the uncountable praise are due to You

 

[06:42.00]

اِنْ عُدَّ لَمْ يُحْصَ

in ʿudda lam yuḥṣa

the praise no any container can contains it

 

[06:46.00]

وَاِنْ وُضِعَ لَمْ يَتَّسِعْ لَهُ شَيْءٌ

wa in wuḍiʿa lam yattasiʿ lahu shay'un

praise that is above the praise of all praise and above every thing that is praised

 

[06:52.00]

حَمْدًا يَفُوْقُ عَلٰى جَمِيْعِ حَمْدِ الْحَامِدِيْنَ

ḥamdan yafuwqu ʿalā jamiyʿi ḥamdi l-ḥāmidiyna

the praise that is greater and mightier than that

 

[07:00.00]

وَيَعْلُوْعَلٰى حَمْدِ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

wa yaʿluw ʿalā ḥamdikulli shay'in

and more than every thing that praise God

 

[07:05.00]

وَيَفْخُمُ وَيَعْظُمُ عَلٰى ذٰلِكَ كُلِّهِ

wa yafkhumu wa yaʿẓumu ʿalā dhālika kullihi

And becomes more exalted and greater than all of that

 

[07:12.00]

وَكُلَّمَا حَمِدَ اللهَ شَيْءٌ

wa kullamā ḥamida Llāha shay'un

And (it includes) every time that anything praises Allah

 

[07:22.00]

وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ

wa l-ḥamdu li-Llāhi

praise be to God

 

[07:25.00]

كَمَا يُحِبُّ اللهُ اَنْ يُحْمَدَ

kamā yuḥibbu Llāhu an yuḥmada

And praise be to Allah in the manner He loves to be praised

 

[07:30.00]

وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ

wa l-ḥamdu li-Llāhi

And praise be to Allah

 

[07:33.00]

عَدَدَ مَا خَلَقَ

adada mā khalaqa

equivalent to the whole creations

 

[07:36.00]

وَزِنَةَ مَا خَلَقَ

wa zinata mā khalaqa

and the weight of all creations

 

[07:40:0]

وَزِنَةَ اَجَلِّ مَا خَلَقَ

wa zinata ajalli mā khalaqa

and equivalent to the mightiest creation

 

[07:42.00]

وَبِوَزْنِ اَخَفِّ مَا خَلَقَ

wa bi wa zni akhaffi mā khalaqa

and the lighter creations

 

[07:48.00]

وَبِعَدَدِ اَصْغَرِ مَا خَلَقَ

wa bi ʿadadi aṣghari mā khalaqa

and equivalent to the smallest creations

 

[07:56.00]

وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ حَتَّى يَرْضٰىْ رَبُّنَا

wa l-ḥamdu li-Llāhi ḥatta yarḍi rabbunā

Praise be to Allah till our Lord is pleased

 

[08:04.00]

وَبَعْدَ الرِّضَا

wa baʿda r-riḍā

and after His pleasure

 

[08:06.00]

وَاَسْئَلُهُ اَنْ يُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

wās'ialuhu an yuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

I requested Him to send blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[08:15.00]

وَاَنْ يَغْفِرَ لِيْ ذَنْبِيْ

wān yaghfira li y dhanbiy

and to forgive my sins

 

[08:19.00]

وَاَنْ يَحْمَدَ لِيْ اَمْرِيْ

wān yaḥmada li y amriy

and to extol my issues

 

[08:22.00]

وَيَتُوْبَ عَلَيَّ اِنَّهُ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيْمُ

wa yatuwba ʿalayya innahu huwa t-tawwābu r-raḥiymu

and pardon me, verily He is All-Forgiving and All-Merciful

 

[08:32.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاِنِّيْ اَنَا اَدْعُوْكَ

Ilāhī wa innī anā ad‘ūka

O' my Lord, I requested

[08:36.00]

وَاَسْاَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ صَفْوَتُكَ اَبُوْنَا اٰدَمُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ

wa as’alu-ka bi-ismika alladhī da‘āka bihi ṣafwatuka abūnā Ādamu ‘alayhi-s-salām

and call upon You with Your name upon which our father Adam called you (Your choice peace be upon him)

 

[08:50.00]

وَهُوَ مُسِيْءٌ ظَالِمٌ

wa huwa musī’un ẓālimun

when he was oppressing him self

 

[08:56.00]

حِيْنَ اَصَابَ الْخَطِيْئَةَ

ḥīna aṣāba-l-khaṭī’ah

when he is guilty for his mistake

 

[08:57.00]

فَغَفَرْتَ لَهُ خَطِيْئَتَهُ

faghafarta lahu khaṭiy'iatahu

then You forgive his mistake

 

[09:01.00]

وَتُبْتَ عَلَيْهِ

wa tubta ʿalayhi

and pardon him

 

[09:05.00]

وَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دَعْوَتَهُ

wa s-tajabta lahu daʿwa tahu

and accept his call

 

[09:10.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

You are closer to him, O' The Nearer

 

[09:15.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

send Your blessing to Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[09:21.00]

وَاَنْ تَغْفِرَ لِيْ خَطِيْئَتِيْ

wān taghfira li y khaṭiy'iatiy

forgive my short comings

 

[09:28.00]

وَتَرْضِىْ عَنِّيْ

wa tarḍi ʿanniy

and be pleased with me

 

[09:33.00]

فَاِنْ لَمْ تَرْضَ عَنِّيْ فَاعْفُ عَنِّيْ

fa'in lam tarḍa ʿanniy fāʿfu ʿanniy

if You are not pleased with me and pardon me

 

[09:41.00]

فَاِنِّيْ مُسِيْءٌ ظَالِمٌ خَاطِئٌ عَاصٍ

fa'inniy musiy'un ẓālimun khāṭi'iٌ ʿāṣin

even though I am guilty, a sinner, an oppressor and having short comings

 

[09:46.00]

وَقَدْ يَعْفُوْ السَّيِّدُ عَنْ عَبْدِهِ وَلَيْسَ بِرَاضٍ عَنْهُ

wa qad yaʿfuw s-sayyidu ʿan ʿabdihi, wa laysa bi rāḍin ʿanhu

a master may forgive his servant even though he is not pleased with him

 

[09:55.00]

وَاَنْ تُرْضِيَ عَنِّيْ خَلْقَكَ وَتُمِيْطَ عَنِّيْ حَقَّكَ

wān turḍiya ʿanniy khalqaka, wa tumiyṭa ʿanniy ḥaqqaka

then be pleased with me as Your creature and to drag Your right from me

 

[10:05.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ اِدْرِيْسُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ

ilāhiy wās'ialuka bi s-mika l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi idriysu ʿalayhi s-salāmu

O' my Lord! I requested from You with the name upon which Idris called on You peace be on him

[10:15.00]

فَجَعَلْتَهُ صِدِّيْقًا نَبِيًّا

fajaʿaltahu ṣiddiyqan nabiyyan

and You made him a Prophet and a trust worthy one

 

[10:21.00]

وَرَفَعْتَهُ مَكَانًا عَلِيًّا

wa rafaʿtahu makānan ʿaliyyan

and You elevated him to an exalted rank

 

[10:26.00]

وَاسْتَجَبْتَ دُعَاۤءَهُ

wa s-tajabta duʿāۤ'ahu

and accept his call

 

[10:30.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

O' Allah! You are closer to him O' The Nearer

 

[10:34.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[10:42.00]

وَاَنْ تَجْعَلَ مَابِيْ اِلٰى جَنَّتِكَ

wān tajʿala mābiy ilā jannatika

and make my recourse to be your paradise

 

[10:48.00]

وَمَحَلِّيْ فِيْ رَحْمَتِكَ

wa maḥalliy fiy raḥmatika

and Your mercy to be my abode

 

[10:53.00]

وَتُسْكِنَنِيْ فِيْهَا بِعَفْوِكَ

wa tuskinaniy fiyhā bi ʿafwika

and house me in your pardon

 

[10:56.00]

وَتُزَوِّجَنِيْ مِنْ حُوْرِهَا بِقُدْرَتِكَ يَا قَدِيْرُ

wa tuzawwijaniy min ḥuwrihā, bi qudratika yā qadiyru

and married me with its beautiful ladies with Your Strength O' the Mighty

 

[11:06.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ نُوْحٌ

ilāhiy wās'ialuka bi s-mika l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi nuwḥun

O' my Lord, I requested from You with Your name upon which Nuh

اِذْ نَادٰى رَبَّهُ اَنِّيْ مَغْلُوْبٌ فَانْتَصِرْ

idh nādā rabbahu «anniy maghluwbun fan-taṣir

called when he said:I am vanquished; do thou soccour me

 

[11:24.00]

فَفَتَحْنَا اَبْوَابَ السَّمَاۤءِ بِمَاۤءٍ مُنْهَمِرٍ

fafataḥnā abwaba s-samāۤ'i bi māۤ'in munhamirin

Then we opened the gates of Heaven unto water torrential

 

[11:31.00]

وَفَجَّرْنَا الْاَرْضَ عُيُوْنًا

wa fajjarna arḍa ʿuyuwnan

and made the Earth to gush with fountains

 

[11:37.00]

فَالْتَقَى الْمَاۤءُ عَلٰى اَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ

fāltaqa l-māۤ'u ʿalā amrin qad qudira

and waters met for a matter decreed

 

[11:42.00]

وَنَجَّيْتَهُ عَلٰى ذَاتِ اَلْوَاحٍ وَدُسُرٍ

wa najjaytahu ʿalā dhāti l-waḥin wa dusurin

And You rescued him from a well- planked vessels well-caulked

 

[11:49.00]

فَاسْتَجَبْتَ دُعَاۤءَهُ

fas-tajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

then You accepted his call

 

[11:54.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

and You are closer to him O' The Nearer

 

[12:02.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

then send Your blessing upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

 

[12:07.00]

وَاَنْ تُنْجِيَنِيْ مِنْ ظُلْمِ مَنْ يُرِيْدُ ظُلْمِيْ

wān tunjīaniy min ẓulmi man yuriydu ẓulmiy

and rescued me from the oppression of those who wanted to oppress me

 

[12:12.00]

وَتَكُفَّ عَنِّيْ بَاْسَ مَنْ يُرِيْدُ هَضْمِيْ

wa takuffa ʿanniy basa man yuriydu haḍmiy

and prevent me from the problem of those who wanted to be unfair with me

 

[12:15.00]

وَتَكْفِيَنِيْ شَرِّ

wa takfiyaniy sharra

and suffice me from the evils

 

[12:18.00]

كُلِّ سُلْطَانٍ جَاۤئِرٍ

kulli sulṭānin jāۤ'irin

of the despotic rulers

 

[12:22.00]

وَعَدُوٍّ قَاهِرٍ

wa ʿaduwwinqāhirin

strong enemy

 

[12:26.00]

وَمُسْتَخِفَّ قَادِرٍ

wa mustakhiffa qādirin

hidden powers

 

[12:30.00]

وَجَبَّارٍ عَنِيْدٍ

wa jabbārin ʿaniydin

stubborn giants

 

[12:34.00]

وَكُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ مَرِيْدٍ

wa kulli shayṭānin mariydin

all insurgent devils

 

[12:38.00]

وَاِنْسِيٍّ شَدِيْدٍ

wa insiyyinshadiydin

strong human beings

 

[12:42.00]

وَكَيْدِ كُلِّ مَكِيْدٍ

wa kaydikulli makiydin

and the deceits of all the conspiracies

 

[12:44.00]

يَا حَلِيْمُ يَا وَدُوْدُ

yā ḥaliymu yā wa duwdu

O' The Tolerant, O' The Affectionate

 

[12:52.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ صَالِحٌ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ

ilāhiy wās'ialuka bi s-mika l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka ṣāliḥun ʿalayhi s-salāmu

O' my Lord! I requested from You by Your name upon which Your servant and Your Prophet called, Salih peace be upon him

[13:07.00]

فَنَجَّيْتَهُ مِنَ الْخَسْفِ

fanajjaytahu mina l-khasfi

and You rescued him from humiliation

 

[13:12.00]

وَاَعْلَيْتَهُ عَلٰى عَدُوِّهِ

wāʿlaytahu ʿalā ʿaduwwihi

and grant him upper hand against his enemy

 

[13:16.00]

وَاسْتَجَبْتَ دُعَاۤءَهُ

wa s-tajabta duʿāۤ'ahu

and accept his call

 

[13:20.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him O' The Nearer

 

[13:25.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[13:33.00]

وَاَنْ تُخَلِّصَنِيْ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا يُرِيْدُنِيْ اَعْدَاۤئِیْ بِهِ

wān tukhalliṣaniy min sharri mā yuriyduniy aʿdāۤ'iy bihi

and secure me from the evils my enemy intended for me

 

[13:40.00]

وَسَعٰى بِيْ حُسَّادِيْ

wa saʿā bi y ḥussādiy

and the struggle of my envious ones

 

[13:44.00]

وَتَكْفِيَنِيْهِمْ بِكِفَايَتِكَ

wa takfiyaniyhim bikaifāyatika

suffice me from them with Your sufficiency

 

[13:50.00]

وَتَتَوَلَّانِيْ بِوِلَايَتِكَ

wa tatawa llāniy bi wilāyatika

and lead me with Your Guardianship

 

[13:54.00]

وَتَهْدِيَ قَلْبِيْ بِهُدَاكَ

wa tahdiya qalbiy bi hudāka

and guide my heart with Your guidance

 

[13:58.00]

وَتُؤَيِّدَنِيْ بِتَقْوَاكَ

wa tū'ayyidaniy bi taqwaka

and support me with faith in You

 

[14:02.00]

وَتُبَصِّرَنِيْ (وَتَنْصُرَنِي) بِمَا فِيْهِ رِضَاكَ

wa tubaṣṣiraniy (wa tanṣuraniy) bi mā fiyhi riḍāka

and enlighten me to what consist Your pleasure

 

[14:08.00]

وَتُغْنِيَنِيْ بِغِنَاكَ

wa tughniyaniy bi ghināka

and enrich me with Your richness

 

[14:12.00]

يَا حَلِيْمُ

yā ḥaliymu

O' The Tolerant

 

[14:14.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْاَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ وَخَلِيْلُكَ اِبْرَاهِيْمُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ

ilāhiy wāsaluka bi s-mika l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka wa khaliyluka ibrāhiymu ʿalayhi s-salāmu

O' my God! I requested from You by Your name upon which Ibrahim called, Your servant, Your Prophet and Your intimate friend peace be on him

[14:30.00]

حِيْنَ اَرَادَ نُمْرُوْدُ اِلْقَاۤئَهُ فِيْ النَّارِ

ḥiyna arāda numruwdu ilqāۤ'iahu fiy n-nāri

when Namrud wanted to throw him in to the flame

 

[14:35.00]

فَجَعَلْتَ لَهُ النَّارَ بَرْدًا وَسَلَامًا

fajaʿalta lahu n-nāra bardan wa salāman

thus You made the flame cold and safety for him

 

[14:40.00]

وَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دُعَاۤءَهُ

wa s-tajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

and You answered his call

 

[14:46.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَاقَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yāqariybu

though You are closer to him O' The Nearer

 

[14:51.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

then send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[14:56.00]

وَاَنْ تُبَرِّدَ عَنِّيْ حَرَّ نَارِكَ

wān tubarrida ʿanniy ḥarra nārika

and make Your Hell fire cold for me

 

[15:03.00]

وَتُطْفِئَ عَنِّيْ لَهِيْبَهَا

wa tuṭfi'ia ʿanniy lahiybahā

and quench its flame for me

 

[15:07.00]

وَتَكْفِيَنِيْ حَرَّهَا

wa takfiyaniy ḥarrahā

and suffice me from its hotness

 

[15:12.00]

وَتَجْعَلَ نَاۤئِرَةَ اَعْدَاۤئِيْ فِيْ شِعَارِهِمْ وَدِثَارِهِمْ

wa tajʿala nāۤ'irata aʿdāۤ'iy fiy shʿārihim wa dithārihim

and put the flame of my enemies in their slogan and garments

 

[15:20.00]

وَتَرُدَّ كَيْدَهُمْ فِيْ نُحْوُرِهِمْ

wa tarudda kaydahum fiy nuḥwurihim

and return all their plans to their throat

 

[15:25.00]

وَتُبَارِكَ لِيْ فِيْمَا اَعْطَيْتَنِيْهِ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلٰى اٰلِهِ

wa tubārika li y fiyma aʿṭaytaniyhi, kamā bārakta ʿalayhi wa ʿalā ālihi

and bless what You have bestowed on me as You have blessed Prophet Ibrahim and his family

