Then put your right cheek on the earth and say:

يَا مُذِلَّ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ وَمُعِزَّ كُلِّ ذَليلٍ قَدْ وَحَقِّكَ بَلِّغْ مَجْهُودِي

 

 

 

 

Recite this for 3 nights for relief

 

 

Then put your right cheek on the earth and say:
