Whoever recites this supplication shall be under the banner of Imam Mahdi (peace be on him) and his tent among the generous and associates.
Allamah Majlisi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: we have narrated with connected chain of collectors what Mohammad bn Ali Al-Tarazi has narrated in his book while reporting from Muhammad bn Sanan , from Daud bn Katheer Al-Raqi, from Amarah bn Jaween Abi Harun Al-Abdi; we have also narrated from Sheikh Mufid, Muhammad bn Muhammad bn Al-Nu'man of what he has narrated from Amarah bn Jaween Abi Harun Al- Abdi, he said: I entered to Abi Abdullah (peace be on him) on the eighteenth day of Zil Hijjah and I met him fasting, he said: "This day, God has made it a sanctuary for the believers when He perfected His Religion and completed His favour on them and renew His covenant of the early creation with them, when Allah made them to remember and they accepted it from Him and He did not make them people of denial and those that disavowed"
I said to him: may my soul be sacrifice for you: what shall be the reward for those that fast this day? He said: "this day is a day of joy and happiness and the fasting is a thanks giving to Almighty Allah, verily fasting this day is equivalent to (60) sixty months fasting of the sacred month, and whoever offer (2) two units (Raka'at) of prayer at any time of this day (but the better before Zuhr prayer because that was the time the commander of the faithful (peace be on him) was conferred with the successorship in Ghadeer Khum before the general public) and after that he go on prostration position and give thanks to Almighty Allah (100) one hundred times after that, he rise from the prostration and recite the following supplication:

بِسْمِ اﷲِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

Bismillaahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem

In the name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنّي اَسْئَلُكَ بِاَنَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدَ، وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَكَ، وَاَنَّكَ وَاحِدٌ اَحَدٌ صَمَدٌ، لَمْ تَلِدْ وَلَمْ تُوْلَدْ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَكَ كُفُوًا اَحَدٌ، وَاَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُوْلُكَ صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهِ، يَا مَنْ هُوَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ فِيْ شَاْنٍ، كَمَا كَانَ مِنْ شَاْنِكَ اَنْ تَفَضَّلْتَ عَلَيَّ، بِاَنْ جَعَلْتَنِيْ مِنْ اَهْلِ اِجَابَتِكَ، وَاَهْلِ دِيْنِكَ وَاَهْلِ دَعْوَتِكَ، وَوَفَّقْتَنِيْ لِذٰلِكَ فِيْ مُبْتَدَءِ خَلْقِيْ، تَفَضُّلًا مِنْكَ وَكَرَمًا وَجُوْدًا۔

Allahumma inni as’aluka bi anna laka al-hamda, wahdaka la sharika lak, wa annaka wahidun ahadun samad, lam talid wa lam toulad, wa lam yakun laka kufuwan ahad, wa anna Muhammadan ‘abduka wa rasuluka, salawatuka ‘alayhi wa alihi, ya man huwa kulla yawmin fi shanin, kama kana min shanika an tafaddalta ‘alayya, bi anni ja’altani min ahl ijabatika wa ahl dinika wa ahl da’watika, wa waffaqtani lidhālika fi mubtadi khalqi, tafaddulan minka wa karaman wa joodan.

O' Allah I am asking You, verily You worth praising, You are alone without any associates, verily You are one, alone and everlasting, You did not begotten nor were You begotten, and there is no one comparable to You, verily Muhammad is Your servant and Your Messenger, may Your blessing be on him and on his family, O' He who is at duty every time, as it was Your stature to confer favour on me, to make me among those You answer their prayers, and among those that practice Your Religion, let me among those that call upon You, as You have accord me that right from the commencement of my creation just as a favour and generosity from You.

ثُمَّ اَرْدَفْتَ الْفَضْلَ فَضْلًا، وَالْجُوْدَ جُوْدًا، وَالْكَرَمَ كَرَمًا، رَاْفَةً مِنْكَ وَرَحْمَةً اِلٰى اَنْ جَدَّدْتَ ذٰلِكَ الْعَهْدَ لِيْ تَجْدِيْدًا بَعْدَ تَجْدِيْدِكَ خَلْقِيْ، وَكُنْتُ نَسْيًا مَنْسِيًّا نَاسِيًا سَاهِيًا غَافِلًا، فَاَتْمَمْتَ نِعْمَتَكَ بِاَنْ ذَكَّرْتَنِيْ ذٰلِكَ، وَمَنَنْتَ بِهِ عَلَيَّ، وَهَدَيْتَنِيْ لَهُ۔

Thumma ardafal fadla fadlan, wal-jooda joodan, wal-karama karaman, rafatan minka wa rahmatan ila an jaddadta dhalika al-‘ahda li tajdeedan ba‘da tajdeedika khalqi, wa kuntu nasyan mansiyan nasiyaan sahiyan ghafilan, fa atmamta ni‘mataka bi anna dhakkartani dhalika, wa mananta bihi ‘alayya, wa hadaytani lahu.