 

[15:36.00]

اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ الْوَهَّابُ الْحَمِيْدُ المَّجِيْدُ

innaka anta l-wa hābu l-ḥamiydu l-mmajīdu

verily You are The Provider, The Extoller and The Glorious

 

[15:43.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِالْاِسْمِ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ اِسْمَاعِيْلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ

ilāhiy wās'ialuka bi l-ismi l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi ismāʿiylu ʿalayhi s-salāmu

O' my Lord! I requested from You by Your name upon which Ismail called peace be on him

[15:54.00]

فَجَعَلْتَهُ نَبِيًّا وَرَسُوْلًا

fajaʿaltahu nabiyyan wa rasuwlan

and You made him a Prophet and a Messenger

 

[15:59.00]

وَجَعَلْتَ لَهُ حَرَمَكَ مَنْسَكًا وَمَسْكَنًا وَمَاْوًى

wa jaʿalta lahu ḥaramaka mansakan wa maskanan wa māwan

and made Your Sacred house to him a place of ceremony and place of living

 

[16:07.00]

وَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دُعَاۤءَهُ

wa s-tajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

and You accepted his call

 

[16:12.00]

وَنَجَّيْتَهُ مِنَ الذَّبْحِ

wa najjaytahu mina dh-dhabḥi

by rescuing him from sacrifice

 

[16:16.00]

وَقَرَّبْتَهُ رَحْمَةً مِنْكَ

wa qarrabtahu raḥmatan minka

and due to Your Mercy You made him closer to You

 

[16:19.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him O' The Nearer

 

[16:25.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

then send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[16:32.00]

وَاَنْ تَفْسَحَ لِيْ فِيْ قَبْرِيْ

wān tafsaḥa li y fiy qabriy

and widen my tomb

 

[16:36.00]

وَتَحُطَّ عَنِّيْ وِزْرِيْ

wa taḥuṭṭa ʿanniy wizriy

and bring down my burden

 

[16:40.00]

وَتَشُدَّلِيْ اَزْرِيْ

wa tashuddaliy azriy

and tighten my cover

 

[16:43.00]

وَتَغْفِرَ لِيْ ذَنْبِيْ

wa taghfira li y dhanbiy

forgive my sins

 

[16:48.00]

وَتَرْزُقَنِيْ التَّوْبَةَ

wa tarzuqaniy t-tawbata

and grant me repentance

 

[16:52.00]

بِحَطِّ السَّيِّئَاتِ

bi ḥaṭwi s-sayyi'iāti

by over looking all my evil deeds

 

[16:54.00]

وَتَضَاعُفِ الْحَسَنَاتِ

wa taḍāʿufi l-ḥasanāti

and to double my good deeds

 

[16:57.00]

وَكَشْفِ الْبَلِيَّاتِ

wa kashfi l-baliyyāti

and unveil all my tribulations

 

[17:01.00]

وَرِبْحِ التِّجَارَاتِ

wa ribḥi t-tijārāti

and to obtain profit in my transactions

 

[17:05.00]

وَدَفْعِ مَعَرَّةِ السِّعَايَاتِ

wa dafʿi maʿarrati s-siʿāyāti

and protect me from all humiliations

 

[17:08.00]

اِنَّكَ مُجِيْبُ الدَّعَوَاتِ

innaka mujību d-daʿawati

indeed You answer all calls

 

[17:11.00]

وَمُنْزِلُ الْبَرَكَاتِ

wa munzilu l-barakāti

O' He who Descends all blessing

 

[17:14.00]

وَقَاضِى الْحَاجَاتِ

wa qāḍi l-ḥājāti

He who grants all needs

 

[17:17.00]

وَمُعْطِىْ الْخَيْرَاتِ

wa muʿṭi l-khayrāti

The Giver of all benefactions

 

[17:20.00]

وَجَبَّارُ السَّمَاوَاتِ

wa jabbāru s-samāwati

He who obliges the Heavens

 

[17:26.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِمَا سَاَلَكَ بِهِ ابْنُ خَلِيْلِكَ اِسْمَاعِيْلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ

ilāhiy wās'ialuka bi mā sālaka bihi abnu khaliylika ismāʿiylu ʿalayhi s-salāmu

O' my Lord! I requested from You what Ismail has requested from You, the son of your intimate friend peace be on him

[17:36.00]

اَلَّذِيْ نَجَّيْتَهُ مِنَ الذَّبْحِ

l-ladhiy najjaytahu mina dh-dhabḥi

whom You have rescued from sacrifice

 

[17:42.00]

وَفَدَيْتَهُ بِذِبْحٍ عَظيْمٍ

wa fadaytahu bi dhibḥin ʿaẓymin

and ransom him with greater sacrifice

 

[17:47.00]

وَقَلَّبْتَ لَهُ الْمِشْقَصَ حِيْنَ (حَتَّى) نَاجَاكَ

Wa qallabta lahu al-mishqasa ḥīna (ḥattā) nājāk

and You change the face of the knife when he sincerely call upon You

 

[17:52.00]

مُوْقِنًا بِذَبْحِهِ

muwqinan bi dhabḥihi

for his sacrifice

 

[17:55.00]

رَاضِيًا بِاَمْرِ وَالِدِهِ

rāḍiyan bi amri wālidihi

and he is pleased with the command from his father

 

[17:59.00]

فَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دُعَاۤءَهُ

fas-tajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

and answer his call

 

[18:03.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

and You are then closer to him, O' The Nearer

 

[18:09.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

thus You send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[18:15.00]

وَاَنْ تُنْجِيَنِيْ مِنْ كُلِّ سُوْءٍ وَبَلِيَّةٍ

wān tunjīaniy min kulli suw'in wa baliyyatin

and rescued me from all evils and afflictions

 

[18:22.00]

وَتَصْرِفَ عَنِّيْ كُلَّ ظُلْمَةٍ وَخِيْمَةٍ

wa taṣrifa ʿanniy kulla ẓulmatin wa khiymatin

and distract all evils from me

 

[18:28.00]

وَتَكْفِيَنِيْ مَا اَهَمَّنِيْ مِنْ اُمُوْرِ دُنْيَايَ وَاٰخِرَتِيْ

wa takfiyaniy ma ahammaniy min umuwri dunyāya wākhiratiy

and suffice me in all my interest in this world and the world Hereafter

 

[18:32.00]

وَمَا اُحَاذِرُهُ وَاَخْشَاهُ

wa mā uḥādhiruhu wākhshāhu

and suffice me from all that I fear of

 

[18:38.00]

وَمِنْ شَرِّ خَلْقِكَ اَجْمَعِيْنَ

wa min sharri khalqika ajmaʿiyna

and the evils of Your creatures

 

[18:43.00]

بِحَقِّ اٰلِ يٰسٓ

bi ḥaqwi āli yās

for the sake of A'ali Yaseen

 

[18:50.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْاَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ لُوْطٌ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ

ilāhiy wāsaluka bi s-mika l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi luwṭun ʿalayhi s-salāmu

O' my Lord! I requested from You by Your name upon which Lut called peace be on him

[19:02.00]

فَنَجَّيْتَهُ وَاَهْلَهُ مِنَ الْخَسْفِ وَالْهَدْمِ وَالْمَثُلَاتِ وَالشِّدَّةِ وَالْجُهْدِ

fanajjaytahu wāhlahu mina l-khasfi wa l-hadmi wa l-mathulāti wa sh-shiddati wa l-juhdi

and You rescued him and his people from collapse, demolition and difficulties

 

[19:16.00]

وَاَخْرَجْتَهُ وَاَهْلَهُ مِنَ الْكَرْبِ الْعَظِيْمِ

wākhrajtahu wāhlahu mina l-karbi l-ʿaẓiymi

and bring him and his people out of tremendous agony

 

[19:22.00]

وَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دُعَاۤءَهُ

wa s-tajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

and You answer his call

 

[19:26.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him, O' The Nearer

 

[19:32.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[19:40.00]

وَاَنْ تَاْذَنَ لِيْ بِجَمِيْعِ مَا شُتِّتَ مِنْ شَمْلِيْ

wān tadhana li y bi jamiyʿi mā shuttita min shamliy

and to permit me to gather my cloak that has been scattered

 

[19:47.00]

وَتُقِرَّ عَيْنِيْ بِوَلَدِيْ وَاَهْلِيْ وَمَالِيْ

wa tuqirra ʿayniy bi wa ladiy wāhliy wa māliy

and to be delighted with my descendants, family and my properties

 

[19:53.00]

وَتُصْلِحَ لِيْ اُمُوْرِيْ

wa tuṣliḥa li y umuwriy

and reform all my issues

 

[19:57.00]

وَتُبَارِكَ لِيْ فِيْ جَمِيْعِ اَحْوَالِيْ

wa tubārika li y fiy jamiyʿi aḥwāliy

bless all my situations

 

[20:02.00]

وَتُبَلِّغَنِيْ فِيْ نَفْسِيْ اٰمَالِيْ

wa tuballighaniy fiy nafsiy āmāliy

made me reach all my hope

 

[20:07.00]

وَاَنْ تُجِيْرَنِيْ مِنَ النَّارِ

wān tujīraniy mina n-nāri

save me from the Hell fire

 

[20:12.00]

وَتَكْفِيَنِيْ شَرَّ الْاَشْرَارِ

wa takfiyaniy sharra l-ashrāri

and suffice me from the evils of the evil doers

 

[20:16.00]

بِالْمُصْطَفَيْنَ الْاَخْيَارِ اَلْاَئِمَّةِ الْاَبْرَارِ

bi l-muṣṭafayna l-akhyāri, l-a'immati l-abrāri

for the sake of the Your good chosen ones, the pious Imams

 

[20:23.00]

وَنُوْرِ الْاَنْوَارِ

wa nuwri l-anwari

the light of the illuminations

 

[20:26.00]

مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِهِ الطَّيِّبِيْنَ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ الْاَخْيَارِ

Muḥammadin wālihi ṭ-ṭayyibiyna ṭ-ṭāhiriyna l-akhyāri

Mohammad and his pure and cleansed holy family

 

[20:36.00]

اَلْاَئِمَّةِ الْمَهْدِيِّيْنَ

l-a'immati l-mahdyyiyna

the guided leaders

 

[20:39.00]

وَالصَّفْوَةِ الْمُنْتَجَبِيْنَ

wa ṣ-ṣafwa ti l-muntajabiyna

the choosing ones

 

[20:43.00]

صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِمْ اَجْمَعِيْنَ

ṣalawatu Llāhi ʿalayhim ajmaʿiyna

may Allah's blessings be upon them all

 

[20:49.00]

وَتَرْزُقَنِيْ مُجَالَسَتَهُمْ

wa tarzuqaniy mujālasatahum

and grant me their association

 

[20:52.00]

وَتَمُنَّ عَلَيَّ بِمُرَافَقَتِهِمْ

wa tamunna ʿalayya bi murāfaqatihim

and bestowed their companionship on me

 

[20:59.00]

وَتُوَفِّقَ لِيْ صُحْبَتَهُمْ

wa tuwa fiqa li y ṣuḥbatahum

grant me their friendship

 

[21:03.00]

مَعَ اَنْبِيَاۤئِكَ الْمُرْسَلِيْنَ

maʿa anbiyāۤ'ika l-mursaliyna

together with You Prophets, the Messengers

 

[21:07.00]

وَمَلَاۤئِكَتِكَ الْمُقَرَّبِيْنَ

wa malāۤ'ikatika l-muqarrabiyna

and the Angels that are near to You

 

[21:12.00]

وَعِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِيْنَ

wa ʿibādika ṣ-ṣāliḥiyna

Your good servants

 

[21:16.00]

وَاَهْلِ طَاعَتِكَ اَجْمَعِيْنَ

wāhli ṭāʿatika ajmaʿiyna

including all Your obedient servants to You

 

[21:21.00]

وَحَمَلَةِ عَرْشِكَ وَالْكَرُّوْبِيِّيْنَ

wa ḥamalati ʿarshka wa l-karruwbyyiyna

and the holders of Your Throne and the high level Angels

 

[21:28.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْاَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ سَاَلَكَ بِهِ يَعْقُوْبُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامِ

ilāhiy wāsaluka bi s-mika l-ladhiy sālaka bihi yaʿquwbu

O' my Lord! I requested from You by the name upon which Ya'qub call You

[21:38.00]

وَقَدْ كُفَّ بَصَرُهُ

wa qad kuffa baṣaruhu

when he lost his sight

 

[21:42.00]

وَشُتِّتَ شَمْلُهُ

wa shuttita shamluhu (jamʿuhu)

and his cloak scattered

 

[21:45.00]

وَفُقِدَ قُرَّةُ عَيْنِهِ ابْنُهُ

wa fuqida qurratu ʿaynihi abnuhu

and lost his delighted son

 

[21:51.00]

فَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دُعَاۤءَهُ

fas-tajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

You then answerhis call

 

[21:55.00]

وَجَمَعْتَ شَمْلَهُ

wa jamaʿta shamlahu

by gathering his cloak

 

[21:56.00]

وَاَقْرَرْتَ عَيْنَهُ

wāqrarta ʿaynahu

and delighting his eye

 

[22:02.00]

وَكَشَفْتَ ضُرَّهُ

wa kashafta ḍurrahu

and unveil his troubles

 

[22:05.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him, O' the Nearer

 

[22:09.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[22:16.00]

وَاَنْ تَاْذَنَ لِيْ بِجَمِيْعِ مَا تَبَدَّدَ مِنْ اَمْرِيْ

wān tadhana li y bi jamiyʿi mā tabaddada min amriy

and permit the gathering of all my issues that has been scattered

 

[22:24.00]

وَتُقِرَّ عَيْنِيْ بِوَلَدِيْ وَاَهْلِيْ وَمَالِيْ

wa tuqirra ʿayniy bi wa ladiy wāhliy wa māliy

and made me delighting with my son, my family and my wealth

 

[22:29.00]

وَتُصْلِحَ شَاْنِيْ كُلَّهُ

wa tuṣliḥa shaniy kullahu

and reform all my matters

 

[22:35.00]

وَتُبَارِكَ لِيْ فِيْ جَمِيْعِ اَحْوَالِيْ

wa tubārika li y fiy jamiyʿi aḥwāliy

and bless all my situations

 

[22:40.00]

وَتُبَلِّغَنِيْ فِيْ نَفْسِيْ اٰمَالِيْ

wa tuballighaniy fiy nafsiy āmāliy

and let me attain all my hope

 

[22:47.00]

وَتُصْلِحَ لِيْ اَفْعَالِيْ

wa tuṣliḥa li y afʿāliy

and redress all my actions

 

[22:56.00]

وَتَمُنَّ عَلَيَّ

wa tamunna ʿalayya

and bestowed goods on me

 

[22:59.00]

يَا كَرِيْمُ يَا ذَا الْمَعَالِيْ

yā kariymu, yā dha l-maʿāliy

O' The Generous, O' The Exalted one

 

[23:02.00]

بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ

bi raḥmatika yā arḥama r-rāḥimiyna

with Your mercy, O' the Most Merciful of the merciful

 

[23:09.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ يُوْسُفُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ فَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ

ilāhiy wās'ialuka bi s-mika l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka yuwsufu ʿalayhi s-salāmu fas-tajabta lahu

O' my Lord! I requested from You by Your name upon which was called by Your servant and Prophet, Yusuf peace be on him and You accepted his call

[23:29.00]

وَنَجَّيْتَهُ مِنْ غَيَابَتِ الْجُبِّ

wa najjaytahu min ghayābati l-jubbi

and rescued him from the darkness of the well

 

[23:32.00]

وَكَشَفْتَ ضُرَّهُ

wa kashafta ḍurrahu

an save him out of his sufferings

 

[23:34.00]

وَكَفَيْتَهُ كَيْدَ اِخْوَتِهِ

wa kafaytahu kayda ikhwa tihi

and suffice him from his brother's plot

 

[23:39.00]

وَجَعَلْتَهُ بَعْدَ الْعُبُوْدِيَّةِ مَلِكًا

wa jaʿaltahu baʿda l-ʿubuwdiyyati malikan

and made him king after his slavery

 

[23:45.00]

وَاسْتَجَبْتَ دُعَاۤءَهُ

wa s-tajabta duʿāۤ'ahu

and You answer his prayers

 

[23:47.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him, O' The Nearer

 

[23:54.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿala Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[23:57.00]

وَاَنْ تَدْفَعَ عَنِّيْ كَيْدَ كُلِّ كَاۤئِدٍ

wān tadfaʿa ʿanniy kayda kulli kāۤ'idin

and protect me from the plots of the plotters

 

[24:07.00]

وَشَرَّ كُلِّ حَاسِدٍ

wa sharra kulli ḥāsidin

and the evils of the envious ones

 

[24:12.00]

اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ

innaka ʿalā kulli shay'in qadiyrun

indeed You possess power over all thing

 

[24:18.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ مُوْسَى بْنُ عِمْرَانَ

ilāhiy wās'ialuka bi s-mika l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka muwsa bnu ʿimrāna

O' my Lord! I requested from You by your name upon which was called by Your servant and Prophet, Musa son of Imraan

[24:33.00]

اِذْ قُلْتَ تَبَارَكْتَ وَتَعَالَيْتَ

idh qulta tabārakta wa taʿālayta

when You The Bless and The Exalted one said:

 

[24:37.00]

وَنَادَيْنَاهُ مِنْ جَانِبِ الطُّوْرِ الْاَيْمَنِ

wa nādaynāhu min jānibi ṭ-ṭuwri l-aymani

So We called to him from the right side of the mount

 

[24:43.00]

وَقَرَّبْنَاهُ نَجِيًّا

wa qarrabnāhu najiyyan

and We brought him near in communion

 

[24:49.00]

وَضَرَبْتَ لَهُ طَرِيْقًا فِي الْبَحْرِ يَبَسًا

wa ḍarabta lahu ṭariyqan fi l-baḥri yabasan

And You created a dried road for him in the sea

 

[24:54.00]

وَنَجَّيْتَهُ وَمَنْ مَعَهُ مِنْ بَنِيْ اِسْرَاۤئِيْلَ

wa najjaytahu wa man maʿahu min baniy isrāۤ'iyla

and saved him and those with him from the children of Israel

 

[25:03.00]

وَاَغْرَقْتَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ وَجُنُوْدَهُمَا

wāghraqta firʿawna wa hāmāna wa junuwdahumā

and drawn Pharaoh, Haaman and their soldiers

 

[25:10.00]

وَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دُعَاۤءَهُ

wa s-tajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

and answered Musa's prayer

 

[25:15.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him, O' The Nearer

 

[25:21.00]

اَسْئَلُكَ اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

as'ialuka an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

I seek from You to send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[25:28.00]

وَاَنْ تُعِيْذَنِيْ مِنْ شَرِّخَلْقِكَ

wān tuʿiydhaniy min sharrikhalqika

and protect me from the evils of Your creatures

 

[25:35.00]

وَتُقَرِّبَنِيْ مِنْ عَفْوِكَ

wa tuqarribaniy min ʿafwika

and draw me near to Your pardon

 

[25:38.00]

وَتَنْشُرَ عَلَيَّ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ مَا تُغْنِيْنِيْ بِهِ عَنْ جَمِيْعِ خَلْقِكَ

wa tanshura ʿalayya min faḍlika mā tughniyniy bihi ʿan jamiyʿi khalqika

and spread Your favour on me that will make me not in need of Your creatures

 

[25:50.00]

وَيَكُوْنُ لِيْ بَلَاغًا اَنَالُ بِهِ مَغْفِرَتَكَ وَرِضْوَانَكَ

wa yakuwnu li y balāghan anālu bihi maghfirataka wa riḍwanaka

and grant me eloquence to earn Your pleasure and forgiveness

 

[26:00.00]

يَا وَلِيِّيْ وَوَلِيَّ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ

yā wa lyyiy wa wa liyya l-mu'miniyna

O' my Guardian and the believer's Guardian

 

[26:06.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْاَلُكَ بِالْاِسْمِ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ دَاوُوْدُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامِ فَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دُعَاۤءَهُ

ilāhiy wāsaluka bi l-ismi l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka dāwuwdu, fas-tajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

O' my Lord! I requested from You by Your name upon which was called by Your servant and Prophet, Daud and You answered his call

[26:26.00]

وَسَخَّرْتَ لَهُ الْجِبَالَ

wa sakhwarta lahu l-jibāla

and make the mountains subservient to him

 

[26:30.00]

يُسَبِّحْنَ مَعَهُ بِالْعَشِيِّ وَالْاِبْكَارِ

yusabbiḥna maʿahu bi l-ʿashyyi wa l-ibkāri

and glorify Allah with him both day and night

 

[26:35.00]

وَالطَّيْرَ مَحْشُوْرَةٌ

wa ṭ-ṭayra maḥshuwratun

resurrected birds

 

[26:40.00]

كُلٌّ لَهُ اَوَّابٌ

kullun lahu awwābun

all seeking repentant for him

 

[26:42.00]

وَشَدَدْتَ مُلْكَهُ وَاٰتَيْتَهُ الْحِكْمَةَ وَفَصْلَ الْخِطَابِ

wa shadadta mulkahu, wātaytahu l-ḥikmata wa faṣla l-khiṭābi

and make his reign strong and gave him wisdom and explanation of words

 

[26:51.00]

وَاَلَنْتَ لَهُ الْحَدِيْدَ

wālanta lahu l-ḥadiyda

and soften the iron for him

 

[26:54.00]

وَعَلَّمْتَهُ صَنْعَةَ لَبُوْسٍ لَهُمْ

wa ʿallamtahu ṣanʿata labuwsin lahum

and taught him how to make dresses from (it) iron

 

[27:00.00]

وَغَفَرْتَ ذَنْبَهُ

wa ghafarta dhanbahu

and forgive him of his sins

 

[27:03.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him, O' The Nearer

 

[27:07.00]

اَسْاَلُكَ اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

asaluka an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

I seek from You to send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[27:16.00]

وَاَنْ تُسَخِّرَ لِيْ جَمِيْعَ اُمُوْرِيْ

wān tusakhwira li y jamiyʿa umuwriy

and make all my issues subservient to me

[27:21.00]

وَتُسَهِّلَ لِيْ تَقْدِيْرِيْ

wa tusahwila li y taqdiyriy

and make all my prospects easy for me

 

[27:26.00]

وَتَرْزُقَنِيْ مَغْفِرَتَكَ وَعِبَادَتَكَ

wa tarzuqaniy maghfirataka wa ʿibādataka

and grant me Your service and forgiveness

 

[27:32.00]

وَتَدْفَعَ عَنِّيْ ظُلْمَ الظَّالِمِيْنَ

wa tadfaʿa ʿanniy ẓulma ẓ-ẓālimiyna

and protect me from evils of the oppressors

 

[27:38.00]

وَكَيْدَ الْكَاۤئِدِيْنَ وَمَكْرَ الْمَاكِرِيْنَ

wa kayda l-kāۤ'idiyna, wa makra l-mākiriyna

and plots of the plotters and deceits of the deceivers

 

[27:44.00]

وَسَطَوَاتِ الْفَرَاعِنَةِ الْجَبَّارِيْنَ

wa saṭawati l-farāʿinati l-jabbāriyna

and from the arrogant of Pharaohs

 

[27:49.00]

وَحَسَدَ الْحَاسِدِيْنَ

wa ḥasada l-ḥāsidiyna

and the envy of the envious ones

 

[27:52.00]

يَااَمَانَ الْخَاۤئِفِيْنَ

yāamāna l-khāۤ'ifiyna

O' He who safeguard the scared ones

 

[27:57.00]

وَجَارَ الْمُسْتَجِيْرِيْنَ

wa jāra l-mustajīriyna

O' He who neighboured the refugees

 

[28:00.00]

وَثِقَةَ الْوَاثِقِيْنَ

wa thiqata l-wathiqiyna

the reliance to those who has covenant with Him

 

[28:04.00]

وَذَرِيْعَةَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ

wa dhariyʿata l-mu'miniyna

the means of the believers

 

[28:08.00]

وَرَجَاۤءَ الْمُتَوَكِّلِيْنَ

wa rajāۤ'a l-mutawa kiliyna

the hope for the reliant on Him/p>

 

[28:10.00]

وَمُعْتَمَدَ الصَّالِحِيْنَ

wa muʿtamada ṣ-ṣāliḥiyna

the trust worthy of the good servants

 

[28:15.00]

يَاۤ اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ

yāۤ arḥama r-rāḥimiyna

O' the Most Merciful of the merciful

 

[28:20.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْاَلُكَ

ilāhiy wāsaluka

O' my Lord! I requested from You

[28:24.00]

اللّٰهُمَّ بِالْاِسْمِ الَّذِيْ سَئَلَكَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُوْدَ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ

Allāhumma bi l-ismi l-ladhiy sa'ialaka bihi ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka sulaymānu bnu dāwuwda ʿalayhima s-salāmu

O' Allah by Your name upon which Your servant and Prophet called, Suleiman son of Daud peace be on them

 

[28:36.00]

اِذْ قَالَ رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِيْ وَهَبْ لِيْ مُلْكًا

idh qāla rabbi aghfir li y wa hab li y mulkan

when he said: {My Lord, forgives me, and gives me a kingdom

 

[28:45.00]

لَايَنْبَغِيْ لِاَحَدٍ مِنْ بَعْدِيْ

lāyanbaghiy li aḥadin min baʿdiy

such as may not befall anyone after me

 

[28:49.00]

اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ الْوَهَّابُ

innaka anta l-wa hābu

surely Thou art the All-giver

 

[28:53.00]

فَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دُعَاۤءَهُ

fas-tajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

Then You accept his call

 

[28:58.00]

وَاَطَعْتَ لَهُ الْخَلْقَ

wāṭaʿta lahu l-khalqa

and make the creatures to follow him

 

[29:02.00]

وَحَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الرِّيْحِ

wa ḥamaltahu ʿalā r-riyḥi

and carry him on the wind

 

[29:06.00]

وَعَلَّمْتَهُ مَنْطِقَ الطَّيْرِ

wa ʿallamtahu manṭiqa ṭ-ṭayri

and taught him bird's language

 

[29:11.00]

وَسَخَّرْتَ لَهُ الشَّيَاطِيْنَ مِنْ كُلِّ بَنَّاءٍ وَغَوَّاصٍ

wa sakhwarta lahu sh-shayāṭiyna min kulli bannā'in wa ghawwāṣin

and made subservient to him the entire devils among the builders and plungers

 

[29:20.00]

وَاٰخَرِيْنَ مُقَرَّنِيْنَ فِي الْاَصْفَادِ

wākhariyna muqarraniyna fi l-aṣfādi

and others were coupled with chains

 

[29:25.00]

هٰذَا عَطَاۤؤُكَ لَا عَطَاۤءُ غَيْرِكَ

hādhā ʿaṭāۤ'uka lā ʿaṭāۤ'u ghayrika

this is Your gift not the gift of other than You

 

[29:32.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him, O' The Nearer

 

[29:35.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

Send Your blessing to Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[29:45.00]

وَاَنْ تَهْدِيَ لِيْ قَلْبِيْ

wān tahdiya li y qalbiy

and guide my heart

[29:49.00]

وَتَجْمَعَ لِيْ لُبِّيْ وَتَكْفِيَنِيْ هَمِّيْ

wa tajmaʿa li y lubbiy, wa takfiyaniy hammiy

and gathered my intellect, and suffice my interest

 

[29:57.00]

وَتُؤْمِنَ خَوْفِيْ وَتَفُكَّ اَسْرِيْ

wa tu'mina khawfiy, wa tafukka asriy

and tranquil my fear, and release my captivity

 

[30:03.00]

وَتَشُدَّ اَزْرِيْ وَتُمْهِلَنِيْ

wa tashudda azriy, wa tumhilaniy

and tighten my cloak, grant me respite

 

[30:09.00]

وَتُنَفِّسَنِيْ وَتَسْتَجِيْبَ دُعَائِیْ

wa tunaffisaniy, wa tastajība duʿā'iy

and relief, answer my call

 

[30:12.00]

وَتَسْمَعَ نِدَاۤئِیْ

wa tasmaʿa nidāۤ'iy

and give listening ears to my calls

 

[30:18.00]

وَلَاتَجْعَلَ فِي النَّارِ مَاْوَايَ

wa lātajʿala fī n-nāri mawaya

and don't make my abode to be Hell fire

 

[30:23.00]

وَلَا الدُّنْيَا اَكْبَرَ هَمِّيْ

wa la d-dunyā akbara hammiy

and don't make this world to be my main goal

 

[30:26.00]

وَاَنْ تُوَسِّعَ عَلَىَّ رِزْقِيْ

wān tuwa swiʿa ʿalāwa rizqiy

widen my sustenance

 

[30:32.00]

وَتُحَسِّنَ خُلْقِيْ

wa tuḥaswina khulqiy

and embellish my morals

 

[30:34.00]

وَتُعْتِقَ رَقَبَتِيْ مِنَ النَّارِ

wa tuʿtiqa raqabatiy mina n-nāri

and free my neck from Hell fire

 

[30:40.00]

فَاِنَّكَ سَيِّدِيْ وَمَوْلَايَ وَمُؤَمَّلِيْ

fa innaka sayyidiy wa mawlāya wa mū'ammaliy

indeed You are my Lord, my master and my expectation

 

[30:47.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْاَلُكَ اللّٰهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ اَيُّوْبُ

ilāhiy wāsaluka Allāhumma bi s-mika l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi ayyuwbu

O' my Lord! I requested from You by Your name upon which Prophet Ayub called

[30:57.00]

لَمَّا حَلِّ بِهِ الْبَلَاۤءُ بَعْدَ الصِّحَّةِ

lammā ḥalli bihi l-balāۤ'u baʿda ṣ-ṣiḥwati

when he was in trouble after gaining back his health

 

[30:59.00]

وَنَزَلَ السَّقَمُ مِنْهُ مَنْزِلَ الْعَافِيَةِ

wa nazala s-saqamu minhu manzila l-ʿāfiyati

and illness has fell out of him

 

[31:05.00]

وَالضِّيْقُ بَعْدَ السَّعَةِ وَالْقُدْرَةِ

walḍwiyqu baʿda s-saʿati wa l-qudrati

and narrowness after wideness and strength

 

[31:12.00]

فَكَشَفْتَ ضُرَّهُ

fakashafta ḍurrahu

then You ward off his difficulties

 

[31:18.00]

وَرَدَدْتَ عَلَيْهِ اَهْلَهُ وَمِثْلَهُمْ مَعَهُمْ

wa radadta ʿalayhi ahlahu, wa mithlahum maʿahum

and You return his family to him and their likes with them

 

[31:25.00]

حِيْنَ نَادَاكَ دَاعِيًا لَكَ

ḥiyna nādāka, dāʿiyan laka

after he has call upon You, supplicating to You

 

[31:30.00]

رَاغِبًا اِلَيْكَ رَاجِيًا لِفَضْلِكَ

rāghiban ilayka, rājiyan li faḍlika

desirous unto You, hopping for Your favour

 

[31:32.00]

شَاكِيًا اِلَيْكَ

shākiyan ilayka

and complaining to You

 

[31:39.00]

رَبِّ اِنّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَاَنْتَ اَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ

rabbi «inwī massaniya ḍ-ḍurru wānta arḥamu r-rāḥimiyna»

O' my Lord {Behold, affliction has visited me; and Thou art The Most Merciful of the merciful

 

[31:48.00]

فَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دُعَاۤءَهُ

fas-tajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

Then You answered his call

 

[31:54.00]

وَكَشَفْتَ ضُرَّهُ

wa kashafta ḍurrahu

and unveiled his difficulties

 

[31:56.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though are closer to him O' The Nearer

 

[31:59.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[32:08.00]

وَاَنْ تَكْشِفَ ضُرِّيْ

wān takshfa ḍurriy

and unveil all my difficulties

[32:12.00]

وَتُعَافِيَنِيْ فِيْ نَفْسِيْ وَاَهْلِيْ وَمَالِيْ وَوَلَدِيْ وَاِخْوَانِيْ فِيْكَ عَافِيَةً بَاقِيَةً شَافِيَةً كَافِيَةً

wa tuʿāfiyaniy fiy nafsiy wāhliy wa māliy wa wa ladiy wa ikhwaniy fiyka, ʿāfiyatan bāqiyatan shāfiyatan kāfiyatan

and protect me, my family, my wealth, my descendants and my brothers with good health a lastingall encompassing healing well being and sufficient

 

[32:33.00]

وَافِرَةً هَادِيَةً نَامِيَةً

wafiratan hādiyatan nāmiyatan

and very very quiet and increasing

 

