بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ.
Bismil Laahir Rahmaanir Raheem.
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
اَللّٰہُمَ اِنَّکَ اٰنَسُ الْآنِسِیْنَ لِاَوْلِیَائِکَ وَ اَحَضَرُہُمْ بِالْکِفَایَۃِ لِلْمُتَوَکِّلِیْنَ عَلَیْکَ تُشَاہِدُہُمْ فِیْ سَرَائِرِہِمْ وَ تَطَّلِعُ عَلَیْہِمْ فِیْ ضَمَائِرِہِمْ
Allaahumma Innaka Aanasul Aaneseena Le-Awleyaa-Eka Wa Ahazarohum Bil-Kefaayate Lil-Motawakkeleena A’layka Toshaahedohum Fee Saraa-Erehim Wa Tattale-O’ A’layhim Fee Zamaa-Erehim
O Allah! You are the most attached to Your lovers and the most ready to assist those who trust in You. You see them in their concealments, knowest whatever is in their consciences
وَ تَعْلَمُ مَبْلَغَ بَصَائِرِہِمْ فَاَسْرَارُہُمْ لَکَ مَکْشُوْفَۃٌ وَ قُلُوْبُہُمْ اِلَیْکَ مَلْہُوْفَۃٌ اِنْ اَوْحَشَتْہُمُ الْغُرْبَۃُ اٰنَسَہُمْ ذِکْرُکَ
Wa Ta’lamo Mablagha Basaa-Erehim Fa-Asraarohum Laka Makshoofatun Wa Qoloobohum Elayka Malhoofatun In Aw-Hashathomul Ghurbato Aanasahum Zikroka
and are aware of the extent of their intelligence. Consequently, their secrets are open to You and their hearts are eager from You. If loneliness bores them, Your remembrance gives them solace.
وَ اِنْ صُبَّتْ عَلَیْہِمُ الْمَصَائِبُ لَجَؤُا اِلَی الْاِسْتِجَارَۃِ بِکَ عِلْمًا بِاَنَّ اَزِمَّۃَ الْاُمُوْرِ بِیَدِکَ وَ مَصَادِرَہَا عَنْ فَضَائِکَ
Wa In Subbat A’layhemul Masaa-Ebo La-Ja-Oo Elal Istejaarate Beka I’lman Be-Anna Azimmatal Omoore Beyadeka Wa Masaa-Derahaa A’n Fazaa-Eka.
If distresses befall them, they beseech Your protection, because they know that the reins of affairs are in Your hands and that their movements depend upon Your commands.
اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنْ فَہِہْتُ عَنْ مَسْئَلَتِیْ اَوْ عَمِيْتُ عَنْ طِلْبَتِیْ فَدُلَّنِیْ عَلٰی مَصَالِحِیْ وَ خُذْ بِقَلْبِیْ
Allaahumma In Fa-Hehto A’n Mas-Alatee Aw A’meeto A’n Tilbatee Fa-Dullanee A’laa Masaalehee Wa Khuz Be-Qalbee
O Allah! If I am unable to express my request or cannot see my needs, then guide me towards my betterment and take my betterment and take my heart
اِلٰی مَرَاشِدِیْ فَلَیْسَ ذٰلِکَ بِنُکْرٍ مِنْ ہِدَایَتِکَ وَ لَا بِبِدْعٍ مِنْ کِفَایَاتِکَ
Elaa Maraashedee Fa-Laysa Zaaleka Benukrin Min Hedaayateka Wa Laa Be-Bid-I’n Min Kefaayaateka.
towards the correct goal. This is not against (the mode of) Your guidance nor anything new against Your ways of support.
اَللّٰہُمَّ احْمِلْنِیْ عَلٰی عَفْوِکَ وَ لَا تَحْمِلْنِیْ عَلٰی عَدْلِکَ
Allaahummah Milnee A’laa A’fweka Wa Laa Tahmilnee A’laa A’dleka.