Then followed by favour, bounty, and Munificence as leniency and mercy from You till You renew my covenant after the renewal of my creation, then I was completely forgotten and negligence, then You complete Your favour on me by reminding me of that, You bestowed and guided me to that.

فَلْيَكُنْ مِنْ شَاْنِكَ يَا اِلٰهِيْ وَسَيِّدِيْ وَمَوْلَايَ، اَنْ تُتِمَّ لِيْ ذٰلِكَ، وَلَاتَسْلُبْنِيْهِ، حَتَّى تَتَوَفَّانِيْ عَلٰى ذٰلِكَ وَاَنْتَ عَنِّيٌ رَاضٍ، فَاِنَّكَ اَحَقُّ الْمُنْعِمِيْنَ اَنْ تُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَكَ عَلَيَّ۔ اَللّٰهُمَّ سَمِعْنَا وَاَطَعْنَا، وَاَجَبْنَا دَاعِيَكَ بِمَنِّكَ، فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَاِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيْرُ، اٰمَنَّا بِاللهِ، وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهُ، وَبِرَسُوْلِهِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهِ، وَصَدَّقْنَا وَاَجَبْنَا دَاعِيَ اللهِ، وَاتَّبَعْنَا الرَّسُوْلَ فِيْ مُوَالَاةِ مَوْلَانَا وَمَوْلَى الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ اَمِيْرِالْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ اَبِيْ طَالِبٍ، عَبْدِ اللهِ وَاَخِيْ رَسُوْلِهِ، وَالصِّدِّيْقِ الْاَكْبَرِ، وَالْحُجَّةِ عَلٰى بَرِيَّتِهِ، اَلْمُؤَيِّدِ بِهِ نَبِيَّهُ وَدِيْنَهُ الْحَقَّ الْمُبِيْنَ، عَلَمًا لِدِيْنِ اللهِ، وَخَازِنًا لِعِلْمِهِ، وَعَيْبَةَ غَيْبِ اللهِ، وَمَوْضِعَ سِرِّ اللهِ، وَاَمِيْنَ اللهِ عَلٰى خَلْقِهِ، وَشَاهِدَهُ فِيْ بَرِيَّتِهِ۔

Fal-yakun min shanika ya ilahi wa sayyidi wa mawlaya, an tutimma li dhalika, wa lataslubnihi, hatta tatawaffani ‘ala dhalika wa anta ‘anni radin, fa innaka ahaqqu al-mun‘imin an tutimma ni‘mataka ‘alayya. Allahumma sami‘na wa ata‘na, wa ajabna da‘yaka bimanika, fala kal hamdu ghufranaka rabbana wa ilayka al-masir, amanna billah wahdahu la sharika lahu, wa bi rasoolihi Muhammad salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa alihi, wa saddaqna wa ajabna da‘i Allah, wa ittaba‘na ar-rasoola fi muwalat mawlana wa mawla al-mu’minin Amir al-Mu’minin Ali ibn Abi Talib, ‘abdillah wa akhi rasoolihi, was-siddiq al-akbar, wal-Hujjah ‘ala bariyatihi, al-mu’ayyid bihi nabiyahu wa dinahu al-haqq al-mubin, ‘alaman lidini Allah, wa khazinan li ‘ilmihi, wa ‘aybata ghaybi Allah, wa mawdi‘a sirri Allah, wa aminan Allah ‘ala khalqihi, wa shahidahu fi bariyatihi.

O' My Lord, my Leader and my master, let among Your duty the perfection of that favour on me and don't deprive me of that, till You take my life while You are pleasing with me, verily You worth granting and perfecting favour on me. O' Allah, we heard and shall obey and answer Your call due to Your favour on us, all praise and forgiveness are due to You, O' our God unto You the whole fate. We believe in God, He is alone without any associate, we also believe in His Messenger Muhammad, may the blessing of Allah be on him and on his holy family, we endorsed and answer the call of God, we followed the Messenger in accepting the guardianship of our master and the believers master, the commander of the faithful, Ali son of Abi Talib, the servant of Allah, the brother of His Messenger, the great righteous one and the proof on His creation, the supporter of His Prophet and His manifested true Religion, the flag bearer of the Religion of God, the treasure of His knowledge, the suitcase of Allah's secrets, the place of Allah's mysteries, the trustee of Allah on His creatures and His witness among His creations.

