Bismillaahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem
In the name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful.
Allahumma ilayka rufi‘atil aswaatu, (wa du‘iyatid du‘awaatu), walaka ‘anatil wujuhu, walaka khada‘at ar-riqaabu, wa ilayka at-tahaakumu fil a‘maali, ya khayra mas’oolin wa khayra man a‘taa, ya saadiqu ya baari’u, ya man la yukhliful mee‘aad, ya man amara bid-du‘aa’i wa takaffala bil-ijabah. O Allah, to You are raised the voices, (and the supplications are called). To You have bowed faces, and to You have humbled necks. All judgments are unto You in deeds. O Best One Answered and Best One Who Gives, O Truthful, O Creator, O One who does not break promises. O One who commands supplication and guarantees response. O One who said, “Call upon Me; I will respond to you.” And, “When My servants ask you concerning Me, indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me and believe in Me that they may be rightly guided.” O One who said, “O My servants who have transgressed against themselves, do not despair of Allah’s mercy. Indeed Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.” Here I am at Your service, the excessive one against myself, and You are the One Who Says, “Do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins.”