[32:40.00]

مُسْتَغْنِيَةً عَنِ الْاَطِبَّاۤءِ وَالْاَدْوِيَةِ

mustaghniyatan ʿani l-aṭibbāۤ'i wa l-adwiyati

such sound health that they will not be in need of doctors and medications

 

[32:46.00]

وَتَجْعَلَهَا شِعَارِيْ وَدِثَارِيْ

wa tajʿalahā shʿāriy wa dithāriy

and make them my slogans and garment

 

[32:53.00]

وَتُمَتِّعَنِيْ بِسَمْعِيْ وَبَصَرِيْ

wa tumattiʿaniy bi samʿiy wa baṣariy

and make me to enjoy my sense of hearing and seeing

 

[32:56.00]

وَتَجْعَلَهُمَا الْوَارِثَيْنِ مِنِّيْ

wa tajʿalahuma lwarithayni minniy

and make both of them my inheritor

 

[33:03.00]

اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْ ءٍ قَدِيْرٌ

innaka ʿalā kulli shay 'in qadiyrun

indeed You possess power over all thing

 

[33:08.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ يُوْنُسُ بْنُ مَتَّى فِيْ بَطْنِ الْحُوْتِ

ilāhiy wās'ialuka bi s-mika l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi yuwnusu bnu matta fiy baṭni l-ḥuwti

O' my Lord! I requested from You by Your name upon which was called by Yunus son of Matta

-21

[33:23.00]

حِيْنَ نَادَاكَ فِيْ ظُلُمَاتٍ ثَلَاثٍ

ḥiyna nādāka fiy ẓulumātin thalāthin

when he was inside the whale and call upon You inside the three darkness

 

[33:29.00]

اَنْ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ

an lā ilāha illā anta subḥānaka

There is no god but Thou,Glory be to Thee

 

[33:34.00]

اِنّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِيْنَ

inwī kuntu mina ẓ-ẓālimiyna

I have done evil

 

[33:38.00]

وَاَنْتَ اَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ

wānta arḥamu r-rāḥimiyna

You are the Most Merciful of the merciful

 

[33:43.00]

فَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دُعَاۤءَهُ

fas-tajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

and You answered his call

 

[33:49.00]

وَاَنْبَتَّ عَلَيْهِ شَجَرَةً مِنْ يَقْطِيْنٍ

wānbatta ʿalayhi shajaratan min yaqṭiynin

and cut the tree of calabash for him

 

[33:55.00]

وَاَرْسَلْتَهُ اِلٰى مِاَةِ اَلْفٍ اَوْ يَزِيْدُوْنَ

wārsaltahu ilā miati l-fin aw yaziyduwna

and sent to him (100,000) one hundred thousand or more

 

[34:01.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him, O' The Nearer

 

[34:08.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[34:14.00]

وَاَنْ تَسْتَجِيْبَ دُعَاۤئِیْ

wān tastajība duʿāۤ'iy

and accept my prayers

 

[34:18.00]

وَتُدَارِكَنِيْ بِعَفْوِكَ

wa tudārikaniy bi ʿafwika

and embrace me with Your pardon

 

[34:22.00]

فَقَدْ غَرِقْتُ فِيْ بَحْرِ الظُّلْمِ لِنَفْسِيْ

faqad ghariqtu fiy baḥri ẓ-ẓulmi li nafsiy

because I am sunk in myself oppression

 

[34:28.00]

وَرَكِبَتْنِيْ مَظَالِمُ كَثِيْرَةٌ لِخَلْقِكَ عَلَيَّ

wa rakibatniy maẓālimu kathiyratun li khalqika ʿalayya

and the oppression of Your creatures has mounted on me

 

[34:35.00]

وَ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

 

[34:42.00]

وَاسْتُرْنِيْ مِنْهُمْ

wa s-turniy minhum

cover me through them

 

[34:45.00]

وَاَعْتِقْنِيْ مِنَ النَّارِ

wāʿtiqniy mina n-nāri

and free me from Hell fire

 

[34:48.00]

وَاجْعَلْنِيْ مِنْ عُتَقَاۤءِكَ

wajʿalniy min ʿutaqāۤ'ika

and make me among the freed ones

 

[34:52.00]

وَطُلَقَاۤئِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ

wa ṭulaqāۤ'ika mina n-nāri

from the Hell fire

 

[34:56.00]

فِيْ مَقَامِيْ هٰذَا بِمَنِّكَ يَا مَنَّانُ

fiy maqāmiy hādhā, bi mannika yā mannānu

from this my very position for the sake of Your favour, O' The Benefactor

 

[35:04.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ عِيْسَى بْنُ مَرْيَمَ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ

ilāhiy wās'ialuka bi s-mika l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka ʿiysa bnu maryama ʿalayhima s-salāmu

O' my Lord! I requested from You by Your name upon which was called by Your servant and Prophet, Isa son of Marry peace be on them

[35:21.00]

اِذْ اَيَّدْتَهُ بِرُوْحِ الْقُدُسِ

idh ayyadtahu bi ruwḥi l-qudusi

when You supported him with the holy spirit

 

[35:26.00]

وَاَنْطَقْتَهُ فِي الْمَهْدِ

wānṭaqtahu fi l-mahdi

and made him to talk while he was in a stage of cradle

 

[35:29.00]

فَاَحْيِىْ بِهِ الْمَوْتِىْ

fāaḥī bihi l-mawti

and make him to give life to death

 

[35:33.00]

وَاَبْرَاَ بِهِ الْاَكْمَهَ

wābrā bihi l-akmaha

and cure a blind

 

[35:36.00]

وَالْاَبْرَصَ بِاِذْنِكَ

wa l-abraṣa bi idhnika

and a leper with Your permission

 

[35:40.00]

وَخَلَقَ مِنَ الطَّيْنِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيْرِ

wa khalaqa mina ṭ-ṭayni kahay'iati ṭ-ṭayri

and he made a bird statue out of mud

 

[35:45.00]

فَصَارَ طَائِرًا بِاِذْنِكَ

faṣāra ṭā'iran bi idhnika

and became a living bird with your permission

 

[35:50.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him, O' The Nearer

 

[35:56.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[36:01.00]

وَاَنْ تُفَرِّغَنِيْ لِمَا خُلِقْتُ لَهُ

wān tufarrighaniy li mā khuliqtu lahu

evacuates me from what you have created for him

 

[36:07.00]

وَلَا تَشْغَلَنِيْ بِمَا قَدْ تَكَلَّفْتَهُ لِيْ

wa lātashghalaniy bi mā qad takallaftahu liy

and don't engage me with what You have commissioned him to do for me

 

[36:13.00]

وَتَجْعَلَنِيْ مِنْ عُبَّادِكَ وَزُهَّادِكَ فِي الدُّنْيَا

wa tajʿalaniy min ʿubbādika wa zuhhādika fi d-dunyā

and make me among Your ascetics and those that rendered service to You in this world

 

[36:20.00]

وَمِمَّنْ خَلَقْتَهُ لِلْعَافِيَةِ

wa mimman khalaqtahu li l-ʿāfiyati

and among those You have created for good health wise

 

[36:25.00]

وَهَنَّاْتَهُ بِهَا مَعَ كَرَامَتِكَ

wa hannatahu biha maʿa karāmatika

and felicitated with Your favour

 

[36:31.00]

يَا كَرِيْمُ يَا عَلِيُّ يَا عَظِيْمُ

yā kariymu yā ʿaliyyu yā ʿaẓiymu

O' The Glorious, The Exalted and The Mighty

 

[36:39.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْاَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ اٰصَفُ بْنُ بَرْخِيَا عَلٰى عَرْشِ مَلِكَةِ سَبَا

ilāhiy wāsaluka bi s-mika l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi āṣafu bnu barkhiyā ʿalā ʿarsh malikati sabā

O' my Lord! I requested from You by Your name upon which was called by Aasif son of Barkhiya on the throne of Saba Queen

[36:53.00]

فَكَانَ اَقَلَّ مِنْ لَحْظَةِ الطَّرْفِ

fakāna aqalla min laḥẓati ṭ-ṭarfi

with less than a twinkling of an eye

 

[36:59.00]

حَتّٰى كَانَ مُصَوَّرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ

ḥatta kāna muṣawwaran bayna yadayhi

till it became like a photograph before him

 

[37:05.00]

فَلَمَّا رَاَتْهُ قِيْلَ اَهٰكَذَا عَرْشُكِ

falammā rāthu «qiyla ahākadhā ʿarshuki

when the Queen saw it,{It was said, is thy throne like this?

 

[37:10.00]

قَالَتْ كَاَنَّهُ هُوَ

qālat ka annahu huwa

She said it seems the same

 

[37:14.00]

فَاسْتَجَبْتَ دُعَاۤءَهُ

fas-tajabta duʿāۤ'ahu

Then You accepted his prayer

 

[37:17.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him, O' the Nearer

 

[37:23.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[37:30.00]

وَتُكَفِّرَ عَنِّيْ سَيِّئَاتِيْ

wa tukaffira ʿanniy sayyi'iātiy

and grant pardon to my sins

 

[37:35.00]

وَتَقْبَلَ مِنِّيْ حَسَنَاتِيْ

wa taqbala minniy ḥasanātiy

and accept my good deeds from me

 

[37:40.00]

وَتَقْبَلَ تَوْبَتِيْ وَتَتُوْبَ عَلَيَّ

wa taqbala tawbatiy, wa tatuwba ʿalayya

and accept my good deeds from me including my repentance, forgive me

 

[37:46.00]

وَتُغْنِيَ فَقْرِيْ

wa tughniya faqriy

and suffice me from my poverty

 

[37:49.00]

وَتَجْبُرَ كَسْرِيْ

wa tajbura kasriy

and restored my break ups

 

[37:53.00]

وَتُحْيِيَ فُؤَادِيْ بِذِكْرِكَ

wa tuḥīya fū'ādiy bi dhikrika

give life to my heart for Your remembrance

 

[37:57.00]

وَتُحْيِيَنِيْ فِيْ عَافِيَةٍ

wa tuḥīyaniy fiy ʿāfiyatin

give me life with sound health

 

[38:01.00]

وَتُمِيْتَنِيْ فِيْ عَافِيَةٍ

wa tumiytaniy fiy ʿāfiyatin

and seize my soul in good health

 

[38:07.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْاَلُكَ بِالْاِسْمِ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ زَكَرِيَّا عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ

ilāhiy wāsaluka bi l-ismi l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka zakariyyā ʿalayhi s-salāmu

O' my Lord! I requested from You by Your name upon which was called by Your servant and Your Prophet, Zakariya

24

[38:19.00]

حِيْنَ سَئَلَكَ دَاعِيًا لَكَ رَاغِبًا اِلَيْكَ رَاجِيًا لِفَضْلِكَ

ḥiyna sa'ialaka, dāʿiyan laka, rāghiban ilayka, rājiyan li faḍlik

when he requested and call upon You, putting his hope in You and hopping for Your favour

 

[38:30.00]

فَقَامَ فِي الْمِحْرَابِ يُنَادِيْ نِدَاۤءً خَفِيًّا

faqāma fi l-miḥrābi yunādiy nidāۤ'an khafiyyan

he then stood up at his praying place calling You silently

 

[38:38.00]

فَقَالَ رَبِّ هَبْ لِيْ مِنْ لَدُنْكَ وَلِيًّا

faqāla rabbi «hab li y min ladunka wa liyyan

and said: O' my Lord, Give me, from Thee, a kinsman

 

[38:44.00]

يَرِثُنِيْ وَيَرِثُ مِنْ اٰلِ يَعْقُوْبَ

yarithuniy wa yarithu min āli yaʿquwba

who shall be my inheritor and inheritor of the House of Jacob

 

[38:50.00]

وَاجْعَلْهُ رَبِّ رَضِيًّا

wajʿalhu rabbi raḍiyyan

and make him, my Lord; well-pleasing

 

[38:54.00]

فَوَهَبْتَ لَهُ يَحْيٰى

fawa habta lahu yaḥyā

And You gave him Yahya

 

[38:57.00]

وَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ دُعَاۤءَهُ

wa s-tajabta lahu duʿāۤ'ahu

and accepted his call

 

[39:02.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him, O' The Nearer

 

[39:08.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

To send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[39:13.00]

وَاَنْ تُبْقِيَ لِيْ اَوْلَادِيْ

wān tubqiya li y awlādiy

and let my descendants survive me

 

[39:18.00]

وَاَنْ تُمَتِّعَنِيْ بِهِمْ

wān tumattiʿaniy bihim

and let me enjoy them

 

[39:22.00]

وَتَجْعَلَنِيْ وَاِيَّاهُمْ مُؤْمِنِيْنَ لَكَ

wa tajʿalaniy wa iyyāhum mu'miniyna laka

and make me and them a faithful servant to You

 

[39:28.00]

رَاغِبِيْنَ فِيْ ثَوَابِكَ

rāghibiyna fiy thawabikā

willing for Your reward

 

[39:32.00]

خَاۤئِفِيْنَ مِنْ عِقَابِكَ

khāۤ'ifiyna min ʿiqābikā

fearing Your punishment

 

[39:37.00]

رَاجِيْنَ لِمَا عِنْدَكَ

rājīna li mā ʿindaka

hopping for what is with You

 

[39:40.00]

اٰيِسِيْنَ مِمَّا عِنْدَ غَيْرِكَ

āīsiyna mimmā ʿinda ghayrika

despairing from what is with others

 

[39:45.00]

حَتّٰى تُحْيِيَنَا حَيٰوةً طَيِّبَةً

ḥatta tuḥīyanā ḥayāūtan ṭayyibatan

till You make us to leave a pleasant life

 

[39:51.00]

وَتُمِيْتَنَا مِيْتَةً طَيِّبَةً

wa tumiytanā miytatan ṭayyibatan

and seize our life in a pleasant death

 

[39:56.00]

اِنَّكَ فَعَّالٌ لِمَا تُرِيْدُ

innaka faʿālun li mā turiydu

indeed You act according to Your wishes

 

[40:04.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْاَلُكَ بِالْاِسْمِ الَّذِيْ سَئَلَتْكَ بِهِ امْرَاَةُ فِرْعَوْنَ اِذْ قَالَتْ رَبِّ ابْنِ لِيْ عِنْدَكَ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ

ilāhiy wāsaluka bi l-ismi l-ladhiy sa'ialatka bihi amrātu firʿawna

dhqālat rabbi abni li y ʿindaka baytan fi l-jannati

O' my Lord! I requested from You by the name upon which was called by Pharaoh's wife, {When she said; my Lord, build for me a house in Paradise in Thy presence

-25

[40:17.00]

وَنَجِّنِيْ مِنْ فِرْعَوْنَ وَعَمَلِهِ

wa najwiniy min firʿawna wa ʿamalihi

and deliver me from Pharaoh and his work

 

[40:23.00]

وَنَجِّنِيْ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمينَ

wa najwiniy mina l-qawmi ẓ-ẓālimīna

and do Thou deliver me from the people of the evil doers

 

[40:27.00]

فَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهَا دُعَاۤئَهَا

fas-tajabta lahā duʿāۤ'iahā

And You answered her call

 

[40:33.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهَا قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhā qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to her, O' The Nearer

 

[40:38.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[40:45.00]

وَاَنْ تُقِرَّ عَيْنِيْ بِالنَّظَرِ اِلٰى جَنَّتِكَ وَوَجْهِكَ الْكَرِيْمِ وَاَوْلِيَاۤئِكَ

wān tuqirra ʿayniy bi n-naẓari ilā jannatika, wa wajhika l-kariymi wāwliyāۤ'ika

and delighting my face by looking to Your Paradise and Your Glorious Face and Your good friends

 

[40:52.00]

وَتُفَرِّجَنِيْ بِمُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِهِ

wa tufarrijaniy bi Muḥammadin wālihi

dispel all my grief for the sake of Muhammad and the holy family of Muhammad

 

[41:02.00]

وَتُؤْنِسَنِيْ بِهِ وَبِاٰلِهِ وَبِمُصَاحَبَتِهِمْ وَمُرَافَقَتِهِمْ

wa tu'nisaniy bihi wa bi ālihi, wa bi muṣāḥabatihim wa murāfaqatihim

entertain me with him and his holy family by their friendship and companionship

 

[41:12.00]

وَتُمَكِّنَ لِيْ فِيْهَا

wa tumakkina li y fiyhā

and give me a home in heaven

 

[41:16.00]

