Prophet Ibrahim (a.s)

[00:01.00]

Prophet Ibrahim’s house, from where he used to ready himself for fighting against the giants. At this place, you may offer a two-unit prayer after which you may say the Tasbih statements followed by this supplicatory prayer:

[00:09.00]

bismillahir rahmanir raheem.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

[00:11.00]

allahumma bihaqqi hadhihi albuq`ati alshsharifati

O Allah, (I beseech You) in the name of this holy area

[00:15.00]

wa bihaqqi man ta`abbada laka fiha

and in the name of him who used to worship You here.

[00:18.00]

qad `alimta hawa'iji

You know my needs

[00:20.00]

fasalli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin waqziha

so, (please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and settle them for me.

[00:25.00]

wa qad ahsayta dhunubi

You have accounted my sins;

[00:28.00]

fasalli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin waghfirha

so, (please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and forgive them for me.

[00:32.00]

allahumma ahyini ma idha kanat alhayatu khayran li

O Allah, (please do) keep me alive as long as life is better for me,

[00:37.00]

wa amitni idha kanat alwafatu khayran li

cause me to die if death is better for me,

[00:41.00]

`ala muwalati awliya'ika wa mu`adati a`da'ika

cause me to die bearing loyalty to Your intimate servants and antagonism against Your enemies,

[00:46.00]

waf`al bi ma anta ahluhu

and do to me that which befits You,

[00:49.00]

ya arhama alrrahimina

O most merciful of all those who show mercy!
