سْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ.

Bismil Laahir Rahmaanir Raheem.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

وَ کَمْ لِلهِ مِنْ لُطْفٍ خَفِیٍّ

wa kam lillaahe min lutfin khafiyyin

Whose understanding is above the Heavens and the earth.

یَدِقُّ خِفَاہُ عَنْ فَہْمِ الزَّکِیِّ

yadiqqo khefaa-o a’n fahmiz zakiyye

And how many bounties of Allah are concealed.

وَ کَمْ یُسْرٍ اَتٰی مِنْ بَعْدِ عُسْرٍ

wa kam yusrin ataa min ba’de u’srin

And so many comforts have come after the troubles.

فَفَرَّجَ کُرْبَۃَ الْقَلْبِ الشَّجِیِّ

fa-farrij kurbatal qalbish shajiyye

By which the sorrow from the sorrowful hearts’ problems.

وَ کَمْ اَمْرٍ تُسَآءُ بِہٖ صَبَاحًا

wa kam amrin tosaa-o behi sabaahan

So many things, which brings grief in the morning

وَ تَاْتِیْکَ الْمَسَرَّۃُ بِالْعَشِیِّ

wa taateekal masarrato bil-a’shiyye

but by evening it turns into joy.

اِذَا ضَاقَتْ بِکَ الْاَحْوَالُ یَوْمًا

ezaa zaaqat bekal ahwaalo yawman

If any time the situation troubles you,

فَثِقْ بِالْوَاحِدِ الْفَرْدِ الْعَلِیِّ

fasiq bil-waahedil fardil a’liyye

then put your trust on the Lord, the One, the Unique.

تَوَسَّلْ بِالنَّبِیِّ فَکُلُّ خَطْبٍ

tawassal bin-nabiyye fa-kullo khatbin

Take the help of the Prophet because all the problems

یَہُوْنُ اِذَا تُوُسِّلَ بِالنَّبِیِّ

yahoono ezaa towussela bin-nabiyye

by his intercession become easy.

وَلَا تَجْزَعْ اِذَا مَا نَابَ خَطْبٌ

wa laa taj-za’ ezaa maa naaba khatbun

Whenever big calamities befall you do not become restless,

فَکَمْ لِلهِ مِنْ لُطْفٍ خَفِیِّ

fakam lillaahe min lutfin khafiyyin

as many of Allah’s action are concealed.

وَ صَلَّی اللهُ رَبِّیْ کُلَّ حِیْنٍ

wa sallal laaho rabbee kulla heenin

O Allah! My Lord always send blessings

عَلَی الْہَادِی النَّبِیِّ الْاَبْطَحِیِّ

a’lal haadin nabiyyil abtahiyye

on the Prophet of Mecca and the guide.

یَا عَلِیُّ الْمُرْتَضٰی اُنْظُرْ اِلَیَّ

yaa a’liyyul murtazaa unzur elayya

O Ali Murtaza one glance of mercy.

قَدْ اٰتَیْتُ خَآئِفًا مِمَّا لَدَیَّ

qad aatayto khaa-efan mimmaa ladayya

I have come to You afraid of my position.

یَا وَلِیُّ نَجِّنِیْ مِمَّا اَخَافُ

yaa waliyyo najjenee mimmaa akhaafo

O my master! Save me from that which I am scared of.

یَا عَلِیُّ یَا عَلِیُّ یَا عَلِیُّ

yaa a’liyyo yaa a’liyyo yaa a’liyyo

O Ali! O Ali! O Ali.