وَتُنْجِيَنِيْ مِنَ النَّارِ

wa tunjīaniy mina n-nāri

and distance me from the Hell fire

 

[41:20.00]

وَمَا اُعِدَّ لِاَهْلِهَا

wa mā uʿidda li ahlihā

and what You have promise its dwellers

 

[41:22.00]

مِنَ السَّلَاسِلِ وَالْاَغْلَالِ

mina s-salāsili wa l-aghlāli

like chains, handcuff, shackle

 

[41:27.00]

وَالشَّدَاۤئِدِ وَالْاَنْكَالِ وَاَنْوَاعِ الْعَذَابِ

wa sh-shadāۤ'idi wa l-ankāli, wānwaʿi l-ʿadhābi

difficulties and other sorts of punishment

 

[41:33.00]

بِعَفْوِكَ يَا كَرِيْمُ

bi ʿafwika yā kariymu

with Your pardon, O' The Glorious

 

[41:37.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْاَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَتْكَ بِهِ عَبْدَتُكَ وَصِدِّيْقَتُكَ مَرْيَمُ الْبَتُوْلُ وَاُمُّ الْمَسِيْحِ الرَّسُوْلِ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ

ilāhiy wāsaluka bi s-mika l-ladhiy daʿatka bihi ʿabdatuka wa ṣiddiyqatuka maryamu l-batuwlu wa ummu l-masiyḥi r-rasuwli ʿalayhima s-salāmu

O' my Lord! I requested from You by Your name upon which was called by Your servant and the righteous one, Maryam the virgin and mother of Jesus the Prophet, peace be on them

-26

[41:58.00]

اِذْ قُلْتَ وَمَرْيَمَ ابْنَتَ عِمْرَانَ الَّتِيْ اَحْصَنَتْ فَرْجَهَا

idh qulta «wa maryama abnata ʿimrāna l-latiy aḥṣanat farjahā

when You said: And Mary, Imran's daughter, who guarded her virginity

 

[42:07.00]

فَنَفَخْنَا فِيْهِ مِنْ رُوْحِنَا

fanafakhnā fiyhi min ruwḥinā

so We breathed in to her of Our Spirit

 

[42:12.00]

وَصَدَّقَتْ بِكَلِمَاتِ رَبِّهَا وَكُتُبِهِ

wa ṣaddaqat bikālimāti rabbihā wa kutubihi

and she confirmed the words of the Lord and His Books

 

[42:16.00]

وَكَانَتْ مِنَ الْقَانِتِيْنَ

wa kānat mina l-qānitiyna

And became one of the obedient

 

[42:21.00]

فَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهَا دُعَاۤئَهَا

fas-tajabta lahā duʿāۤ'iahā

You answered her call

 

[42:26.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهَا قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhā qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to her, O' The Nearer

 

[42:31.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[42:37.00]

وَاَنْ تُحْصِنَنِيْ بِحِصْنِكَ الْحَصِيْنِ

wān tuḥṣinaniy bi ḥiṣnika l-ḥaṣiyni

and to protect me with Your well fortified protection

 

[42:43.00]

وَتَحْجُبَنِيْ بِحِجَابِكَ الْمَنِيْعِ

wa taḥjubaniy bi ḥijābika l-maniyʿi

and to cover me with Your invisible covering

 

[42:48.00]

وَتُحْرِزَنِيْ بِحِرْزِكَ الْوَثِيْقِ

wa tuḥrizaniy bi ḥirzika l-wa thiyqi

and save me with Your firm safety

 

[42:52.00]

وَتَكْفِيَنِيْ بِكِفَايَتِكَ الْكَافِيَةِ

wa takfiyaniy bikaifāyatika l-kāfiyati

and to suffice me with Your adequate sufficiency

 

[42:58.00]

مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ طَاغٍ

min sharri kulli ṭāghin

from the evils of the tyrants

 

[43:01.00]

وَظُلْمِ كُلِّ بَاغٍ

wa ẓulmi kulli bāghin

and from the oppression of the despotic rulers

 

[43:08.00]

وَمَكْرِ كُلِّ مَاكِرٍ

wa makri kulli mākirin

and deceits of the deceivers

 

[43:10.00]

وَغَدْرِ كُلِّ غَادِرٍ

wa ghadri kulli ghādirin

and treachery of the betrayers

 

[43:14.00]

وَسِحْرِ كُلِّ سَاحِرٍ

wa siḥri kulli sāḥirin

and the wizardry of the wizards

 

[43:18.00]

وَجَوْرِ كُلِّ سُلْطَانٍ جَاۤئِرٍ

wa jawri kulli sulṭānin jāۤ'irin

and the injustice of the unjust ones

 

[43:23.00]

بِمَنْعِكَ يَا مَنِيْعُ

bi manʿika yā maniyʿu

with Your prevention, O' The impenetrable

 

[43:28.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَسْاَلُكَ بِالْاِسْمِ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ

ilāhiy wāsaluka bi l-ismi l-ladhiy daʿāka bihi

-27

[43:35.00]

عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ وَصَفِيُّكَ

ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka, wa ṣafiyyuka

Your servant, Your Prophet, Your sincere friend

 

[43:40.00]

. وَخِيَرَتُكَ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ

wa khiyaratuka min khalqika

the best among Your creatures

 

[43:44.00]

وَاَمِيْنُكَ عَلٰى وَحْيِكَ

wāmiynuka ʿalā wa ḥīka

the trustee to Your revelation

 

[43:47.00]

وَبَعِيْثُكَ اِلٰى بَرِيَّتِكَ

wa baʿiythuka ilā bariyyatika

Your delegate

 

[43:50.00]

وَرَسُوْلُكَ اِلٰى خَلْقِكَ مُحَمَّدٌ خَاصَّتُكَ وَخَالِصَتُكَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ

wa rasuwluka ilā khalqika Muḥammadun khāṣṣatuka wa khāliṣatuka, ṣalla Llāhu ʿalayhi wālihi wa sallama

to Your creations and Your Messenger to Your creations, Muhammad Your exclusive and sincere one peace and blessing be upon him and upon his holy family

 

[44:07.00]

فَاسْتَجَبْتَ دُعَاۤءَهُ

fas-tajabta duʿāۤ'ahu

and You answered his supplications

 

[44:12.00]

وَاَيَّدْتَهُ بِجُنُوْدٍ لَمْ يَرَوْهَا

wāyyadtahu bi junuwdin lam yarawhā

and supported him with the unseen soldiers

 

[44:17.00]

وَجَعَلْتَ كَلِمَتَكَ الْعُلْيَا

wa jaʿalta kalimataka l-ʿulyā

and make Your word exalted

 

[44:18.00]

وَكَلِمَةَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا السُّفْلٰى

wa kalimata l-ladhiyna kafaruaw s-suflā

and the words of the unbelievers as inferior

 

[44:24.00]

وَكُنْتَ مِنْهُ قَرِيْبًا يَا قَرِيْبُ

wa kunta minhu qariyban yā qariybu

though You are closer to him, O' The Nearer

 

[44:31.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

Send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

[44:36.00]

صَلَوٰةً زَاكِيَةً طَيِّبَةً نَامِيَةً بَاقِيَةً مُبَارَكَةً

ṣalawātan zākiyatan ṭayyibatan, nāmiyatan bāqiyatan mubārakatan

pure delectable and everlasting blessing

 

[44:46.00]

كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلٰى اَبِيْهِمْ اِبْرَاهِيْمَ وَاٰلِ اِبْرَاهِيْمَ

kamā ṣallayta ʿalā abiyhim ibrāhiyma wāli ibrāhiyma

as You have blessed their father Ibrahim and the familyof Ibrahim

 

[44:55.00]

وَبَارِكْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ

wa bārik ʿalayhim kamā bārakta ʿalayhim

honour them as You have honour Ibrahim and his family

 

[45:01.00]

وَسَلِّمْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَمَا سَلَّمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ

wa sallim ʿalayhim kamā sallamta ʿalayhim

send peace on them as You have send peace upon Ibrahim and his family

 

[45:06.00]

وَزِدْهُمْ فَوْقَ ذٰلِكَ كُلِّهِ زِيَادَةً مِنْ عِنْدِكَ

wa zidhum fawqa dhālika kullihi ziyādatan min ʿindika

make all this in abundant from Yourself

 

[45:15.00]

وَاخْلُطْنِيْ بِهِمْ

wakhluṭniy bihim

O' God mix me with them

 

[45:17.00]

وَاجْعَلْنِيْ مِنْهُمْ وَاحْشُرْنِيْ مَعَهُمْ

wajʿalniy minhum, waḥshurniy maʿahum

let me with them, resurrect me with them

 

[45:25.00]

وَفِيْ زُمْرَتِهِمْ حَتّٰى تَسْقِيَنِيْ مِنْ حَوْضِهِمْ

wa fiy zumratihim ḥatta tasqiyaniy min ḥawḍihim

and in their company until I was watered from their pound

 

[45:31.00]

وَتُدْخِلَنِيْ فِيْ جُمْلَتِهِمْ

wa tudkhilaniy fiy jumlatihim

and entered me in to their combination

 

[45:36.00]

وَتَجْمَعَنِيْ وَاِيَّاهُمْ

wa tajmaʿaniy wa iyyāhum

and gather me and them together

 

[45:38.00]

وَتُقِرَّ عَيْنِيْ بِهِمْ

wa tuqirra ʿayniy bihim

delighting my face with them

 

[45:40.00]

وَتُعْطِيَنِيْ سُؤْلِيْ

wa tuʿṭiyaniy su'liy

and grant me my requisitions

 

[45:44.00]

وَتُبَلِّغَنِيْ اٰمَالِيْ فِيْ دِيْنِيْ وَدُنْيَايَ وَاٰخِرَتِيْ وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِيْ

wa tuballighaniy āmāliy fiy diyniy wa dunyāya wākhiratiy, wa maḥyāya wa mamātiy

and let me attain my hope in my Religion, my world, the Hereafter, my life and my death

 

[45:56.00]

وَتُبَلِّغَهُمْ سَلَامِيْ

wa tuballighahum salāmiy

Extend my greetings

 

[46:00.00]

وَتَرُدَّ عَلَيَّ مِنْهُمُ السَّلَامَ وَعَلَيْهِمُ السَّلَامُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

wa tarudda ʿalayya minhumu s-salāma wa ʿalayhimu s-salāmu wa raḥmatu Llāhi wa barakātuhu

to Muhammad and to the family of Muhammad and to return their reply to me, peace, blessing and favour of Allah be upon them all

 

[46:14.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَنْتَ الَّذِيْ تُنَادِيْ فِيْ اَنْصَافِ كُلِّ لَيْلَةٍ هَلْ مِنْ سَاۤئِلٍ فَاُعْطِيَهُ

ilāhiy wānta l-ladhiy tunādiy fiy anṣāfi kulli laylatin hal min sāۤ'ilin fuʿṭiyahu

O' my Lord! You call every midnight that is there any beggar so that You give him

[46:27.00]

اَمْ هَلْ مِنْ دَاعٍ فَاُجِيْبَهُ

am hal min dāʿin fujībahu

Or is there any caller so that You answer his call

 

[46:32.00]

اَمْ هَلْ مِنْ مُسْتَغْفِرٍ فَاَغْفِرَ لَهُ

am hal min mustaghfirin fāaghfira lahu

Or is there anyone seeking for forgiveness so that You forgives him

 

[46:36.00]

اَمْ هَلْ مِنْ رَاجٍ فَاُبَلِّغَهُ رَجَاهُ

am hal min rājin fuballighahu rajāhu

Or is there anyone expecting to give him his expectation

 

[46:43.00]

اَمْ هَلْ مِنْ مُؤَمِّلٍ فَاُبَلِّغَهُ اَمَلَهُ

am hal min mū'ammilin fuballighahu amalahu

Or is there anybody hopping for something in order to fulfill his hope

 

[46:49.00]

هَااَنَا سَاۤئِلُكَ بِفِنَاۤئِكَ

hāanā sāۤ'iluka bi fināۤ'ika

Here I am seeking for Your courtyard

 

[46:55.00]

وَمِسْكِيْنُكَ بِبَابِكَ

wa miskiynuka bi bābikā

the needier at Your door

 

[46:59.00]

وَضَعِيْفُكَ بِبَابِكَ

wa ḍaʿiyfuka bi bābikā

Your guest before Your door

 

[47:03.00]

وَفَقِيْرُكَ بِبَابِكَ

wa faqiyruka bi bābikā

the wretched one before Your door

 

[47:08.00]

وَمُؤَمِّلُكَ بِفِنَاۤئِكَ

wa mū'ammiluka bi fināۤ'ika

hopping for Your courtyard

 

[47:12.00]

اَسْاَلُكَ نَاۤئِلَكَ

asaluka nāۤ'ilaka

I seek for Your favour

 

[47:14.00]

وَاَرْجُوْ رَحْمَتَكَ

wārjuw raḥmataka

and hopping for Your blessing

 

[47:18.00]

وَاُؤَمِّلُ عَفْوَكَ

wa ū'ammilu ʿafwa ka

and Your pardon

 

[27:22.00]

وَاَلْتَمِسُ غُفْرَانَكَ

wāltamisu ghufrānaka

and appealing for Your forgiveness

 

[47:25.00]

فَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

faṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

then bless Muhammad and the holy family of Muhammad

 

[47:30.00]

وَاَعْطِنِيْ سُؤْلِيْ

wāʿṭiniy su'liy

O' God give me my requests

[47:33.00]

وَبَلِّغْنِيْ اَمَلِيْ

wa ballighniy amaliy

and let me reach my ambition

 

[47:36.00]

وَاجْبُرْ فَقْرِيْ

wajbur faqriy

splint my poverty

 

[47:39.00]

وَارْحَمْ عِصْيَانِيْ

warḥam ʿiṣyāniy

favour me for my insubordination

 

[47:41.00]

وَاعْفُ عَنْ ذُنُوْبِيْ

waʿfu ʿan dhunuwbiy

and pardon my sins

 

[47:45.00]

وَفُكَّ رَقَبَتِيْ مِنَ الْمَظَالِمِ لِعِبَادِكَ رَكِبَتْنِيْ

wa fukka raqabatiy mina l-maẓālimi li ʿibādika rakibatniy

free my neck from the oppression of Your servant that mounted on me

 

[47:55.00]

وَقَوِّ ضَعْفِيْ

wa qawwi ḍaʿfiy

and strengthen me from my weakness

 

[47:57.00]

وَاَعِزَّ مَسْكَنَتِيْ

wāʿizza maskanatiy

and fortify my wretchedness

 

[48:01.00]

وَثَبِّتْ وَطْاَتِيْ

wa thabbit wa ṭatiy

and make my treading very firm

 

[48:04.00]

وَاغْفِرْ جُرْمِيْ

waghfir jurmiy

forgive my crimes

 

[48:07.00]

وَاَنْعِمْ بَالِيْ

wānʿim bāliy

and tranquil my heart

 

[48:10.00]

وَاَكْثِرْ مِنَ الْحَلَالِ مَالِيْ

wākthir mina l-ḥalāli māliy

increase my wealth through lawful means

 

[48:15.00]

وَخِرْ لِيْ فِيْ جَمِيْعِ اُمُوْرِيْ وَاَفْعَالِيْ

wa khir li y fiy jamiyʿi umuwriy wāfʿāliy

and make a choice for me in all my matters and actions

 

[48:21.00]

وَرَضِّنِيْ بِهَا

wa raḍwiniy biha

and with such be pleased with me

 

[48:24.00]

وَارْحَمْنِيْ وَوَالِدَيَّ وَمَا وَلَدَا مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ

warḥamniy wa wālidayya wa mā wa ladā mina l-mu'miniyna wa l-mu'mināti

O' God have mercy on me, my parents and my descendants and the believing men and women

 

[48:34.00]

وَالْمُسْلِمِيْنَ وَالْمُسْلِمَاتِ

wa l-muslimiyna wa l-muslimāti

including the Muslim men and women

 

[48:41.00]

اَلْاَحْيَاۤءِ مِنْهُمْ وَالْاَمْوَاتِ

l-aḥyāۤ'i minhum wa l-amwati

the living and the death among them

 

[48:47.00]

اِنَّكَ سَمِيْعُ الدَّعَوَاتِ

innaka samiyʿu d-daʿawati

indeed You hear all calls

 

[48:51.00]

وَاَلْهِمْنِيْ مِنْ بِرِّهِمَا

wālhimniy min bi rihimā

inspire in me Your reward

 

[48:56.00]

مَا اَسْتَحِقُّ بِهِ ثَوَابَكَ وَالْجَنَّةَ

ma astaḥiqqu bihi thawabaka wa l-jannata

and Paradise I entitle to for doing good to my both parents

 

[49:01.00]

وَتَقَبَّلْ حَسَنَاتِهِمَا

wa taqabbal ḥasanātihimā

accept their good deeds

 

[49:06.00]

وَاغْفِرْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمَا

waghfir sayyi'iātihimā

and forgive their wrong deeds

 

[49:11.00]

وَاجْزِهِمَا بِاَحْسَنِ مَا فَعَلَا بِيْ ثَوابَكَ وَالْجَنَّةَ

wajzihimā bi aḥsani mā faʿalā bi y thawābaka wa l-jannata

O' God! reward them with Paradise more than the kindness they have shown unto me

 

[49:20.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَقَدْ عَلِمْتُ يَقِيْنًا

ilāhiy wa qad ʿalimtu yaqiynan

O' my Lord! I am certainly aware that

[49:25.00]

اَنَّكَ لَاتَاْمُرُ بِالظُّلْمِ وَلَاتَرْضَاهُ

annaka lātamuru bi ẓ-ẓulmi wa lātarḍāhu

You did not ordered for oppression and You are not pleased with it

 

[49:31.00]

وَلَاتَمِيْلُ اِلَيْهِ وَلَاتَهْوَاهُ

wa lātamiylu ilayhi wa lātahwahu

You did not incline towards it nor do You desire it

 

[49:35.00]

وَلَاتُحِبُّهُ وَلَاتَغْشَاهُ

wa lātuḥibbuhu wa lātaghshāhu

and You did not love it nor cover it

 

[49:40.00]

وَتَعْلَمُ مَا فِيْهِ هٰؤُلَاۤءِ الْقَوْمُ مِنْ ظُلْمِ عِبَادِكَ وَبَغْيِهِمْ عَلَيْنَا

wa taʿlamu mā fiyhi hā'ulāۤ'i l-qawmu min ẓulmi ʿibādika wa baghīhim ʿalaynā

You are aware how those people are oppressive and tyrant to us

 

[49:51.00]

وَتَعَدِّيْهِمْ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ وَلَا مَعْرُوْفٍ

wa taʿaddiyhim bi ghayri ḥaqqinwa lā maʿruwfin

and their transgressions not for their right

 

[49:56.00]

بَلْ ظُلْمًا وَعُدْوَانًا وَزُوْرًا وَبُهْتَانًا

bal ẓulman wa ʿudwanan wa zuwran wa buhtānan

but just for oppression, aggression, untruthfully and falsity

 

[50:06.00]

فَاِنْ كُنْتَ جَعَلْتَ لَهُمْ مُدَّةً لَابُدَّ مِنْ بُلُوْغِهَا

fa'in kunta jaʿalta lahum muddatan lābudda min buluwghihā

Put an end to their time if You have given them long time

 

[50:14.00]

اَوْ كَتَبْتَ لَهُمْ اٰجَالًا يَنَالُوْنَهَا

aw katabta lahum ājālan yanāluwnahā

or to obtain it if You have written a long time for them

 

[50:20.00]

فَقَدْ قُلْتَ وَقَوْلُكَ الْحَقُّ

faqad qulta wa qawluka l-ḥaqqu

verily You have said and Your statement is the fact

 

[50:24.00]

وَوَعْدُكَ الصِّدْقُ

wa wa ʿduka ṣ-ṣidqu

and Your promise is verily undoubtedly

 

[50:27.00]

يَمْحُوْ اللهُ مَا يَشَاۤءُ وَيُثْبِتُ وَعِنْدَهُ اُمُّ الْكِتَابِ

yamḥuw Llāhu mā yashāۤ'u wa yuthbitu wa ʿindahu ummu l-kitābi

God blots out, and He establishes what so ever He will; and with Him is the Essence of the Book

 

[50:36.00]

فَاَنَا اَسْاَلُكَ بِكُلِّ مَا سَئَلَكَ بِهِ اَنْبِيَاۤءُكَ الْمُرْسَلُوْنَ وَرُسُلُكَ

fāanā asaluka bikulli mā sa'ialaka bihi anbiyāۤ'uka l-mursaluwna wa rusuluka

I am requesting from You what has been requested from You by Your Prophets and Messengers

[50:48.00]

وَمَلَاۤئِكَتُكَ الْمُقَرَّبُوْنَ وَاَسْئَلُكَ بِمَا سَئَلَكَ بِهِ عِبَادُكَ الصَّالِحُوْنَ

wa malāۤ'ikatuka l-muqarrabuwna wās'ialuka bi mā sa'ialaka bihi ʿibāduka ṣ-ṣāliḥuwna

I also requested what Your good servants has requested from You and Your nearby Angels

 

[50:48.00]

اَنْ تَمْحُوَ مِنْ اُمِّ الْكِتَابِ ذٰلِكَ

an tamḥuwa min ummi l-kitābi dhālika

to blots out from the Essence of the Book

 

[51:04.00]

وَتَكْتُبَ لَهُمُ الْاِضْمِحْلَالَ وَالْمَحْقَ

wa taktuba lahumu l-iḍmiḥlāla wa l-maḥqa

and write for the oppressors vanish and eradication

 

[51:09.00]

حَتّٰى تُقَرِّبَ اٰجَالَهُمْ

ḥatta tuqarriba ājālahum

till their death come closer

 

[51:12.00]

وَتَقْضِيَ مُدَّتَهُمْ

wa taqḍiya muddatahum

and annihilate their time

 

[51:17.00]

وَتُذْهِبَ اَيَّامَهُمْ

wa tudhhiba ayyāmahum

and go away with their days

 

[51:20.00]

وَتُبَتِّرَ اَعْمَارَهُمْ

wa tubattira aʿmārahum

and curtail their years

 

[51:22.00]

وَتُهْلِكَ فُجَّارَهُمْ

wa tuhlika fujjārahum

and destroy their indecent

 

[51:26.00]

وَتُسَلِّطَ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلٰى بَعْضٍ

wa tusalliṭa baʿḍahum ʿalā baʿḍin

and empowered themselves against themselves

 

[51:31.00]

حَتّٰى لَاتُبْقِيَ مِنْهُمْ اَحَدًا

ḥatta lātubqiya minhum aḥadan

until none of them is left behind

 

[51:36.00]

وَلَاتُنَجِّيَ مِنْهُمْ اَحَدًا

wa lātunajwiya minhum aḥadan

You should not rescued any of them

 

[51:40.00]

وَتُفَرِّقَ جُمُوْعَهُمْ

wa tufarriqa jumuwʿahum

and You should scattered their company

 

[51:45.00]

وَتَكِلَّ سِلَاحَهُمْ

wa takilla silāḥahum

and exhaust their weapons

 

[51:51.00]

وَتُبَدِّدَ شَمْلَهُمْ

wa tubaddida shamlahum

scatter their unity

 

[51:54.00]

وَتُقَطِّعَ اٰجَالَهُمْ

wa tuqaṭwiʿa ājālahum

and put an end to their life

 

[51:59.00]

وَتُقَصِّرَ اَعْمَارَهُمْ

wa tuqaṣṣira aʿmārahum

and shorten their years

 

[52:03.00]

وَتُزَلْزِلَ اَقْدَامَهُمْ

wa tuzalzila aqdāmahum

convulse their feet

 

[52:09.00]

وَتُطَهِّرَ بِلَادَكَ مِنْهُمْ

wa tuṭahwira bi lādaka minhum

and purify Your land from them

 

[52:11.00]

وَتُظْهِرَ عِبَادَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ

wa tuẓhira ʿibādaka ʿalayhim

and manifest the upper hand of your good servants over them

 

[52:13.00]

فَقَدْ غَيَّرُوْا سُنَّتَكَ

faqad ghayyaruaw sunnataka

because they have changed Your customs

 

[52:17.00]

وَنَقَضُوْاعَهْدَكَ

wa naqaḍuawʿahdaka

and break Your covenant

 

[52:20.00]

وَهَتَكُوْا حَرِيْمَكَ

wa hatakuaw ḥariymaka

they have unveiled Your Sanctuary

 

[52:23.00]

وَاَتَوْا عَلٰى مَا نَهَيْتَهُمْ عَنْهُ

wātāw ʿalā mā nahaytahum ʿanhu

and observed what You have forbade them

 

[52:28.00]

وَعَتَوْاعُتُوًّا كَبِيْرًا كَبِيْرًا

wa ʿatāwʿutuwwan kabiyran kabiyran

and act arrogantly

 

[52:33.00]

وَضَلُّوْا ضَلَالًا بَعِيْدًا

wa ḍalluaw ḍalālan baʿiydan

while they became astray

 

[52:38.00]

فَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

faṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

Then send Your blessing to Muhammad and to the family of Muhammad

 

[52:45.00]

وَاْذَنْ لِجَمْعِهِمْ بِالشَّتَاتِ

wadhan li jamʿihim bi sh-shatāti

permit the scattering of their combination

[52:49.00]

وَلِحَيِّهِمْ بِالْمَمَاتِ

wa liḥayyihim bi l-mamāti

and cause death for their living ones

 

[52:52.00]

وَلِاَزْوَاجِهِمْ بِالنَّهَبَاتِ

wa liazwajihim bi n-nahabāti

let their wives to be plundered

 

[52:53.00]

وَخَلِّصْ عِبَادَكَ مِنْ ظُلْمِهِمْ

wa khalliṣ ʿibādaka min ẓulmihim

and free Your servants from their oppressions

 

[52:59.00]

وَاقْبِضْ اَيْدِيَهُمْ عَنْ هَضْمِهِمْ

waqbiḍ aydiyahum ʿan haḍmihim

and uphold their hands from their aggression

 

[53:04.00]

وَطَهِّرْ اَرْضَكَ مِنْهُمْ

wa ṭahwir arḍaka minhum

and purify Your land from them

 

[53:07.00]

وَاْذَنْ بِحَصَدِ نَبَاتِهِمْ

wadhan bi ḥaṣadi nabātihim

permit the harvest of their vegetations

 

[53:12.00]

وَاسْتَيْصَالِ شَافَتِهِمْ

wa s-tayṣāli shāfatihim

and conveying of their roots

 

[53:16.00]

وَشَتَاتِ شَمْلِهِمْ

wa shatāti shamlihim

scatter their unity

 

[53:18.00]

وَهَدْمِ بُنْيَانِهِمْ

wa hadmi bunyānihim

and destroy their buildings

 

[53:21.00]

يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْاِكْرَامِ

yā dha l-jalāli wa l-ikrāmi

O' The Magnificent, The Gracious

 

[53:25.00]

وَاَسْاَلُكَ يَا اِلٰهِيْ وَاِلٰهَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

wāsaluka yā ilāhiy wa ilāha kulli shay'in

I requested from You, the Lord of all things

 

[53:32.00]

وَرَبِّيْ وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

wa rabbiy wa rabba kulli shay'in

my God, The God of all things

 

[53:36.00]

وَاَدْعُوْكَ بِمَا دَعَاكَ بِهِ عَبْدَاكَ وَرَسُوْلَاكَ وَنَبِيَّاكَ وَصَفِيَّاكَ مُوْسٰى وَهَارُوْنَ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ

wādʿuwka bi mā daʿāka bihi ʿabdāka wa rasuwlāka, wa nabiyyāka wa ṣafiyyāka muwsā wa hāruwna ʿalayhima s-salāmu

I call upon You as You've been called by Your servants, Your Messengers, Your Prophets and Your sincere friends, Musa and Harun, pace be on them

 

[53:52.00]

حِيْنَ قَالَا دَاعِيَيْنِ لَكَ رَاجِيَيْنِ لِفَضْلِكَ

ḥiyna qālā, dāʿiyayni laka, rājīayni li faḍlika

when they were calling and longing for Your favour while they said

 

[53:59.00]

رَبَّنَا اِنَّكَ اٰتَيْتَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَاَهُ زِيْنَةً وَاَمْوَالًا فِي الْحَيٰوةِ الدُّنْيَا

rabbanā innaka ātayta firʿawna wa malāahu ziynatan wāmwalan fi l-ḥayāūti d-dunyā

Our Lord, Thou hast given to Pharaoh and his council adornment and possessions in this present life

 

[54:12.00]

رَبَّنَا لِيُضِلُّوْا عَنْ سَبِيْلِكَ

rabbanā li yuḍilluaw ʿan sabiylika

Our Lord, let them go astray from Thy way

 

[54:16.00]

رَبَّنَا اطْمِسْ عَلٰى اَمْوَالِهِمْ

rabbanā aṭmis ʿalā amwālihim

Our Lord, obliterate their possessions

 

[54:22.00]

وَاشْدُدْ عَلٰى قُلُوْبِهِمْ فَلَايُؤْمِنُوْا

wa sh-dud ʿalā quluwbihim falāyu'minuaw

and harden their heart so that they do not believe

 

[54:27.00]

حَتّٰى يَرَوُا الْعَذَابَ الْاَلِيْمَ

ḥatta yarawua l-ʿadhāba l-aliyma

till they see the painful chastisement

 

[54:30.00]

فَمَنَنْتَ وَاَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمَا بِالْاِجَابَةِ لَهُمَا

famananta wānʿamta ʿalayhimā bi l-ijābati lahumā

You bestowed and favour both of them (Musa and Harun) by accepting their prayers

 

[54:38.00]

اِلٰى اَنْ قَرَعْتَ سَمْعَهُمَا بِاَمْرِكَ

ilā an qaraʿta samʿahumā bi amrika

till they hear Your command

 

[54:41.00]

فَقُلْتَ اللّٰهُمَّ رَبِّ

faqulta Allāhumma rabbi

O' Allah my God, You have said

 

[54:44.00]

قَدْ اُجِيْبَتْ دَعْوَتُكُمَا فَاسْتَقِيْمَا

Qad ujeebat da'watukumā fa-is'taqīmā

Your prayers is answered; so go you straight

 

[54:51.00]

وَلَاتَتَّبِعَانِّ سَبِيْلَ الَّذِيْنَ لَايَعْلَمُوْنَ

wa lātattabiʿānni sabiyla l-ladhiyna lāyaʿlamuwna

and follow not the way of those that know not/p>

 

[54:58.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣallia ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

So bless Muhammad and the holy family of Muhammad

34

[55:03.00]

وَاَنْ تَطْمِسَ عَلٰى اَمْوَالِ هٰؤُلاۤءِ الظَّلَمَةِ

wān taṭmisa ʿalā amwāli hā'ulāۤ'i ẓ-ẓalamati

and blots out the wealth of those oppressors

 

[55:11.00]

وَاَنْ تَشْدُدَ عَلٰى قُلُوْبِهِمْ

wān tashduda ʿalā quluwbihim

and constrain their mind

 

[55:15.00]

وَاَنْ تَخْسِفَ بِهِمْ بَرَّكَ

wān takhsifa bihim barraka

and humiliates them among Your creations

 

[55:20.00]

وَاَنْ تُغْرِقَهُمْ فِيْ بَحْرِكَ

wān tughriqahum fiy baḥrika

and drown them in the ocean of Your wrath

 

[55:27.00]

فَاِنَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضَ وَمَا فِيْهِمَا لَكَ

fa inna s-samāwati wa l-arḍa wa mā fiyhimā laka

because the Heaven and the Earth and all its contents belongs to You

 

[55:31.00]

وَاَرِ الْخَلْقَ قُدْرَتَكَ فِيْهِمْ

wāri l-khalqa qudrataka fiyhim

and show Your creations Your power

 

[55:35.00]

وَبَطْشَتَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ

wa baṭshataka ʿalayhim

and Your force over them

 

[55:39.00]

فَافْعَلْ ذٰلِكَ بِهِمْ

fāfʿal dhālika bihim

cause all these to them

 

[55:43.00]

وَعَجِّلْ لَهُمْ ذٰلِكَ

wa ʿajwil lahum dhālika

without delay

 

[55:46.00]

يَا خَيْرَ مَنْ سُئِلَ

yā khayra man su'ila

O' The best that was asked

[55:51.00]

وَخَيْرَ مَنْ دُعِيَ

wa khayra man duʿiya

O' The best that was called

 

[55:55.00]

وَخَيْرَ مَنْ تَذَلَّلَتْ لَهُ الْوُجُوْهُ

wa khayra man tadhallalat lahu l-wujuwhu

O' the best to whom everyone showed humbleness

 

[56:01.00]