اَللّٰهُمَّ «رَبَّنَا اِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِيْ لِلْاِيْمَانِ اَنْ اٰمِنُوْا بِرَبِّكُمْ، فَاٰمَنَّا رَبَّنَا، فَاغْفِرْلَنَا ذُنُوْبَنَا، وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا، وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الْاَبْرَارِ، رَبَّنا وَاٰتِنا مَا وَعَدْتَنَا عَلٰى رُسُلِكَ وَلَاتُخْزِنَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ اِنَّكَ لَاتُخْلِفُ الْمِيْعَادَ»۔

Allahumma Rabbana innana sami‘na munadiyan yunadi lil'imani an aminu birabbikum, fa-amanna rabbana, faghfir lana dhunubana, wakaffir ‘anna sayyiatina, watawafana ma‘al abrar, rabbana wa atina ma wa‘adtana ‘ala rusulika walatu khzina yawmal qiyamah innaka latukhliful mi‘ad

O' Allah, (O' Lord, we have heard a caller calling us to believe saying, "believe you in Your Lord!" and we believe our Lord, forgive Thou us our sins and acquit us of our evil deeds, and take us to thee with the pious, Our Lord, give us what Thou hast promise us by Thy Messengers and abase us not on the day of resurrection, Thou wilt not fail the trust!

فَاٰمَنَّا رَبَّنَا بِمَنِّكَ وَلُطْفِكَ، اَجَبْنَا دَاعِيَكَ، وَاتَّبَعْنَا الرَّسُوْلَ وَصَدَّقْنَاهُ وَصَدَّقْنَا مَوْلَى الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ، وَكَفَرْنَا بِالْجِبْتِ وَالطَّاغُوْتِ، فَوَلِّنَا مَا تَوَلَّيْنَا، وَاحْشُرْنَا مَعَ اَئِمَّتِنَا، فَاِنَّا بِهِمْ مُؤْمِنُوْنَ مُوْقِنُوْنَ، وَلَهُمْ مُسْلِمُوْنَ۔

Fa-amanna rabbana biman-nika walutfika, ajabna da‘ika, wattabna ar-rasula wasaddaqnaahu wasaddaqna mawla al-mu'minin, wakafarna biljibti wattaghuti, fawallina ma tawallayna, wahshurna ma‘a a’immatina, fa-inna bihim mu’minuna muqinuna, walahum muslimun.

O' our Lord, we believe on Your favour and kindness and answer the callers on Your path and we followed and believe the Prophet, and we believe on the master of the believers, we disbelieves on tyrants and idols, we obey those whom You had confer on us as leaders and guardian, resurrect us together with our Imams, because we certainly believe in them and to them we surrender.

اٰمَنَّا بِسِرِّهِمْ وَعَلَانِيَتِهِمْ، وَشَاهِدِهِمْ وَغَاۤئِبِهِمْ، وَحَيِّهِمْ وَمَيِّتِهِمْ، وَرَضِيْنَا بِهِمْ اَئِمَّةً، وَقَادَةً وَسَادَةً، وَحَسْبُنَا بِهِمْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ اللهِ دُوْنَ خَلْقِهِ، لَانَبْتَغِيْ بِهِمْ بَدَلًا، وَلَانَتَّخِذُ مِنْ دُوْنِهِمْ وَلِيْجَةً۔

Aamanna bisirrihim wa ‘alaniyatihim, washahidihim wa gha’ibihim, wahayyihim wa mayyitihim, waradheena bihim a’imatan, wa qadatan wasadata, wahasbuna bihim baynana wa bayna Allahi doona khalaqihi, lanabtaghi bihim badalan, walantatakhidh min doona waliyajan.

We believe in their secrets and their overt, the present and the absent among them, we are pleased for their Imamate, leadership and mastership, they are sufficient to us between us and God without any other of His creations, we don't wish for their exchange and we don't take other than them as our confidant.

وَبَرِئْنَا اِلَى اللهِ مِنْ كُلِّ مَنْ نَصَبَ لَهُمْ حَرْبًا، مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْاِنْسِ، مِنَ الْاَوَّلِيْنَ وَالْاٰخِرِيْنَ، وَكَفَرْنَا بِالْجِبْتِ وَالطَّاغُوْتِ، وَالْاَوْثَانِ الْاَرْبَعَةِ، وَاَشْيَاعِهِمْ وَاَتْبَاعِهِمْ، وَكُلِّ مَنْ وَالَاهُمْ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْاِنْسِ، مِنْ اَوَّلِ الدَّهْرِ اِلٰى اٰخِرِهِ۔

Wa bari'na ila Allah min kulli man nasaba lahum harban, minal jinni wal insi, minal awwaleena wal aakhirin, wakafarna biljibti wattaghoot, wal awthanil arba‘ah, wa ashia‘ahum wa atba‘ahum, wa kulli man walahum minal jinni wal insi, min awwalid dahr ila akhirih.

We acquit before Allah with whoever declares war against them, the Jinn and the mankind from the beginning to the end of the time, we disbelieve the tyrants and idols and the major four idols together with their followers and whoever paid them allegiance among the Jinn and mankind, from the beginning to the end of the time.

اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنَّا نُشْهِدُكَ اَنَّا نَدِيْنُ بِمَا دَانَ بِهِ مُحَمَّدٌ وَاٰلُ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَيْهِمْ، وَقَوْلُنَا مَا قَالُوْا، وَدِيْنُنَا مَا دَانُوْا بِهِ، مَا قَالُوْا بِهِ قُلْنَا، وَمَا دَانُوْا بِهِ دِنَّا، وَمَا اَنْكَرُوْا اَنْكَرْنَا، وَمَنْ وَالَوْا وَالَيْنَا، وَمَنْ عَادَوْا عَادَيْنَا، وَمَنْ لَعَنُوْا لَعَنَّا وَمَنْ تَبَرَّءُوْا مِنْهُ تَبَرَّاْنَا مِنْهُ، وَمَنْ تَرَحَّمُوْا عَلَيْهِ تَرَحَّمْنَا عَلَيْهِ، اٰمَنَّا وَسَلَّمْنَا وَرَضِيْنَا، وَاتَّبَعْنَا مَوَالِيْنَا صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِمْ۔

Allahumma inna nushhiduka anna nadinu bima dan bihi Muhammadun wa Aalu Muhammad, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa ‘alayhim, wa qawluna ma qalu, wa dinuna ma danu bihi, ma qalu bihi qulnā, wa ma danu bihi dinna, wa ma ankaru ankarna, wa man walaw walayna, wa man ‘adaw ‘adaina, wa man la‘anū la‘ana wa man tabarra’u minhu tabarrana minhu, wa man tarahhamu ‘alayhi tarahhamna ‘alayhi, amanna wa sallamna wa radina, wattaba‘na mawalina, salawatu Allah ‘alayhim.

O' Allah, we take You as witness that we believe on what Muhammad and the family of Muhammad has believed on, blessing of Allah be upon him and upon them, our sayings is what they say, our Religion is their Religion, what ever they said is what we say, what ever they adopted we adopt, what ever they rejected we reject, what ever they paid allegiance we pay allegiance to, we revert what ever they reverted, we curse what ever they cursed, we disavow what ever they disavowed from, we have mercy on who ever they have mercy on, we believe, surrender, please and follow our masters, may Allah's blessing be on them all.

اَللّٰهُمَّ فَتَمِّمْ لَنَا ذٰلِكَ وَلَاتَسْلُبْنَاهُ، وَاجْعَلْهُ مُسْتَقِرًّا ثَابِتًا عِنْدَنَا، وَلَاتَجْعَلْهُ مُسْتَعَارًا، وَاَحْيِنَا مَا اَحْيَيْتَنَا عَلَيْهِ، وَاَمِتْنَا اِذَا اَمَتَّنَا عَلَيْهِ، اٰلُ مُحَمَّدٍ اَئِمَّتُنَا، فَبِهِمْ نَاْتَمُّ، وَاِيَّاهُمْ نُوَالِيْ، وَعَدُوَّهُمْ عَدُوَّ اللهِ نُعَادِيْ، فَاجْعَلْنَا مَعَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْاٰخِرَةِ وَمِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِيْنَ، فَاِنَّا بِذٰلِكَ رَاضُوْنَ، يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ۔

Allahumma fatimm lana dhalika walā taslubnahu, waj‘alhu mustaqirran thabit’an ‘indana, walataj‘alhu musta‘āran, wa ahyina ma ahyaytana ‘alayhi, wa amitna idha amattana ‘alayhi, Aalu Muhammad aimmatuna, fabihim natimmu, wa iyyahum nuwali, wa ‘aduwwahum ‘aduwwa Allah nu‘adi, faj‘alna ma‘ahum fid dunya wal akhirah wa minal muqarrabin, fainna bidhālika radun, ya arhamar rahimin.

O' Allah, perfected that for us and don't deprived us of it, let that be firm and well established with us, and don't make it a fictitious, let our life in this situation and when You seize our life, on the same situation of the family of Muhammad, they are our Imams, for their memorial we gathered and to them we pay allegiance, we revolt against their enemy who are also the enemy of Allah, let us be among their intimacy in this world and the world Hereafter, verily we are pleased with that, O' the Most Merciful of the merciful...

Then you prostrate while praising Allah (100) one hundred times and give thanks to Almighty Allah (100) one hundred times. Whoever offer all this, is like he is present that day and give allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and upon his family) on that, and his rank is like that of the trustworthy ones that certify Allah and His Messenger in paying allegiance to their leader that day, and shall be like he who has witness the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and upon his family), the commander of the faithful (peace be on him) and Al-Hasan and Al-Husein (peace be on them). And also he is like those under the banner of Imam Al-Mahdi (may our souls be sacrifice for him) in his tent among the generous and noble ones.