O Allah! Deal with me through Your forgiveness and do not deal with me according to Your justice
اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنَّکَ قُلْتَ فِیْ مُحْکَمِ کِتَابِکَ الْمُنْزَلِ عَلٰی نَبِیِّکَ الْمُرْسَلِ صَلَّی اللهُ عَلَیْہِ وَ اٰلِہٖ
Allaahumma Innaka Qulta Fee Mohkame Ketaabekal Munzale A’laa Nabiyyekal Mursale Sallal Laaho A’layhe Wa Aalehi
O Allah! You have said in Your Book that is revealed to Your sent Prophet, peace be upon him and his Household
وَ قَوْلُکَ الْحَقُّ ‘‘کَانُوْا قَلِیْلًا مِّنَ اللَّیْلِ مَا یَہْجَعُوْنَ وَ بِالْاَسْحَارِ ہُمْ یَسْتَغْفِرُوْنَ’’ وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ
Wa Qawlokal Haqqo “Kaanoo Qaleelam Menal Layle Maa Yahja-O’ona Wa Bil-Ashaare Hum Yastaghferoon” Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka.
and Your word is true: “They used to sleep but little in the night. And in the morning they asked forgiveness” and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You.
وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ ‘‘ثُمَّ اَفِیْضُوْا مِنْ حَیْثُ اَفَاضَ النَّاسُ وَ اسْتَغْفِرُوْا اللهَ اِنَّ اللهَ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِیْمٌ’’وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ
Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta “Summa Afeezoo Min Hayso Afaazan Naaso Was Taghferul Laaha Innal Laaha Ghafoorur Raheem” Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka.
And Blessed and Exalted has said: “Then hasten on from the Place from which the people hasten on and ask the forgiveness of Allah; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful” and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You
وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ ‘‘اَلصّٰبِرِيْنَ وَ الصّٰدِقِيْنَ وَ الْقٰنِـتِيْنَ وَ الْمُنْفِقِيْنَ وَ الْمُسْـتَغْفِرِيْنَ بِالْاَسْحَارِ وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ
Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta “As-Saabereena Was Saadeqeena Wal Qaaneteena Wal Munfeqeena Wal Mustaghfereena Bil-Ashaar” Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka
And Blessed and Exalted has said: “The patient, and the truthful, and the obedient, and those who spend (benevolently) and those who ask forgiveness in the morning times” and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You
وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ ‘‘وَ الَّذِيْنَ اِذَا فَعَلُوْا فَاحِشَۃً اَوْ ظَلَمُوْٓا اَنْفُسَھُمْ ذَكَرُوا اللہَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوْا لِذُنُوْبِھِمْ
Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta “Wal Lazeena Ezaa Fa-A’loo Faaheshatan Aw Zalamoo Anfosahum Zakarul Laaha Fas-Taghfaroo Le-Zonoobehim,
And Blessed and Exalted has said: “And those who when they commit an indecency or do injustice to their souls remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their faults,
وَ مَنْ يَّغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ اِلَّا اللہُ وَ لَمْ يُصِرُّوْا عَلٰي مَا فَعَلُوْا وَ ھُمْ يَعْلَمُوْنَ’’ وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ
Wa Many Yagh-Feruz Zonooba Illal Laah, Wa Lam Yosirroo A’laa Maa Fa-A’loo Wa Hum Ya’lamoon” Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka
and who forgives the faults but Allah, and (who) do not knowingly persist in what they have done” and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You.
وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ ‘‘فَاعْفُ عَنْھُمْ وَ اسْتَغْفِرْ لَھُمْ وَ شَاوِرْھُمْ فِي الْاَمْرِ فَاِذَا عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَي اللہِ اِنَّ اللہَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَوَكِّلِيْنَ
Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta “Fa’fo A’nhum Was Taghfir Lahum Wa Shaawirhum Fil Amr, Fa-Ezaa A’zamta Fatawakkal A’lal Laah, Innal Laaha Yohibbul Motawakkeleen”
And Blessed and Exalted has said: “pardon them therefore and ask pardon for them, and take counsel with them in the affair; so when you have decided, then place your trust in Allah; surely Allah loves those who trust”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ لَوْ اَنَّھُمْ اِذْ ظَّلَمُوْٓا اَنْفُسَھُمْ جَاۗءُوْكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوْا اللہَ وَ اسْتَغْفَرَ لَھُمُ الرَّسُوْلُ لَوَجَدُوْا اللہَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِـيْمًا
“Wa Law Annahum Iz Zalamoo Anfosahum Jaaa-Ooka Fas-Taghfarul Laaha Was Taghfara Lahomur Rasoolo La-Wajadul Laaha Tawwaabar Raheemaa”
“when they were unjust to themselves, come to you and asked forgiveness of Allah and the Apostle had (also) asked forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah Oft-returning (to mercy), Merciful”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ مَنْ يَّعْمَلْ سُوْۗءًا اَوْ يَظْلِمْ نَفْسَہٗ ثُمَّ يَسْتَغْفِرِ اللہَ يَجِدِ اللہَ غَفُوْرًا رَّحِيْمًا
“Wa Many Ya’mal Sooo-An Aw Yazlim Nafsahu Summa Yastaghferil Laaha Yajedil Laaha Ghafoorar Raheemaa”
“And whoever does evil or acts unjustly to his soul, then asks forgiveness of Allah, he shall find Allah Forgiving, Merciful”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
اَفَلَا يَتُوْبُوْنَ اِلَى اللہِ وَ يَسْتَغْفِرُوْنَہٗ وَ اللہُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
“Afalaa Yatooboona Elal Laahe Ya Yastaghferoonahu, Wal Laaho Ghafoorur Raheem”
“Will they not then turn to Allah and ask His forgiveness? And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ مَا كَانَ اللہُ لِيُعَذِّبَہُمْ وَ اَنْتَ فِيْہِمْ وَ مَا كَانَ اللہُ مُعَذِّبَہُمْ وَ ہُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُوْنَ
“Wa Maa Kaanal Laaho Le-Yo-A’zzebahum Wa Anta Feehim, Wa Maa Kaanal Laaho Mo-A’zzebahum Wa Hum Yastaghferoon.”
“But Allah was not going to chastise them while you were among them, nor is Allah going to chastise them while yet they ask for forgiveness”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
اِسْتَغْفِرْ لَہُمْ اَوْ لَا تَسْتَغْفِرْلَہُمْ۰ۭ اِنْ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَہُمْ سَبْعِيْنَ مَرَّۃً فَلَنْ يَّغْفِرَ اللہُ لَہُمْ
“Istaghfir Lahum Aw Laa Tastaghfir Lahum, In Tastaghfir Lahum Sab-E’ena Marratan Falany Yaghferal Laaho Lahum.”
“Ask forgiveness for them or do not ask forgiveness for them; even if you ask forgiveness for them seventy times, Allah will not forgive them”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
مَا كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ وَ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْٓا اَنْ يَّسْتَغْفِرُوْا لِلْمُشْرِكِيْنَ وَ لَوْ كَانُوْٓا اُولِيْ قُرْبٰى مِنْۢ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَھُمْ اَنَّھُمْ اَصْحٰبُ الْجَحِيْمِ
“Maa Kaana Lin-Nabiyye Wal Lazeena Aamanoo Any Yastaghferoo Lil-Mushrekeena Wa Law Kaanoo Oolee Qurbaa Mim Ba’de Maa Tabayyana Lahum Annahum Ashaabul Jaheem.”
“It is not (fit) for the Prophet and those who believe that they should ask forgiveness for the polytheists, even though they should be near relatives, after it has become clear to them that they are inmates of the flaming fire”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ مَا كَانَ اسْتِغْفَارُ اِبْرٰہِيْمَ لِاَبِيْہِ اِلَّا عَنْ مَّوْعِدَۃٍ وَّعَدَھَآ اِيَّاہُ
