بِسْمِ اللهِ الْكَبِيْراَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ الْعَظِيْمِ

bismil laahil kabeere.a-o’ozo billaahil a’zeeme

In the name of Allah the Great. I seek refuge with Allah the Almighty

 In al-Makaarim: From Ibn Abbas who said: The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) would teach us (to recite this) for all types of pains, fever and headache:

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ حَرِّ النَّارِ.مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ عِرْقٍ نَعَّار

min sharre kulle i’rqin na’-a’arin wa min sharre harrin naare.

from the evil of all that gushes in the veins and from the evil of the heat of the Hellfire.