وَرُفِعَتْ اِلَيْهِ الْاَيْدِيْ

wa rufiʿat ilayhi l-aydiy

and all hands are raised to Him

 

[56:05.00]

وَدُعِيَ بِالْاَلْسُنِ

wa duʿiya bi l-alsuni

He who was called by tongues

 

[56:08.00]

وَشَخَصَتْ اِلَيْهِ الْاَبْصَارُ

wa shakhaṣat ilayhi l-abṣāru

and all sights eyed unto Him

 

[56:12.00]

وَاَمَّتْ اِلَيْهِ الْقُلُوْبُ

wāmmat ilayhi l-quluwbu

and all minds are directed to Him

 

[56:17.00]

وَنُقِلَتْ اِلَيْهِ الْاَقْدَامُ

wa nuqilat ilayhi l-aqdāmu

all feet conveyed to Him

 

[56:21.00]

وَتُحُوْكِمَ اِلَيْهِ فِي الْاَعْمَالِ

wa tuḥuwkima ilayhi fi l-aʿmāli

and all actions shall be directed to him for judgment

 

[56:27.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَاَنَا عَبْدُكَ

ilāhiy wānā ʿabduka

O' my Lord, I am Your servant

36

[56:31.00]

اَسْاَلُكَ مِنْ اَسْمَاۤئِكَ بِاَبْهَاهَا

asaluka min asmāۤ'ika bi abhāhā

seeking from You through Your beautiful names

 

[56:37.00]

وَكُلُّ اَسْمَاۤئِكَ بَهِيٌّ

wa kullu asmāۤ'ika bahiyyun

indeed all Your names are beautiful

 

[56:41.00]

بَلْ اَسْاَلُكَ بِاَسْمَاۤئِكَ كُلِّهَا

bal asaluka bi asmāۤ'ika kullihā

rather I am asking You with all Your names

 

[56:47.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

to send Your blessing upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad

 

[56:53.00]

وَاَنْ تُرْكِسَهُمْ عَلى اُمِّ رُؤُسِهِمْ فِيْ زُبْيَتِهِمْ

wān turkisahum ʿala ummi ru'usihim fiy zubyatihim

and to react upon the oppressor's elevated head

 

[57:00.00]

وَتُرْدِيَهُمْ فِيْ مَهْوٰى حُفْرَتِهِمْ

wa turdiyahum fiy mahwā ḥufratihim

and ruin them in their pits

 

[57:53.00]

وَارْمِهِمْ بِحَجَرِهِمْ

warmihim bi ḥajarihim

and throw them with their stone

 

[57:05.00]

وَذَكِّهِمْ بِمَشَاقِصِهِمْ

wa dhakkihim bi mashāqiṣihim

and slaughter them with their sword

 

[57:11.00]

وَاكْبُبْهُمْ عَلٰى مَنَاخِرِهِمْ

wakbubhum ʿalā manākhirihim

and knuckle down their nostril

 

[57:17.00]

وَاخْنُقْهُمْ بِوَتَرِهِمْ

wakhnuqhum bi wa tarihim

and choke their oppression

 

[57:23.00]

وَارْدُدْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِيْ نُحُوْرِهِمْ

wardud kaydahum fiy nuḥuwrihim

and return their plots to their throats

 

[57:27.00]

وَاَوْبِقْهُمْ بِنَدَامَتِهِمْ

wāwbiqhum bi nadāmatihim

and let them remain in their regret

 

[57:30.00]

حَتّٰى يَسْتَخْذِلُوْا وَيَتَضَاۤءَلُوْا بَعْدَ نِخْوَتِهِمْ

ḥatta yastakhdhiluaw wa yataḍāۤ'aluaw baʿda nikhwa tihim

till they were forsaken and diminished

 

[57:41.00]

وَيَنْقَمِعُوْا بَعْدَ اسْتِطَالَتِهِمْ اَذِلَّاءَ مَاْسُوْرِيْنَ فِيْ رِبَقِ حَبَاۤئِلِهِمْ

wa yanqamiʿuaw baʿda s-tiṭālatihim, adhillā'a masuwriyna fiy ribaqi ḥabāۤ'ilihim

after their arrogance and to be curb after their elongation with distress and captivation in the loops of their rope

 

[0:57:53]

اَلَّتِيْ كَانُوْا يُؤَمِّلُوْنَ اَنْ يَرَوْنَا فِيْهَا

l-latiy kānuaw yū'ammiluwna an yarawnā fiyhā

which they are hopping to see us in it

 

[58:00.00]

وَتُرِيَنَا قُدْرَتَكَ فِيْهِمْ وَسُلْطَانَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ

wa turiyanā qudrataka fiyhim, wa sulṭānaka ʿalayhim

O' God show us Your power over them and Your supremacy over them

 

[58:08.00]

وَتَاْخُذَهُمْ اَخْذَ الْقُرٰى وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٌ

wa takhudhahum akhdha l-qurā wa hiya ẓālimatun

held them responsible as an oppressor

 

[58:14.00]

اِنَّ اَخْذَكَ الْاَلِيْمُ الشَّدِيْدُ

inna akhdhaka l-aliymu sh-shadiydu

Your holding one responsible is severe and painful

 

[58:19.00]

وَتَاْخُذَهُمْ

wa takhudhahum

You seize them

 

[58:21.00]

يَا رَبِّ اَخْذَ عَزِيْزٍ مُقْتَدِرٍ

yā rabbi akhdha ʿaziyzin muqtadirin

O' my God, held them responsible

 

[58:27.00]

فَاِنَّكَ عَزِيْزٌ مُقْتَدِرٌ

fa innaka ʿaziyzun muqtadirun

indeed You are the Able and the Mighty

 

[58:30.00]

شَدِيْدُ الْعِقَابِ

shadiydu l-ʿiqābi

Your punishment is severe

 

[58:34.00]

شَدِيْدُ الْمِحَالِ

shadiydu l-miḥāli

and Your plot is might

 

[58:37.00]

اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

al-lāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

O' Allah! Bless Muhammad and the holy family of Muhammad

 

[58:44.00]

وَعَجِّلْ اِيْرَادَهُمْ عَذَابَكَ

wa ʿajwil iyrādahum ʿadhābaka

and hasten Your punishment to their opposition

37

[58:49.00]

الَّذِيْ اَعْدَدْتَهُ لِلظَّالِمِيْنَ مِنْ اَمْثَالِهِمْ وَالطَّاغِيْنَ مِنْ نُظَرَاۤئِهِمْ

l-ladhiy aʿdadtahu li ẓ-ẓālimiyna min amthālihim, wa ṭ-ṭāghiyna min nuẓarāۤ'ihim

the punishment You have prepared for oppressors of their type, and the aggressors and their counterparts

 

[59:00.00]

وَارْفَعْ حِلْمَكَ عَنْهُمْ

warfaʿ ḥilmaka ʿanhum

and raise Your forbearance from them

 

[59:04.00]

وَاحْلُلْ عَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبَكَ

waḥlul ʿalayhim ghaḍabaka

allow Your wrath on them

 

[59:05.00]

الَّذِيْ لَايَقُوْمُ لَهُ شَيْءٌ

l-ladhiy lāyaquwmu lahu shay'un

which is not withstand by anything

 

[59:11.00]

وَاْمُرْ فِيْ تَعْجِيْلِ ذٰلِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِاَمْرِكَ

wamur fiy taʿjīli dhālika ʿalayhim bi amrika

ordered all the punishment on them with Your command

 

[59:18.00]

الَّذِيْ لَايُرَدُّ وَلَايُؤَخَّرُ

l-ladhiy lāyuraddu wa lāyū'akhwaru

that is not rejected nor delayed

 

[59:22.00]

فَاِنَّكَ شَاهِدُ كُلِّ نَجْوٰى

fa innaka shāhidu kulli najwā

verily You witness all intimate discourse

 

[59:26.00]

وَعَالِمُ كُلِّ فَحْوٰى

wa ʿālimu kulli faḥwā

and aware of every content

 

[59:30.00]

وَلَاتَخْفٰى عَلَيْكَ مِنْ اَعْمَالِهِمْ خَافِيَةٌ

wa lātakhfā ʿalayka min aʿmālihim khāfiyatun

nothing among their action is hidden to You

 

[59:37.00]

وَلَاتَذْهَبُ عَنْكَ مِنْ اَعْمَالِهِمْ خَاۤئِنَةٌ

wa lātadhhabu ʿanka min aʿmālihim khāۤ'inatun

and none of their actions shall go treacherously

 

[59:42.00]

وَاَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوْبِ

wānta ʿallāmu l-ghuyuwbi

and You knows every thing invisible

 

[59:45.00]

عَالِمٌ بِمَا فِي الضَّمَاۤئِرِ وَالْقُلُوْبِ

ʿālimun bi mā fī ḍ-ḍamāۤ'iri wa l-quluwbi

The Knower of all that is in the hearts and minds

 

[59:55.00]

وَاَسْاَلُكَ اللّٰهُمَّ وَاُنَادِيْكَ بِمَا نَادَاكَ بِهِ سَيِّدِيْ وَسَئَلَكَ بِهِ نُوْحٌ

wāsaluka Allāhumma wa unādiyka bi mā nādāka bihi sayyidiy, wa sa'ialaka bihi nuwḥun

O' Allah, I requested and call upon You as my master called You, Prophet Nuh peace be on him as he requested from You

38

[60:06.00]

اِذْ قُلْتَ تَبَارَكْتَ وَتَعَالَيْتَ

idh qulta tabārakta wa taʿālayta

when You The Bless and The Exalted one said

 

[60:11.00]

وَلَقَدْ نَادَانَا نُوْحٌ فَلَنِعْمَ الْمُجِيْبُوْنَ

wa laqad nādānā nuwḥun falaniʿma l-mujībuwna

Noah called to Us, and how excellent were the answerers

 

[60:17.00]

اَجَلِ اللّٰهُمَّ يَا رَبِّ اَنْتَ نِعْمَ الْمُجِيْبُ

ajali Allāhumma yā rabbi anta niʿma l-mujību

Yes, O' Allah, my God, how excellent You answered call

 

[60:23.00]

وَنِعْمَ الْمَدْعُوُّ

wa niʿma l-madʿuwwu

How excellent You are called

 

[60:29.00]

وَنِعْمَ الْمَسْئُوْلُ

wa niʿma l-mas'iuwlu

How excellent You are being asked

 

[60:31.00]

وَنِعْمَ الْمُعْطٰي

wa niʿma l-muʿṭāī

How excellent You give

 

[60:34.00]

اَنْتَ الَّذِيْ لَاتُخَيِّبُ سَاۤئِلَكَ

anta l-ladhiy lātukhayyibu sāۤ'ilaka

You did not disappoint those that call upon You

 

[60:36.00]

وَلَاتَرُدُّ رَاجِيَكَ

wa lātaruddu rājīaka

and You did not ejected

 

[60:40.00]

وَلَاتَطْرُدُ الْمُلِحَّ عَنْ بَابِكَ

wa lātaṭrudu l-muliḥwa ʿan bābikā

those that insisted on Your door

 

[60:45.00]

وَلَاتَرُدُّ دُعَاۤءَ سَاۤئِلِكَ

wa lātaruddu duʿāۤ'a sāۤ'ilika

you will not return the prayer of the one who asked you

 

[60:50.00]

وَلَاتَمُلُّ دُعَاءَ مَنْ اَمَّلَكَ

wa lātamullu duʿā'a man ammalaka

and do not become weary of the supplication of the one who places hope in You

 

[60:55.00]

وَلَاتَتَبَرَّمُ بِكَثْرَةِ حَوَاۤئِجِهِمْ اِلَيْكَ

wa lātatabarramu bikāthrati ḥawaۤ'ijihim ilayka

You did not weary for the bountifulness of their requests

 

[61:00.00]

وَلَابِقَضَاۤئِهَا لَهُمْ

wa lābiqaḍāۤ'ihā lahum

and also You are not weary in solving it for them

 

[61:05.00]

فَاِنَّ قَضَاۤءَ حَوَاۤئِجِ جَمِيْعِ خَلْقِكَ اِلَيْكَ فِيْ اَسْرَعِ لَحْظٍ مِنْ لَمْحِ الطَّرْفِ

fa inna qaḍāۤ'a ḥawaۤ'iji jamiyʿi khalqika ilayka fiy asraʿi laḥẓin min lamḥi ṭ-ṭarfi

because solving the problems of Your creations is as quick as twinkling of eyes

 

[61:15.00]

وَاَخَفُّ عَلَيْكَ

wākhaffu ʿalayka

and very light for You

 

[61:18.00]

وَاَهْوَنُ عِنْدَكَ مِنْ جَنَاحِ بَعُوْضَةٍ

wāhwa nu ʿindaka min janāḥi baʿuwḍatin

and easier than the wing of a mosquito

 

[61:20.00]

وَحَاجَتِيْ يَا سَيِّدِيْ وَمَوْلَاي وَمُعْتَمَدِيْ وَرَجَاۤئِیْ

wa ḥājatiy yā sayyidiy wa mawlāya, wa muʿtamadiy wa rajāۤ'iy

My request, O' my chief, my master, my trustworthy, my hope

39

[61:35.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

is to bless Muhammad and the holy family of Muhammad

 

[61:41.00]

وَاَنْ تَغْفِرَ لِيْ ذَنْبِيْ

wān taghfira li y dhanbiy

and forgive my sins

 

[61:44.00]

فَقَدْ جِئْتُكَ ثَقِيْلَ الظَّهْرِ بِعَظِيْمِ مَا بَارَزْتُكَ بِهِ مِنْ سَيِّئَاتِيْ

faqad ji'ituka thaqiyla ẓ-ẓahri bi ʿaẓiymi mā bāraztuka bihi min sayyi'iātiy

I have come to You with heavy and tremendous load for the sin I have committed against You

 

[61:55.00]

وَرَكِبَنِيْ مِنْ مَظَالِمِ عِبَادِكَ مَا لَايَكْفِيْنِيْ

wa rakibaniy min maẓālimi ʿibādika mā lāyakfiyniy

and Your servant's oppressions has mounted on me

 

[62:02.00]

وَلَايُخَلِّصُنِيْ مِنْهَا غَيْرُكَ

wa lāyukhalliṣuniy minhā ghayruka

and no one will set me free from it except You

 

[62:06.00]

وَلَايَقْدِرُ عَلَيْهِ

wa lāyaqdiru ʿalayhi

no one has power over it

 

[62:10.00]

وَلَايَمْلِكُهُ سِوَاكَ

wa lāyamlikuhu siwaka

and no one possess it beside You

 

[62:14.00]

فَامْحُ يَا سَيِّدِيْ كَثْرَةَ سَيِّئَاتِيْ بِيَسِيْرِ عَبَرَاتِيْ

fāmḥu yā sayyidiy kathrata sayyi'iātiy bi yasiyri ʿabarātiy

O' my master, erase my abundant sin due to my less warning

 

[62:23.00]

بَلْ بِقَسَاوَةِ قَلْبِيْ وَجُمُوْدِ عَيْنِيْ

bal bi qasāwa ti qalbiy, wa jumuwdi ʿayniy

rather due to the hardness of my heart and solidity of my eye

 

[62:28.00]

لَا بَلْ بِرَحْمَتِكَ الَّتِيْ وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ وَاَنَا شَيْءٌ

lā bal bi raḥmatika l-latiy wa siʿat kulla shay'in wānā shay'un

No! Rather with Your blessing that dominated all things and I am among those things

 

[62:39.00]

فَلْتَسَعْنِيْ رَحْمَتُكَ

faltasaʿniy raḥmatuka

then let Your blessing dominates me

 

[62:41.00]

يَا رَحْمَانُ يَا رَحِيْمُ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ

yā raḥmānu yā raḥiymu, yā arḥama r-rāḥimiyna

O' the Beneficent, O' the Merciful, O' the Most Merciful of the merciful

 

[62:50.00]

لَاتَمْتَحِنِّيْ فِيْ هٰذِهِ الدُّنْيَا بِشَيْءٍ مِنَ الْمِحَنِ

lātamtaḥinniy fiy hādhihi d-dunyā bi shay'in mina l-miḥani

O' God, don't examine me in this world with tribulations

40

[62:57.00]

وَلَاتُسَلِّطْ عَلَيَّ مَنْ لَايَرْحَمُنِيْ

wa lātusalliṭ ʿalayya man lāyarḥamuniy

and don't empowered on me he who will not have mercy on me

 

[63:03.00]