“Wa Maa Kaanas Tighfaaro Ibraaheema Le-Abeehe Illaa Am Maw-E’datinw Wa-A’dahaa Iyyaaho”
“And Ibrahim asking forgiveness for his sire was only owing to a promise which he had made to him”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ اَنِ اسْتَغْفِرُوْا رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوْبُوْٓا اِلَيْہِ يُمَتِّعْكُمْ مَّتَاعًا حَسَـنًا اِلٰٓى اَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى وَّ يُؤْتِ كُلَّ ذِيْ فَضْلٍ فَضْلَہٗ
“Wa Anis Taghferoo Rabbakum Summa Tooboo Elayhe Yomat-Te’kum Mataa-A’n Hasanan Elaa Ajalim Mosammaanw Wa Yoate Kulla Zee Fazlin Fazlah”
“And you that ask forgiveness of your Lord, then turn to Him; He will provide you with a goodly provision to an appointed term and bestow His grace on every one endowed with grace”
وَ اَنا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ يٰقَوْمِ اسْتَغْفِرُوْا رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوْبُوْٓا اِلَيْہِ يُرْسِلِ السَّمَاۗءَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِّدْرَارًا وَّ يَزِدْكُمْ قُوَّۃً اِلٰي قُوَّتِكُمْ وَ لَا تَتَوَلَّوْا مُجْرِمِيْنَ
“Wa Yaa Qawmis Taghferoo Rabbakum Summa Tooboo Elayhe Yurselis Samaaa-A A’laykum Midraaranw Wa Yazidkum Quwwatan Elaa Quwwatekum Wa Laa Tatawallaw Mujremeen”
“And, O my people! ask forgiveness of your Lord, then turn to Him; He will send on you clouds pouring down abundance of rain and add strength to your strength, and do not turn back guilty”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
ہُوَ اَنْشَاَكُمْ مِّنَ الْاَرْضِ وَ اسْتَعْمَرَكُمْ فِيْہَا فَاسْتَغْفِرُوْہُ ثُمَّ تُوْبُوْٓا اِلَيْہِ اِنَّ رَبِّيْ قَرِيْبٌ مُّجِيْبٌ
“Howa Ansha-Akum Menal Arze Was Ta’marakum Feehaa Fas-Taghferooho Summa Tooboo Elayh, Inna Rabbee Qareebum Mojeeb”
“He brought you into being from the earth, and made you dwell in it, therefore ask forgiveness of Him, then turn to Him; surely my Lord is Nigh, Answering”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ اسْتَغْفِرُوْا رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوْبُوْٓا اِلَيْہِ اِنَّ رَبِّيْ رَحِيْمٌ وَّدُوْدٌ
“Was Taghferoo Rabbakum Summa Tooboo Elayh, Inna Rabbee Raheemunw Wadood”
“And ask forgiveness of your Lord, then turn to Him; surely my Lord is Merciful, Loving-kind”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ اسْتَغْفِرِيْ لِذَنْۢبِكِ اِنَّكِ كُنْتِ مِنَ الْخٰطِــِٕيْنَ
“Was Aghferee Lezanbeke, Innake Kunte Menal Khaa-Te-Een”
Ask forgiveness for your fault, surely you are one of the wrong-doers”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
قَالُوْا يٰٓاَبَانَا اسْـتَغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوْبَنَآ اِنَّا كُنَّا خٰطِـــِٕـيْنَ
“Qaaloo Yaa Abaanas Taghfir Lanaa Zonoobanaa Innaa Kunnaa Khaate-Een”
“They said: O our father! ask forgiveness of our faults for us, surely we were sinners”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
سَوْفَ اَسْتَغْفِرُ لَكُمْ رَبِّيْ اِنَّہٗ ہُوَ الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِيْمُ
“Sawfa Astaghfero Lakum Rabbee, Innahu Howal Ghafoorur Raheem”
“I will ask for you forgiveness from my Lord; surely He is the Forgiving, the Merciful”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ مَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ اَنْ يُّؤْمِنُوْٓا اِذْ جَاۗءَہُمُ الْہُدٰى وَ يَسْتَغْفِرُوْا رَبَّہُمْ
“Wa Maa Mana-A’n Naasa Any Yoamenoo Iz Jaaa-Ahomul Hodaa Wa Yastaghferoo Rabbahum”
“And nothing prevents men from believing when the guidance comes to them, and from asking forgiveness of their Lord”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
سَلٰمٌ عَلَيْكَ۰ۚ سَاَسْتَغْفِرُ لَكَ رَبِّيْ اِنَّہٗ كَانَ بِيْ حَفِيًّا
“Salaamun A’layk, Sa-Astaghfero Laka Rabbee, Innahu Kaana Bee Hafiyyaa”
“Peace be on you, I will pray to my Lord to forgive you; surely He is ever Affectionate to me”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
