It is narrated from Imam (a.s.): "No servant has ever sought istikhara from Allah 100 times, but he was granted the better of the two matters (divine enablement), (when) he says:"
Bismillaahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem
In the name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful.
Allahumma ‘alimal-ghaybi wash-shahadati in kana amru (kadhā wa kadhā) khayran li-amri dunyāya wa ākhirati, wa ‘ājili amrī wa ājilihi, fa yassirhu lī, waftah lī bābahu, wa raddini fīhi bi-qadā’ika.
O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the seen, if this matter ((such and such)) is good for my worldly affairs and my hereafter, and its immediate and deferred aspects, then make it easy for me, open its door for me, and make me pleased with it by Your decree.