وَلَاتُهْلِكْنِيْ بِذُنُوْبِيْ

wa lātuhlikniy bi dhunuwbiy

and don't destroy me due to my sins

 

[63:07.00]

وَعَجِّلْ خَلَاصِيْ مِنْ كُلِّ مَكْرُوْهٍ

wa ʿajwil khalāṣiy min kulli makruwhin

and quickly free me from all adversity

 

[63:12.00]

وَادْفَعْ عَنِّيْ كُلَّ ظُلْمٍ

wadfaʿ ʿanniy kulla ẓulmin

and protect me from all oppressions

 

[63:16.00]

وَلَاتَهْتِكْ سَتْرِيْ

wa lātahtik satriy

and don't humiliates my veil

 

[63:20.00]

وَلَاتَفْضَحْنِيْ يَوْمَ جَمْعِكَ الْخَلَاۤئِقَ لِلْحِسَابِ

wa lātafḍaḥniy yawma jamʿika l-khalāۤ'iqa li l-ḥisābi

don't expose my evil deeds the day You shall gather Your creatures for accountability

 

[63:26.00]

يَا جَزِيْلَ الْعَطَاۤءِ وَالثَّوَابِ

yā jaziyla l-ʿaṭāۤ'i wa th-thawabi

O' He whose gift and reward is in abundant

 

[63:31.00]

اَسْاَلُكَ اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

asaluka an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

I requested from You to bless Muhammad and the holy family of Muhammad

41

[63:39.00]

وَاَنْ تُحْيِيَنِيْ حَيٰوةَ السُّعَدَاۤءِ

wān tuḥīyaniy ḥayāūta s-suʿadāۤ'i

and to let me live like the life of the fortunate ones

 

[63:43.00]

وَتُمِيْتَنِيْ مِيْتَةَ الشُّهَدَاۤءِ

wa tumiytaniy miytata sh-shuhadāۤ'i

and let me die like the death of the Martyrs

 

[63:47.00]

وَتَقْبَلَنِيْ قَبُوْلَ الْاَوِدَّاۤءِ

wa taqbalaniy qabuwla l-awiddāۤ'i

and accept me with anaffectionate acceptance

 

[63:51.00]

وَتَحْفَظَنِيْ فِيْ هٰذِهِ الدُّنْيَا الدَّنِيَّةِ

wa taḥfaẓaniy fiy hādhihi d-dunya d-daniyyati

and protect me in this abject world

 

[63:56.00]

مِنْ شَرِّ سَلَاطِيْنِهَا

min sharri salāṭiynihā

from the evils of its despotic rulers

 

[64:00.00]

وَفُجَّارِهَا وَشِرَارِهَا

wa fujjārihā, wa shrārihā

and aggressors, its evils

 

[64:04.00]

وَمُحِبِّيْهَا

wa muḥibbiyhā

and its lovers

 

[64:06.00]

وَالْعَامِلِيْنَ لَهَا وَمَا فِيْهَا

wa l-ʿāmiliyna lahā wa mā fiyhā

and those that serve it and its content

 

[64:11.00]

وَقِنِيْ شَرَّ طُغَاتِهَا وَحُسَّادِهَا وَبَاغِىْ الشِّرْكِ فِيْهَا

wa qiniy sharra ṭughātihā wa ḥussādihā, wa bāghi sh-shirki fiyhā

and save me from the evil of its tyrant its envious ones and those that aspire for polytheism among them

 

[64:20.00]

حَتّٰى تَكْفِيَنِيْ مَكْرَ الْمَكَرَةِ

ḥatta takfiyaniy makra l-makarati

Till You suffice me from the deceits and tricks

42

[64:24.00]

وَتَفْقَاَ عَنِّيْ اَعْيُنَ الْكَفَرَةِ

wa tafqā ʿanniy aʿyuna l-kafarati

and scoop out from me the eyes of the unbeliever

 

[64:28.00]

وَتُفْحِمَ عَنِّيْ اَلْسُنَ الْفَجَرَةِ

wa tufḥima ʿanniy s-suna l-fajarati

and dumbstruck from me the tongues of the sinful ones

 

[64:32.00]

وَتَقْبِضَ لِيْ عَلٰى اَيْدِي الظَّلَمَةِ

wa taqbiḍa li y ʿalā aydī ẓ-ẓalamati

and detain the hands of the oppressions from me

 

[64:37.00]

وَتُوْهِنَ عَنِّيْ كَيْدَهُمْ

wa tuwhina ʿanniy kaydahum

and weaken their plots on me

 

[64:40.00]

وَتُمِيْتَهُمْ بِغَيْظِهِمْ

wa tumiytahum bi ghayẓihim

and kill them with their wrath

 

[64:43.00]

وَتَشْغَلَهُمْ بِاَسْمَاعِهِمْ وَاَبْصَارِهِمْ وَاَفْئِدَتِهِمْ

wa tashghalahum bi asmāʿihim wābṣārihim wāf'idatihim

occupy their hearing, sight and mind

 

[64:51.00]

وَتَجْعَلَنِيْ مِنْ ذٰلِكَ كُلِّهِ فِيْ اَمْنِكَ وَاَمَانِكَ وَعِيَاذِكَ وَجَارِكَ وَحِجَابِكَ وَكَنَفِكَ وَحِرْزِكَ وَسُلْطَانِكَ

wa tajʿalaniy min dhālika kullihi fiy amnika wāmānika, wa ʿiyādhika wa jārika wa ḥijābikā wa kanafika wa ḥirzika wa sulṭānika

in all that You let me be in Your sincerity, protection, sanctuary, sovereignty cover, guard, refuge and Your nearby

 

[65:00.00]

وَمِنْ جَارِ السُّوْءِ وَجَلِيْسِ السُّوْءِ

wa min jāri s-suw'i wa jaliysi s-suw'i

protect me from my evil neighbours and associates

 

[65:17.00]

اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ

innaka ʿalā kulli shy'in qadiyrun

indeed You possess power over all things

 

[65:22.00]

اِنَّ وَلِيِّيَ اللهُ الَّذِيْ نَزَّلَ الْكِتَابَ

inna wa lyyiya Llāhu l-ladhiy nazzala l-kitāba

My protector is God who sent the Book

 

[65:28.00]

وَهُوَ يَتَوَلَّى الصَّالِحِيْنَ

wa huwa yatawa lla ṣ-ṣāliḥiyna

and He takes into His protection the righteous

 

[65:32.00]

اَللّٰهُمَّ بِكَ اَعُوْذُ

al-lāhumma bikā aʿuwdhu

O' Allah, with You I seek refuge

43

[65:34.00]

وَبِكَ اَلُوْذُ

wa bika l-uwdhu

with You I delighted

 

[65:37.00]

وَلَكَ اَعْبُدُ

wa laka aʿbudu

it is You I worship

 

[65:38.00]

وَاِيَّاكَ اَرْجُوْ

wa iyyāka arjuw

unto You I put my hope

 

[65:41.00]

وَبِكَ اَسْتَعِيْنُ

wa bikā astaʿiynu

and from You I seek for help

 

[65:44.00]

وَبِكَ اَسْتَكْفِيْ

wa bikā astakfiy

with You I suffice

 

[65:47.00]

وَبِكَ اَسْتَغِيْثُ

wa bikā astaghiythu

from You I seek for assistance

 

[65:49.00]

وَبِكَ اَسْتَنْقِذُ

wa bikā astanqidhu

with You I seek for rescue

 

[65:51.00]

وَمِنْكَ اَسْئَلُ

wa minka as'ialu

and from You I requested for every thing

 

[65:54.00]

اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

so send Your blessing on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad

 

[65:59.00]

وَلَاتَرُدَّنِيْ اِلَّا بِذَنْبٍ مَغْفُوْرٍ

wa lātaruddaniy illā bi dhanbin maghfuwrin

and don't reject me except all my sins are forgiving

 

[66:04.00]

وَسَعْيٍ مَشْكُوْرٍ

wa saʿyin mashkuwrin

and all my effort being appreciated

 

[66:07.00]

وَتِجَارَةٍ لَنْ تَبُوْرَ

wa tijāratin lan tabuwra

and un wasted transaction

 

[66:10.00]

وَاَنْ تَفْعَلَ بِيْ مَا اَنْتَ اَهْلُهُ

wān tafʿala bi y ma anta ahluhu

bestowed on me what is worthy of You

 

[66:14.00]

وَلَاتَفْعَلَ بِي مَا اَنَا اَهْلُهُ

wa lātafʿala bī ma anā ahluhu

and don't bestowed on me what is worthy of me

 

[66:19.00]

فَاِنَّكَ اَهْلُ التَّقْوٰى وَاَهْلُ الْمَغْفِرَةِ وَاَهْلُ الْفَضْلِ وَالرَّحْمَةِ

fa innaka ahlu t-taqwā wāhlu l-maghfirati, wāhlu l-faḍli wa r-raḥmati

indeed You possess piety, forgiveness and You are the possessor of favour and mercy

 

[66:29.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَقَدْ اَطَلْتُ دُعَائِیْ

ilāhiy wa qad aṭaltu duʿā'iy

O' my God! I have prolong my supplications

44

[66:34.00]

وَاَكْثَرْتُ خِطَابِيْ

wākthartu khiṭābiy

and my speech are in abundant

 

[66:36.00]

وَضِيْقُ صَدْرِيْ حَدَانِيْ عَلٰى ذٰلِكَ كُلِّهِ

wa ḍiyqu ṣadriy ḥadāniy ʿalā dhālika kullihi

my mind is tightened, induce all that in me

 

[66:42.00]

وَحَمَلَنِيْ عَلَيْهِ

wa ḥamalaniy ʿalayhi

and constrain me on it

 

[66:44.00]

عِلْمًا مِنِّيْ بِاَنَّهٗ يُجْزِيْكَ مِنْهُ قَدْرُ الْمِلْحِ فِي الْعَجِيْنِ

ʿilman minniy bi annahu yujziyka minhu qadru l-milḥi fi l-ʿajīni

knowing from me that it suffice You my little call to grant all my need, just as little salt suffice the flour when making pasta or dough

 

[66:52.00]

بَلْ يَكْفِيْكَ عَزْمُ اِرَادَةٍ

bal yakfiyka ʿazmu irādatin

rather Your servant's strong determination is enough

 

[66:57.00]

وَاَنْ يَقُوْلَ الْعَبْدُ بِنِيَّةٍ صَادِقَةٍ وَلِسَانٍ صَادِقٍ يَا رَبِّ

wān yaquwla l-ʿabdu bi niyyatin ṣādiqatin wa lisānin ṣādiqin yā rabbi

just for Your servant to say O' my Lord! In order to grant his requests, and with sincere intention and good speech

 

[67:07.00]

فَتَكُوْنَ عِنْدَ ظَنَّ عَبْدِكَ بِكَ

fatakuwna ʿinda ẓanna ʿabdika bikā

even in Your servant's assumption on You as his Lord is enough to grant his supplications

 

[67:11.00]

وَقَدْ نَاجَاكَ بِعَزْمِ الْاِرَادَةِ قَلْبِيْ

wa qad nājāka bi ʿazmi l-irādati qalbiy

so I have right from my deep heart with strong determination invoke upon You

 

[67:15.00]

فَاَسْاَلُكَ اَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

fāasaluka an tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

and I requested from You to send Your blessing upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad

 

[67:23.00]

وَاَنْ تُقْرِنَ دُعَاۤئِيْ بِالْاِجَابَةِ مِنْكَ

wān tuqrina duʿāۤ'iy bi l-ijābati minka

and coupling my supplication with Your acceptance

 

[67:29.00]

وَتُبَلِّغَنِيْ مَا اَمَّلْتُهٗ فِيْكَ مِنَّةً مِنْكَ وَطَوْلًا وَقُوَّةً وَحَوْلًا

wa tuballighaniy ma ammaltuhu fiyka, minnatan minka wa ṭawlan, wa quwwatan wa ḥawlan

and let me attain my hope in You, because favour, might, strength and ability are from You

 

[67:40.00]

لَاتُقِيْمُنِيْ مِنْ مَقَامِيْ هٰذَا اِلَّا بِقَضَاۤءِ جَمِيْعِ مَا سَاَلْتُكَ

lātuqiymuniy min maqāmiy hādhā illā bi qaḍāۤ'i jamiyʿi mā sāltuka

O' Allah don't erect me from this my position except You grant all my request

 

[67:50.00]

فَاِنَّهُ عَلَيْكَ يَسِيْرٌ

fa innahu ʿalayka yasiyrun

because it is very easy for You

 

[67:53.00]

وَخَطَرَهُ عِنْدِيْ جَلِيْلٌ كَثِيْرٌ

wa khaṭarahu ʿindiy jaliylun kathiyrun

and recalling it is might and much before me

 

[67:58.00]

وَاَنْتَ عَلَيْهِ قَدِيْرٌ

wānta ʿalayhi qadiyrun

and You possess the power over it

 

[68:01.00]

يَا سَمِيْعُ يَابَصِيْرُ

yā samiyʿu yābaṣiyru

O' The All-Hearing, O' The All-Seeing

 

[68:06.00]

اِلٰهِيْ وَهٰذَا مَقَامُ الْعَاۤئِذِ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ

ilāhiy wa hādhā maqāmu l-ʿāۤ'idhi bikā mina n-nāri

O' my God! From this my position, I seek Your refuge from Hell fire

 

[68:12.00]

وَالْهَارِبِ مِنْكَ اِلَيْكَ

wa l-hāribi minka ilayka

who ran away from You and come back to You

 

[68:16.00]

مِنْ ذُنُوْبٍ تَهَجَّمَتْهُ

min dhunuwbin tahajjamathu

from the sins You attacked

 

[68:20.00]

وَعُيُوْبٍ فَضَحَتْهُ

wa ʿuyuwbin faḍaḥathu

and deficiency You exposed

 

[68:24.00]

فَصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

faṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wāli Muḥammadin

then bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

 

[67:29.00]

وَانْظُرْ اِلَيَّ نَظْرَةً رَحِيْمَةً اَفُوْزُ بِهَا اِلٰى جَنَّتِكَ

wa n-ẓur ilayya naẓratan raḥiymatan afuwzu biha ilā jannatika

and glance at me with blessing sight that will make me succeed by entering into Your Paradise

 

[67:37.00]

وَاعْطِفْ عَلَيَّ عَطْفَةً اَنْجُوْ بِهَا مِنْ عِقَابِكَ

waʿṭif ʿalayya ʿaṭfatan anjuw biha min ʿiqābikā

sympathize with me such sympathy that will rescued me from Your punishment

 

[68:43.00]

فَاِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ وَالنَّارَ لَكَ وَبِيَدِكَ

fa inna l-jannata wa n-nāra laka wa bi yadika

indeed the Paradise and Hell fire are Your own and they are at Your possession

 

[68:49.00]

وَمَفَاتِيْحَهُمَا وَمَغَالِيْقَهُمَا اِلَيْكَ

wa mafātiyḥahumā wa maghāliyqahumā ilayka

the keys and the padlocks are Yours

 

[68:55.00]

وَاَنْتَ عَلٰى ذٰلِكَ قَادِرٌ

wānta ʿalā dhālika qādirun

and You possess that strength

 

[68:59.00]

وَهُوَ عَلَيْكَ هَيِّنٌ يَسِيْرٌ

wa huwa ʿalayka hayyinun yasiyrun

and unto You every thing is easy and simple

 

[69:04.00]

فَافْعَلْ بِيْ مَا سَاَلْتُكَ يَا قَدِيْرُ

fāfʿal bi y mā sāltuka yā qadiyru

So do for me what I have requested from You, O' The Mighty

 

[69:09.00]

وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيْمِ

wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā bi Llāhi l-ʿalyyi l-ʿaẓiymi

and there is no strength nor power except with Allah, the Exalted, The Greatest

 

[69:16.00]

وَحَسْبُنَا اللهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيْلُ

wa ḥasbunā Llāhu wa niʿma l-wa kiylu

Allah suffice us the excellent trustee

 

[69:21.00]

نِعْمَ الْمَوْلٰى وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيْرُ

niʿma l-mawlā wa niʿma n-naṣiyru

How excellent master You are and how excellent Helper you are

 

[69:27.00]

وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ

wa l-ḥamdu li-Llāhi rabbi l-ʿālamiyna

All praise are being to God, the Lord of the worlds

 

[69:31.00]

وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلٰى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَاٰلِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ

wa ṣalla Llāhu ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wālihi ṭ-ṭāhirīna

and may Your Blessing be upon our master, Muhammad and his purified family