فَاْذَنْ لِّمَنْ شِئْتَ مِنْہُمْ وَ اسْتَغْفِرْ لَہُمُ اللہَ اِنَّ اللہَ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
“Faa-Zal Leman Shea-Ta Minhum Was Taghfir Lahomul Laah, Innal Laaha Ghafoorur Raheem”
“Give permission to whom you please of them and ask forgiveness for them from Allah; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْت
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
قَالَ يٰقَوْمِ لِمَ تَسْتَعْجِلُوْنَ بِالسَّيِّئَۃِ قَبْلَ الْحَسَنَۃِ لَوْ لَا تَسْتَغْفِرُوْنَ اللہَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُوْنَ
“Qaala Yaa Qawme Lema Tasta’jeloona Bis-Sayye-Aate Qablal Hasanah, Law Laa Tastaghferoonal Laaha La-A’llakum Turhamoon”
“He said: O my people! why do you seek to hasten on the evil before the good? Why do you not ask forgiveness of Allah so that you may be dealt with mercifully?”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ ظَنَّ دَاوٗدُ اَنَّمَا فَتَنّٰہُ فَاسْتَغْفَرَ رَبَّہٗ وَ خَرَّ رَاكِعًا وَّ اَنَابَ
“Wa Zanna Da-Oodo Annamaa Fatannaaho Fas-Taghfara Rabbahu Wa Kharra Raa-Ke-A’nw Wa Anaab”
“so he sought the protection of his Lord and he fell down bowing and turned time after time (to Him)”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
اَلَّذِيْنَ يَحْمِلُوْنَ الْعَرْشَ وَ مَنْ حَوْلَہٗ يُسَبِّحُوْنَ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّہِمْ وَ يُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِہٖ وَ يَسْتَغْفِرُوْنَ لِلَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا
“Al-Lazeena Yahmeloonal A’rsha Wa Man Hawlahu Yosabbehoona Be-Hamde Rabbehim Wa Yoamenoona Behi Wa Yastaghferoona Lil-Lazeena Aamanoo”
“Those who bear the power and those around Him celebrate the praise of their Lord and believe in Him and ask protection for those who believe”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
فَاصْبِرْ اِنَّ وَعْدَ اللہِ حَقٌّ وَّ اسْتَـغْفِرْ لِذَنْۢبِكَ وَ سَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ بِالْعَشِيِّ وَ الْاِبْكَارِ
“Fas-Bir Inna Wa’dal Laahe Haqqunw Was Taghfir Le-Zambeka Wa Sabbeh Be-Hamde Rabbeka Bil-A’shiyye Wal Ibkaar”
“Therefore be patient; surely the promise of Allah is true; and ask protection for your fault and sing the praise of your Lord in the evening and the morning”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
فَاسْتَقِيْمُوْٓا اِلَيْہِ وَ اسْتَغْفِرُوْہُ
“Fas-Taqeemoo Elayhe Was Taghferooh”
“therefore follow the right way to Him and ask His forgiveness”
وَ اَنَا اسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ الْمَلٰۗىِٕكَۃُ يُسَبِّحُوْنَ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّہِمْ وَ يَسْتَغْفِرُوْنَ لِمَنْ فِي الْاَرْضِ اَلَآ اِنَّ اللہَ ہُوَ الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِيْمُ
“Wal Malaa-Ekato Yosabbehoona Be-Hamde Rabbehim Wa Yastaghferoona Leman Fil Arz, Alaa Innal Laaha Howal Ghafoorur Raheem”
“the angels sing the praise of their Lord and ask forgiveness for those on earth; now surely Allah is the Forgiving, the Merciful”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
فَاعْلَمْ اَنَّہٗ لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ وَ اسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنْۢبِكَ وَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَ الْمُؤْمِنٰتِ وَ اللہُ يَعْلَمُ مُتَقَلَّبَكُمْ وَ مَثْوٰىكُمْ
“Fa’lam Annahu Laa Elaaha Illal Laaho Was Taghfir Le-Zambeka Wa Lil-Moameneena Wal Moamenaat, Wal Laaho Ya’lamo Motaqallabakum Wa Maswaakum”
“So know that there is no god but Allah, and, ask protection for your fault and for the believing men and the believing women; and Allah knows the place of your returning and the place of your abiding”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
سَيَقُوْلُ لَكَ الْمُخَلَّفُوْنَ مِنَ الْاَعْرَابِ شَغَلَتْنَآ اَمْوَالُنَا وَ اَہْلُوْنَا فَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَنَا
“Sayaqoolo Lakal Mokhallafoona Menal A-A’raabe Sha-Ghalatnaa Amwaalonaa Wa Ahloonaa Fas-Taghfir Lanaa”
“Those of the dwellers of the desert who were left behind will say to you: Our property and our families kept us busy, so ask forgiveness for us”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
حَتّٰى تُؤْمِنُوْا بِاللہِ وَحْدَہٗٓ اِلَّا قَوْلَ اِبْرٰہِيْمَ لِاَبِيْہِ لَاَسْتَغْفِرَنَّ لَكَ وَ مَآ اَمْلِكُ لَكَ مِنَ اللہِ مِنْ شَيْءٍرَبَّنَا عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْنَا وَ اِلَيْكَ اَنَبْنَا وَ اِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيْرُ
“Hattaa Toamenoo Bil Laahe Wahdahu Illaa Qawla Ibraaheema Le-Abeehe La-Astaghferanna Laka Wa Maa Amleko Laka Menal Laahe Min Shay, Rabbanaa A’layka Tawakkalnaa Wa Elayka Anabnaa Wa Elaykal Maseer”
“Until you believe in Allah alone but not in what Ibrahim said to his father I would certainly ask forgiveness for you, and I do not control for you aught from Allah, Our Lord! on You do we rely, and to You do we turn, and to You is the eventual coming”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَتَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ لَا يَعْصِيْنَكَ فِيْ مَعْرُوْفٍ فَبَايِعْہُنَّ وَ اسْتَغْفِرْ لَہُنَّ اللہَ اِنَّ اللہَ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
“Wa Laa Ya’seenaka Fee Ma’roofin Fa-Baaye’hunna Was Taghfir Lahunnal Laah, Innal Laaha Ghafoorur Raheem”
“and will not disobey you in what is good, accept their pledge, and ask forgiveness for them from Allah; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
وَ اِذَا قِيْلَ لَہُمْ تَعَالَوْا يَسْتَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ رَسُوْلُ اللہِ لَوَّوْا رُءُوْسَہُمْ وَ رَاَيْتَہُمْ يَصُدُّوْنَ وَ ہُمْ مُّسْـتَكْبِرُوْنَ
“Wa Ezaa Qeela Lahum Ta-A’alaw Yastaghfir Lakum Rasoolul Laahe Lawwaw Ro-Oosahum Wa Ra-Aytahum Yasuddoona Wa Hum Mustakberoon”
“And when it is said to them: Come, the Apostle of Allah will ask forgiveness for you, they turn back their heads and you may see them turning away while they are big with pride”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغفْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
سَوَاۗءٌ عَلَيْہِمْ اَسْتَغْفَرْتَ لَہُمْ اَمْ لَمْ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَہُمْ لَنْ يَّغْفِرَ اللہُ لَہُمْ
“Sawaa-Un A’layhim Astaghfarta Lahum Am Lam Tastaghfir Lahum, Lany Yaghferal Laaho Lahum”
“It is alike to them whether you beg forgiveness for them or do not beg forgiveness for them; Allah will never forgive them”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَتَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
اِسْتَغْفِرُوْا رَبَّكُمْ اِنَّہٗ كَانَ غَفَّارًا
“Istaghferoo Rabbakum, Innahu Kaanaa Ghaffaaraa”
“Ask forgiveness of your Lord, surely He is the most Forgiving”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
ہُوَ خَيْرًا وَّ اَعْظَمَ اَجْرًا وَ اسْتَغْفِرُوا اللہَ اِنَّ اللہَ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
“Howa Khayranw Wa A-A’zama Ajraa, Was Taghferul Laah, Innal Laaha Ghafoorur Raheem”
“that is best and greatest in reward; and ask forgiveness of Allah; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ. وَ قُلْتَ تَبَارَکْتَ وَ تَعَالَیْتَ
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka. Wa Qulta Tabaarakta Wa Ta-A’alayta
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَ اسْتَغْفِرْہُ اِنَّہٗ كَانَ تَوَّابًا’’
“Fa-Sabbeh Behamde Rabbeka Was Taghfirho, Innahu Kaana Tawwaabaa”
“Then celebrate the praise of your Lord, and ask His forgiveness; surely He is oft-returning (to mercy)”
وَ اَنَا اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْکَ.
Wa Anaa Astaghferoka Wa Atoobo Elayka.
and I pray Your forgiveness and I repent before You. And Blessed and Exalted has said:
